It is necessary to analyse how condemned individual becomes involved in militant activities. The article analyses the problem of violent radicalisation in Spanish prisions and examines anti-terrorist policy based in this context on the idea of prevention, deradicalisation and disengagement. The research is focused on the conditions and purposes of the Spanish strategies and programmes introduced in the penitentiary centers in the response to the jihadi recruitment in the Iberian Peninsula. The author emphasises the priorities of the National Strategic Plan to Combat Violent Radicalisation approved in 2015 and other initiatives and regulations to stop the Salafi proselytism and unable the indoctrination activities among the Muslim in prisions. The methodological analysis is based on the integration of historical and system method and refers to the Marc Sageman’s theory of the jihadist network, which is more appropriate to understand how they appear and operate. For the purposes of the analysis, the actual socioeconomic problems and the selected political problems of this country, related to insufficient infrastructure, unsustainable urbanisation of cities, the crisis of good governance and scant social activities to promote equality, education and health, were indicated. The analysis is limited to aid programmes, considering the financial frameworks of 2007–2013 and 2014–2020. This period is sufficient to conduct the research in the light of the emerging criticism of financial support to a country re-cognised as emerging power and one of the world’s largest economies. The analysis of this issue is also part of the current discussion on the issues of EU partnerships with the third countries, normative values and shaping the EU’s position as a political and trade partner, where the EU aims to strengthen its position and credibility as an actor in the changing geopolitical situation in the world. The conclusions indicate that the funds provided to Brazil by the European Union are mostly related to the development of urban infrastructure, adaptation and prevention of climate change, and investments in human capital. The aim of this article is theoretical substantiation of the approach to the organisation of the innovative labour and innovation process at the modern European enterprise. Methods used in this research: morphological analysis, comparative analysis of literature sources, logical generalisation, analysis and synthesis. New interpretation of the essence of the category \"organisation of the innovative labour of managerial specialists\" is proposed in this article. The classification of stages and steps of the innovative labour and innovation process has been improved in presented research. The approach to the organisation of the innovative labour and innovation process at the enterprise in modern conditions has been substantiated, in particular, the content of individual stages of the innovation process. The sequence of choosing a model for organising the innovation process is determined. Taking into account the revealed features and trends of marketing interaction of the companies in Ukraine and Poland it is important to utilise determinants in the virtual sphere. The author offers the methodical approach to assessment of the capital and quality of production of the enterprise, based on analysis of elements of quality. The methods of performing the dynamic analysis of the movement of enterprise capital’s elements are worked out. Synergy as a generalising and targeting movement of economic processes is an important scientific tool in e-economics. It is necessary to consider the mechanism for building network structures for managing financial and marketing activities, to evaluate the effectiveness of financing and investing capital in the main and working assets of production units of the enterprise that contribute to international electronic commerce and business. The use of modern marketing communication and logistic technologies in the world for improvement of psychological perception, as well as economic and social support for the maximum use of renewable energy resources is significant.
