This situation also brings more challenges to urban railway system operation stability. Thus, based on the existing traction substation, this research proposes a control strategy for urban railway system with energy storage system and renewable energy source, to reduce the power grid energy consumption and improve the railway system operation stability. First, the detailed equivalent model of train vehicle, railway system, and energy storage system is established. Then, a control strategy is designed aiming at reducing the substation peak power and voltage fluctuation. The case study is conducted based on Merseyrail line of Liverpool, with multi-train operation. So, in this paper the Gaussian white noise is introduced into the replication dynamic equation to reflect the random interference in the multi-agent bidding process of electricity purchase and sale in the power market, and a random dynamic system is established. The stochastic evolutionary game model of three heterogeneous groups under asymmetric information is constructed, and the model is solved by using stochastic differential equation theory. From the three aspects of enterprise quotation strategy, enterprise income and incentive measures, this paper analyzes the conditions for the gradual stability of bidding behavior in the process of random evolutionary game between power purchasing and power selling groups. The stability of bidding behavior in the process of stochastic evolutionary game between power purchasing and selling groups is analyzed. Finally, taking the bidding behavior of three heterogeneous groups as an example, the dynamic evolution simulation of bidding behavior in power market is carried out. The results show that the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the sample hoop castings are poor, and there are local original casting defects such as cracks, pores and porosity. Firstly, the operation principle of three-phase four-leg inverter before and after motor load mutation is analyzed. Then, the state of the 3D-SVPWM switching vector is explained, and the method for calculating the duty cycle is given to generate the 3D-SVPWM modulation wave; then, the double closed-loop control strategy of voltage and current is analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness and reliability of the method are verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the control method based on the 3D-SVPWM three-phase four-bridge inverter can effectively maintain the stable operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the case of the sudden change of the load of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Therefore, the paper puts forward a method of multiple time scale dynamic wind cluster partition based on BP neural network. The method takes into account numerical weather prediction to forecast the wind ultra-short-term power, according to the trend of the wind power prediction power of wind farm output power dynamic category, in order to classify wind farm output power, and establish wind farm output power cluster priorities. The validity and rationality of the proposed method are verified by simulating and analyzing cases with domestic wind power clusters. The results show that the numerical weather prediction can effectively improve the accuracy of wind power prediction, and the absolute mean error and root mean square error are improved by 5% and 4% respectively. To investigate the reliability of vacuum circuit breakers with permanent magnet actuator (PMA), the fault of vacuum circuit breaker is analyzed by the method of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). As a result, the randomness and volatility of the power supply side will gradually increase. It is urgent to tap the potential of flexible regulation of load side resources and promote the transformation of power grid from source to load to source network interaction. Due to the thermal inertia of the building itself and the good regulation ability of the building automatic control system, the central air conditioning system of large public buildings is the largest load side adjustable resource pool of the urban power grid. This paper first makes a refined modeling of the central air-conditioning refrigeration system, quantifies the influence of different adjustment parameters on the adjustable potential of the central air-conditioning system, and then analyzes the influence of different comfort requirements on the maximum power regulation and steady-state power regulation of the central air-conditioning refrigeration system under the control mode of “constant flow and variable temperature difference” selected by the air-conditioning. The data acquisition module is used to upload the arc signal data to the upper computer for display and storage. In this paper, a method for predicting 10kV line losses based on grey correlation analysis and neural networks is proposed, and a line loss prediction model based on neural network is established; the optimal number of electrical characteristic indexes and hidden layer nodes of neural network models of different distribution networks is determined, which improves the prediction ability of neural network models and reduces the prediction error. Finally, the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed prediction method are verified by programming a real distribution network prediction example.
