Abstract

To collect the various fault arc signals in the aircraft wire system, a fault arc test system is designed to simulate the series arc, the parallel arc and the wet short circuit arc. The series arc is generated by fault arc generator. The parallel arc is triggered by the dynamic wire cutting device. The wet short circuit arc is caused by water dripping device. The data acquisition module is used to upload the arc signal data to the upper computer for display and storage. The test results show that the fault arc test system designed in this paper can realize stable triggering of different fault arc and accurate acquisition of arc characteristic.
飞机导线故障电弧检测系统的设计
为了采集飞机线路系统中的各种故障电弧信号,设计了一套模拟串联电弧、并联电弧和湿短路电弧的故障电弧测试系统。串联电弧由故障电弧发生器产生。并联电弧由动态线切割装置触发。湿式短路电弧是由滴水装置引起的。数据采集模块用于将电弧信号数据上传到上位机进行显示和存储。试验结果表明,本文设计的故障电弧检测系统能够实现不同故障电弧的稳定触发和电弧特性的准确采集。
