This study aims to analyze the form of digitization of Sayan tourism villages in the new normal era. It was designed with a qualitative descriptive analysis method using a case study approach. In addition to in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, 102 respondents were successfully obtained after distributing questionnaires to support the results that have been carried out. The results of the study revealed that the form of digitization was limited in marketing the product. Social media applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Google were the digital tools that dominated the form of digitization done by the managers of Sayan Tourism Village. The primary research data are directly collected from the case study of research informan/responden who are the tourism business staff during the interview process and also from the research questionnaires. The informan/respondens were selected using purposive, snowball and abundant sampling techniques with the total numbers of 50 samples are analysed. Now wander many countries rely on the tourism sector as the source of income and many countries do their best to develop the tourism potency had. The rapid dan massive development of tourism in the world brings both negative and positive aspect to those three sectors; economic, socio-cultural, and environmental. The negative impacts of tourism should be anticipated and managed well by the government, stakeholder, and community. One thing that can be done is by implementing visitor management that is an administrative action to maintain the environment, socio-cultural living, and economic sector without neglecting the satisfaction of tourists. Visitor management is implemented by balancing the tourist’ needs, local community’s needs, stakeholders’ needs, and the current situation and potency of the destination. Through digital marketing, these hotels publish their products in the form of in-house events with interesting themes to welcome New Year's Eve. On average they publish it on social media, this aims to facilitate promotion and streamline the time, effort, and costs incurred during the promotion process. The research objective was to examine how digital marketing and brand image influence purchasing decisions at home events in the Seminyak Bali area. The number of samples used was 182 respondents with the purposive sampling technique. Data processing is used with multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS program version 23. The results show that there is a partial positive relationship with digital marketing (X1) 3.151 with a significantly less than the ? value (0.002 <0.05), brand image of 5.999 with less significance. from the value of ? (0.000 <0.05) on the purchase decision at the event house in Seminyak, Bali. Destinasi pariwisata ini terkenal dengan berbagai produk budaya yang dimilikinya, seperti misalnya hasil seni lukis dan seni patung. Selain itu, Desa Adat Batuan juga merupakan wilayah tempat berdirinya Pura Puseh Batuan. Pura Puseh Batuan merupakan daya tarik wisata (DTW) yang juga merupakan Cagar Budaya Nasional. Pura ini banyak dikunjungi wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara karena keindahan arsitektur maupun kerumitan ukirannya yang menunjukkan kemajuan budaya masyarakat pemiliknya. Sebagai DTW yang dikelola oleh masyarakat melalui Desa Adat Batuan, dengan pendekatan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Namun, belum banyak diketahui bagaimana sesungguhnya peran Desa Adat Batuan dalam mengelola DTW tersebut. Artikel ini mengulas mengenai peran Desa Adat Batuan dalam mengelola DTW Pura Puseh Batuan sebagai pariwisata budaya berkelanjutan. Penelitian yang mendasari penulisan artikel ini merupakan penelitian untuk penulisan tugas akhir (Skripsi), yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survei. Sebanyak 135 kuesioner valid berhasil dikumpulkan dari responden yang dipilih dari masyarakat Desa Adat Batuan. Penentuan jumlah responden menggunakanpendekatan kuota terhadap masyarakat yang mendiami 8 Banjar di Desa Adat Batuan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 23 perusahaan tetapi hanya terdapat 11 perusahaan dengan 6 tahun Pengamatan sehingga jumlah sample 66 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis regresi linier berganda.Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 22.00 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap income smoothing, sedangkan likuiditas, financial leverage dan struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap income smoothing. Salah satu jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan saat melakukan perjalanan wisata adalah biro perjalanan wisata. Sering terjadinya keluhan dari wisatawan Jerman terhadap pelayanan pramuwisata, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang persepsi wisatawan Jerman terhadap kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata berbahasa Jerman. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis persepsi wisatawan Jerman selaku pengguna jasa pelayanan pramuwisata berbahasa Jerman. Penilaian yang dilakukan akan mengacu pada lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, yakni bukti fisik (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy). Untuk memperoleh data, digunakan teknik studi dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 wisatawan Jerman sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif berdasar skala Likert. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan seberapa besarkah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Tiket.com melalui sarana mobile application tersebut. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan ini menggunakan teori E-Servqual yang meliputi efesiensi, pemenuhan, ketersediaan sistem, dan privasi. Indikator tersebut digunakan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pada mobile application Tiket.com pada kepuasan pelanggan pengguna pada wisatawan domestik di Bali. Selain teori E-Servqual penelitian ini menggunakan teori S-R (Stimulus and Respone). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden wisatawan domestik di Bali, dengan teknik ccidental sampling yaitu memilih siapa saja yang kebetulan ditemukan menjadi sampel. Dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah y Y = 2,231 + 0,668X jumlah konstanta sebesar 2,231 dan koefisien variabel x sebesar 0,668. Sementara itu t hitung 21,395 lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan t tabel sebesar 1, 98, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0, 05. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik yang diperoleh, hipotesis untuk penelitian ini adalah ha ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan (x) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (y). Maka itu berarti ha diterima dan ho ditolak. Berdasarkan tabel \"model ringkasan\" menunjukkan bahwa nilai r 0,902 dan koefisien determinasi (r square) adalah 0,824 hasil dari koefisien korelasi korelasi 0,902 x 0,902. Gambar ini menunjukkan pemahaman bahwa kontribusi variabel kualitas layanan (x) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (y) adalah 82,4%.
