This study aims to determine work readiness which is determined by the perception and satisfaction of student OJT . This is a quantitative research utilizing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) as an analysis method. Utilizing the Work Readiness Scale (WRS) to quantify the level of student work readiness, the research results revealed that student perceptions did not significantly affect student OJT satisfaction, student OJT perception and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work readiness, while an indirect relationship between student perceptions of work readiness through OJT satisfaction showed insignificant results. These results conclude that factors that affect job satisfaction during the implementation of OJT have a significant impact on student work readiness. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi dan sampel sama yaitu berjumlah 63 pelaku wirausaha di Danau Cipondoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial perencanaan keuangan, pencatatan keuangan, pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkinerja pelaku wirausaha. Penerapan perencanaan keuangan mampu menghemat biaya yang dapat meningkatkan laba usaha berdampak pada kinerja pelaku wirausaha. Pencatatan keuangan mampu memberikan informasi mengenai laporan keuangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pelaku wirausaha. Selanjutnya Pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha membuat modal usaha tidak berkurang sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pelaku wirausaha. Pada akhir pekan, Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo Surabaya dapat mendatangkan 300 hingga 350 pengunjung, aktivitas wisata yang dilakukan oleh pengunjung akan memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif terkait lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial. Meninjau dari konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan, pengelolaan sampah dan limbah yang baik merupakan suatu aspek yang penting yang harus diperhatikan untuk keberlangsungan destinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pengelolaan sampah yang sudah dilakukan pada Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo Surabaya melalui metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan model pengelolaan sampah pada destinasi wisata. Secara pengelolaan sampah, Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo Surabaya sudah memiliki sebuah sistem yang sudah berjalan dalam mengelola sampah, baik sampah-sampah organik maupun anorganik. The availability of funds to support the development of facilities and infrastructure is a crucial aspect in developing a tourist village. For this reason, the effectiveness of financial management in tourism villages is beneficial. Accountability, transparency, and community involvement are some of the characteristics that affect how well villages manage their finances. This research aims to investigate the direct and indirect effects of accountability and transparency on village financial management through community participation as a mediating variable. Stewardship theory, which portrays a circumstance where management is not driven by individual goals but is more focused on their major results in order to develop the organization, offers as the theoretical foundation for this research. In this study, the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis method with structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to test the hypothesis. Whereas to test the mediating variable, we will use the testing method of the Sobel test, namely testing the path coefficient of indirect influence. The seven hypotheses offered were significant, according to the findings of hypothesis testing using partial least squares (PLS). These findings demonstrate that involvement can moderate the connection between accountability and transparency in financial management. Following the study's findings, participation, accountability, and transparency all have an impact on how effectively finances are managed. OCB can be improved with an emotional approach through Perceived Organizational Support and increase work motivation through Transformational Leadership. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Plataran Ubud Hotel & Spa. The sample used was 70 people, taken based on saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, while hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results show that, 1) Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on OCB; 2) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on OCB; 3) Perceived Organizational Support and Transformational Leadership Style simultaneously influence OCB. The test results of the coefficient of determination show that the influence of Perceived Organizational Support and transformational leadership style on OCB is 55.1%. Persaingan yang kompetitif membuat hotel di Bali menggunakan strategi yang tidak sehat dalam mencapai target penjualan kamar. Persaingan kompetitif ini timbul akibat tidak tercapainya kondisi ekuilibrium, dimana jumlah kamar yang tersedia dengan jumlah wisatawan dan tamu hotel tidak seimbang terlebih pada situasi pandemi Covid-19. Akibat kondisi oversupply kamar hotel, Hotel Le Grande sebagai hotel dengan klasifikasi bintang 5 mengalami penurunan jumlah repeater guest dan menerapkan strategi price war untuk mencapai target penjualan kamar. Penerapan strategi price war dan penurunan repeater gueast kosekuensi dari nilai brand loyalty yang rendah. Model hubungan pada penelitian ini pengaruh brand awareness, brand association dan perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty. Mediasi kepuasan tamu (guest satisfaction) dilibatkan sebagai jawaban dalam hubungan antara variabel laten eksogen dan endogen yang tidak konsistensi dari penelitian terdahulu. \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif berdasarkan analisis multivariat menggunakan model persamaan struktural atau SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik sampling yang digunakan menggukanan non-probability sampling pada accidental sampling dengan jumlah 100 sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan langsung antara brand awareness, brand association, dan perceived quality berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap brand loyalty. The people villa element does not yet have a Sales & Marketing department and elements of physical evidence The Shala Bali does not have adequate lighting at night and lacks ample parking space. This study aims to identify the effect of the intensity of exposure to government regulatory information regarding quarantine changes, especially in electronic media, on millennial travel interest abroad. The method used is a questionnaire distributed to 38 people (millennials) with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) in which the type used is Smart PLS. The relationship between exposure to government regulatory information on changes in quarantine duration (X) and millennial travel interest abroad (Y) is significant with a T-Statistic of 8,214 (> 1.96). The original sample estimate value is positive, which is 0.653 which indicates that the direction of the relationship between exposure to government regulatory information on changes in quarantine duration (X) millennial travel interest abroad (Y) is positive. This district has an aquatic landscape, namely Rawa Pening Lake. Rawa Pening Lake has attractive natural tourism potential because of its very beautiful natural scenery and Rawa Pening Lake is sorrounded by mountains. In addition, the lake area is also used as a place for fish cultivation because the outskirts have fish cages, and are also used for irrigation of rice fields. However, this potential has not been developed properly. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the suitability and feasibility of Candirejo Village and Lopait Village to become agro-tourism villages. The research method used is to identify land use using a classification method based on the condition of satellite imagery, Analyzing the social conditions (perceptions) of the community, where the sample was selected using the stratified random sampling method, Analyzing the visual conditions (landscape aesthetics) using the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) method, and Assessing the feasibility and suitability of each village based on the results of the previous three stages. The results of the study can be seen in the table of the total value of all the variables in the 2 agro-tourism villages. Salah satu media komunikasi pemasaran digital yang memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi desa wisata di Bali yakni Marketplace Godevi. Tujuan studi ini dapat mengevaluasi efektivitas website Godevi sehingga mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam meningkatkan traffic engagement wisatawan. Sejauh ini belum ditemukan evaluasi efektivitas website bagi marketplace desa wisata dengan Model ICTRT for mobile. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penilaian efektivitas model ICTRT diaplikasikan dalam studi ini. Sebanyak 97 kuesioner berhasil disebar kepada wisatawan dengan purposive random sampling. Secara purposive dipilih expertuntuk diwawancara secara mendalam. Sebanyak 5 variabel dengan 51 instrumen menggunakan Model ICTRT for mobile dianalisis dengan pengukuran efektivitas website. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan website Godevi memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang tergolong tinggi. Temuan menarik dalam studi ini, website Godevi memiliki keunggulan dari sisi dimensi komunikasi terkait branding destinasi. Studi ini berhasil mengkonfirmasi studi terdahulu yang menemukan dimensi hubungan dan transaksi sebagai dimensi dengan tingkat efektivitas terendah.
