Therefore, the tourism grant program is structured as an effort to restore the tourism sector for the tourism industry (hotels and restaurants). This research aims to; identify obstacles in the stages of implementing the grant program in Badung Regency and analyze the effectiveness of the tourism grant program for restaurants in Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative with a measuring instrument, namely weighted average analysis. The results of this study indicate that obstacles are found at each stage of the implementation of the tourism grant program, both from the implementing team and the restaurant business side. 摘要

受新冠肺炎疫情影响,外国游客数量下降,给旅游业带来了相当大的压力。因此,旅游补助计划的结构是为了恢复旅游业(酒店和餐馆)的旅游部门。本研究旨在;确定巴东县实施赠款计划阶段的障碍,并分析巴东县餐馆旅游赠款计划的有效性。使用的数据分析技术是描述性定性支持定量与测量工具,即加权平均分析。本研究的结果表明,在实施旅游补助计划的每个阶段都发现了障碍,无论是来自实施团队还是餐饮企业方面。同时,餐饮企业旅游补助计划的实效性比例为74.4%,成就水平为“足够有效”,因为;(1)方案实施因素;(a)参与的参与者(行动者)众多,(b)项目本身固有的复杂性,以及(2)旅游补助基金后的真实变化因子,仅短期支持的真实变化维度上的平均值为3.08(77%)为最低值。
