Manajemen risiko merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam menjalankan bisnis perusahaan terutama di bidang bisnis perjalanan karena semakin berkembangnya dunia perusahaan, adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat, serta meningkatnya kompleksitas aktivitas perusahaan yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya tingkat risiko yang dihadapi perusahaan. Before the pandemic, the rapid tourism activity in Penglipuran Tourism Village made many rural communities dependent on the tourism sector. However, due to the prolonged pandemic, many people have to change professions to be able to survive and the economy can not run properly. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the economic resilience of the local community of Penglipuran Tourism Village in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods (Mix Method). The study showed that the economic condition of the Penglipuran Tourism Village Community experienced a decline in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, this was influenced by several things, namely the decline in tourism activities in the village due to restrictions on activities and government policies, livelihood sources that changed for the worse and a decrease in income and public spending. Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) is a marketing activity that aims to find, establish and maintain relationships with customers. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation, literature studies, observations and interviews. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The data obtained is analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the research that has been done formed several strategies that can be used to maintain good relationships with tourists or customers. The strategies are grouped into 4 categories. The four categories are trust, commitment, communication and problem handling. In these circumstances maintaining a relationship with a traveler or customer is very important. The tourism transformation of the 4.0 era changes the entire cycle of the tourism ecosystem, especially in terms of the dissemination and consumption of information on social media related to travel activities. The purpose of this research is to see the impact of media social and tourist attraction on the domestic tourist visit-decision in Melasti Beach, Badung. This research was designed using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. Using qualitative and quantitative data, with total sample of 250 respondents from domestic tourists visiting Melasti Beach. Sampling was done by distributing 30 questionnaires to visitors at Melasti Beach. The analysis technique was tested using the classical assumption test. Most of the respondents came from Jakarta, most of whom were women. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of conventional media and digital marketing on the interest of visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach by taking a sample of 100 people and using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tool used was simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Version 23.0. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, Taman Rekreasi Kembengan Sari telah melakukan pencatatan keuangan, meskipun masih sangat mendasar dan belum memenuhi standar industri. With limited resources and considered important, a Virtual Tour was created to replace these activities. The method used in writing this article is descriptive method from the results of designing activities that are carried out and directly observed. The stages of this descriptive research method are Problem Analysis, Activity Design and Design, and Implementation. Most of the results of the evaluation of the virtual tour activities were satisfied with the activities carried out. Service quality can be defined as the level of guest or consumer satisfaction. The level of guest satisfaction is obtained from the comparison of real services received by visitors, with the previously expected quality values. This research will explore the extent of tourists' perceptions of the quality of Bali destinations. The respondents who will provide information in this study are tourists who meet the requirements as respondents to be able to fill in and provide the information needed when filling out the questionnaire. There were 200 respondents with a composition of 200 domestic tourists and 100 foreign tourists. The analysis technique used in this study was measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results showed that domestic tourists and foreign tourists have different levels of satisfaction and performance appraisals. At the time of tourism in the Covid 19 era, it is believed that millennial generation tourists will continue to carry out their activities. The millennial generation is relatively bolder when traveling on tour when compared to previous generations. With the opening of tourism in the Covid 19 era, the millennial generation will immediately carry out tourism travel activities. Perception is the process of an individual selecting, organizing, and interpreting information inputs to create a meaningful picture of the world. Millennial generation tourists' perceptions focus on risks when traveling. Contracting the covid 19 virus is the biggest risk. Attitude is an evacuation of trust for positive feelings or negative feelings from someone if they have to do behavior that will determine. Attitude is a characteristic that is owned by a person in forming a character, this character is a principle that is owned and is static or difficult to change. The number of respondents in this study were 100 tourists. The results of this study are the perceptions of millennial tourists towards tourism in the new normal era prioritizing the quality of health protocols both in hotels, restaurants, transportation, and in tourist objects.
