Special solutions from intelligent transport systems (ITS) based on the use of modern information-communication technologies and advanced algorithms enable real-time traffic control such as Variable Speed Limit Control (VSLC). VSLC by periodically adjusting speed limits can increase the safety and induce higher throughput of the motorway especially in the case of a higher traffic load. A particularly, important area are cooperative systems that provide data exchange between vehicles, infrastructure (roads and related equipment) and other users (pedestrians, VRU, etc.). Intelligent speed adaptation (ISA) is a form of the VSLC, which directly sends the speed limit to the vehicle computer unlike VSLC, which post speed limits on the Variable messaging signs (VMS). Such technology enables vehicles to react upon imposed smooth speed limit value in contrast to the classical VSL with discrete speed limits. The main characteristics of Cooperative Systems Architecture of ISA and some directions in its development are described in the paper.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114290013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results show that some words are incorrectly identified by the majority of patients. According to chosen inverter parameters which works in parallel with inductive-capacitance converter and load, formulas are given for voltages and electricity in the circuit, as well as tables which presents the relation of these values. Through simulations in the program package of MATLAB, diagrams appeared that verify the model of transient condition in such an electric circuit. The model is suitable for analyzing the transmission process in single-phase machines which, in order to start, need connected parallel capacitor that will help two-phase work.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123933598","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The antenna is designed as compact, with monopole on the top surface and modified ground on the bottom surface. It operates in two frequency bands: lower band 2.8-3.8 GHz (resonant frequency 3.15 GHz) and upper band 5.1-5.5 GHz (resonant frequency 5.4 GHz). In the lower band, the antenna operates as circularly polarized, while in the upper band it exhibits linear polarization. The axial ratio of the proposed antenna is observed for the lower band and its value is less than 3 dB in the range 3.1-3.85 GHz. The radiation pattern is presented for both resonant frequencies. The antenna gain is 2.3 dBi at 3.15 GHz and 6 dBi at 5.4 GHz. A fabricated prototype of the proposed antenna is used for the experimental verification. Measurement results show good agreement with the simulated ones, thus confirming dual-band antenna operation in the considered frequency bands for WiFi and WiMAX applications.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128064076","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
