Desk study is carried out using secondary data and VRIO analysis was employed. We found that the success of DMO development cannot be separated from the transformation of DMO development which includes the stage of strengthening the collective awareness movement of stakeholders; the destination management development stage; the business development stage; and the stage of strengthening and structuring the destination management organization. The development of DMOs in various countries is carried out on a regional and national scale by developing tourism boards that aim to develop tourism, technology and information as well as the promotion of tourist destinations. As one of the ecotourism destinations in Bangli, Bukit Cemeng faces challenges from the beginning to the present, which are related to the pandemic. In the life cycle of a tourist destination, there are phases starting from the exploration phase, community involvement, development to the decline and rejuvenation phase. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the researcher as the main instrument conducting research in the field and observing. The research data was carried out by direct interviews with the Bukit Cemeng Ecotourism manager, literature review and primary data search. The research data is based on literature studies from books, journal articles related to the Destination life cycle. Research activities were carried out in 2021 and were continued in April to June 2022. The expected results of this activity are related to the fulfillment of the life cycle of tourist destinations, the time period for each phase is fulfilled in Bukit Cemeng Ecotourism, especially when this research occurs. In addition to fulfilling the life cycle, this research to obtain alternative strategies for ecotourism in dealing with current conditions. The green campus is also a reflection of the entire academic community who pays attention to aspects of health, work safety, and environmental conditions. The Bali Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar) is a tourism university in its development that has made innovations towards the implementation of a green campus. The purpose of the study was to analyze student perceptions of the development of Poltekpar as a green campus in Bali. The survey was conducted on 100 students regarding the implementation of a green campus at the Bali Tourism Polytechnic. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and quota sampling then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Students stated that they strongly agreed that the Bali Tourism Polytechnic would become a green campus in terms of the use of electrical energy, water, waste and waste treatment, management of biodiversity and ecosystems, internet connection and transportation. Geographically, Sikka Regency has two coastal areas, namely the northern coastal area and the southern coastal area. There are 3 (three) beach locations on the north coast that are the focus of research, namely Kajuwulu Beach, Nusa Kutu Beach and Wairterang Beach. The aim of this study is to determine the priority of the development of the northern coastal area of ??Sikka Regency in terms of 4 (four) A criteria (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities and Ancillary Services). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, snowball sampling and quota sampling with 9 informants for the study who were tourism stakeholders consisting of the Government, Society, Media, Academics, and Tourism Entrepreneurs. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results show that Kajuwulu Beach is the main priority for developing marine tourism attractions, followed by Nusa Kutu Beach in second place and the last is Wairterang Beach. One of the tourist villages in West Manggarai Regency is Kempo Village. The natural tourism potential of this village is Golo Cucu Hill, Liang Ndre Kalelawar Cave, and rice fields. However, there has been no study on the potential for natural tourism in Kempo Village. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the potential for natural tourism in Kempo Village. This research approach was qualitative, with data collection techniques through focused group discussions and observation. Data analysis used the Guidelines for the Analysis of Working Areas for Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions (ADO-ODTWA). The results were seven aspects that have high feasibility categories, namely 1) tourist attraction, 2) conditions around the area, 3) management and services, 4) facilities and infrastructure, 5) availability of clean water, 6) security and 7) marketing. The aspect with a moderate eligibility category was accessibility, while the accommodation aspect had a low eligibility category. Thus, it can be concluded that the natural tourism potential in Kempo Village was highly feasible. However, there was a need for improvement in accommodation and accessibility aspects. Therefore, the tourism grant program is structured as an effort to restore the tourism sector for the tourism industry (hotels and restaurants). This research aims to; identify obstacles in the stages of implementing the grant program in Badung Regency and analyze the effectiveness of the tourism grant program for restaurants in Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative with a measuring instrument, namely weighted average analysis. The results of this study indicate that obstacles are found at each stage of the implementation of the tourism grant program, both from the implementing team and the restaurant business side.
