Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah industri kerajinan kayu batik Bobung, Gunungkidul. Data primer diperoleh secara langsung dari objek penelitian melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dari seluruh pelaku usaha sejumlah 16 orang, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh secara tidak langsung bersumber dari data- data yang sudah dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingginya kontribusi sumber daya manusia dalam industri kreatif kerajinan kayu batik dengan indikator usaha, kemampuan, loyalitas, waktu dan gaji. SDM memberikan kontribusi yang baik untuk menunjang pariwisata di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan menjadikan Dusun Bobung menjadi sentra industri kayu batik serta menyerap banyak sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaku dalam industri kreatif. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of human resources in improving the creative industry and to identify superior products as sustainable supports in Gunungkidul Regency. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The object of this research is the Bobung batik wood craft industry, Gunungkidul. Primary data was obtained directly from the object of research through interviews with all 16 business actors, while secondary data was obtained indirectly from the data obtained. The results showed the contribution of human resources in the creative industry of batik wood craft with indicators of effort, ability, loyalty, time and salary. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna layanan Trans Jogja. Menggunakan jenis data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuisioner oleh responden yaitu pengguna layanan Trans Jogja yang kemudian dilakukan pengelompokan karakteristik responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kenyamanan, kualitas pelayanan dan aksesibiltas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat masyarakat terhadap layanan Trans Jogja. Sedangkan variabel tarif angkutan dan kinerja angkutan menunjukan hasil tidak signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat terhadap layanan Trans Jogja. Dengan hasil temuan ini, penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pihak pengelola mengenai kondisi layanan Trans Jogja berdasarkan perspektif dari pengguna layanan Trans Jogja. Abstract: This study aims to see whether the variables of convenience, service quality, transportation fares, transportation performance and accessibility have an influence on people's interest in Trans Jogja services. This research is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. The research population is all users of Trans Jogja services. Using the type of primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires by respondents, namely users of Trans Jogja services, then grouping the characteristics of respondents. The results showed that the variables of convenience, service quality and accessibility had a positive influence on public interest in Trans Jogja services. While the variables of transportation rates and transportation performance showed insignificant results on public interest in Trans Jogja services. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan memperoleh jawaban terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang menyangkut permasalahan dalam objek penelitian. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder yaitu dari literatur dan hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data diolah dan dikategorikan menggunakan NVivo. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kawasan wisata, salah satunya adalah dengan difersifikasi lini usaha dan pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang wisata. Strategi yang berbentuk strategi BMC (Business Model Canvas) diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi BUM Desa untuk meningkatkan daya saing usahanya serta menjadi percontohan bagi BUM Desa lain dengan unit usaha yang sejenis. Abstract: This study aims to identify and formulate the right strategy for the development of BUM Desa within the framework of an integrated tourism area in Karang Tengah Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the aim of obtaining answers to questions concerning the problems in the research object. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, namely the literature and the results of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data is processed and categorized using NVivo. The results of this study identify several strategies that can be used to develop tourist areas, one of which is to diversify business lines and develop tourism supporting infrastructure. This study uses quantitative method with 7-point Likert-scale with 1 represent strongly disagree and 7 represent strongly agree. Questionnaires were spread online and collected 303 sample size using purposive sampling method. The respondents are people who had tasted Xing Fu Tang and lived in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. The findings indicate that product quality, perceived value, price fairness, and EWOM positively influence satisfaction and satisfaction positively influence repurchase intention, while EWOM does not influence repurchase intention. This study’s dimensions are adapted from various previous study and come from various countries and industries to create new finding in food beverage industry mainly bubble drink seller especially Xing Fu Tang. The findings suggest that Xing Fu Tang pay more attention to the product quality. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, nilai yang dirasakan, kewajaran harga, Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) dan kepuasan terhadap niat beli ulang pada Xing Fu Tang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan skala Likert 7 poin dengan 1 mewakili sangat tidak setuju dan 7 mewakili sangat setuju. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online dan dikumpulkan sebanyak 303 sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Respondennya adalah orang-orang yang pernah mencicipi Xing Fu Tang dan tinggal di Jabodetabek, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, nilai yang dirasakan, kewajaran harga, dan EWOM berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dan kepuasan secara positif mempengaruhi niat pembelian ulang, sedangkan EWOM tidak mempengaruhi niat pembelian ulang. Dimensi penelitian ini diadaptasi dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya dan berasal dari berbagai negara dan industri untuk menciptakan temuan baru dalam industri makanan minuman terutama penjual bubble drink khususnya Xing Fu Tang. The population of this research is all lecturers at a private university in Tangerang totaling 180 people. The research sample used a random sampling method. The data used are primary data collected through a questionnaire. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 120 samples. The data is processed using Structural Equating Model (SEM). The results of the study conclude that transactional and transformational leadership have a positive impact on the innovation performance of lecturers. This study proposes a model to improve the performance of lecturers in Tangerang through improving leadership practices in universities. This study can pave the way to improve the readiness of lecturers in facing the 4.0 education era. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh transaksional dan transformasional terhadap kinerja inovasi dosen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen pada salah satu universitas swasta di Tangerang berjumlah 180 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan random sampling method. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Jumlah kuesioner yang kembali dan valid sebanyak 120 sampel. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equating Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja inovasi dosen. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model untuk meningkatkan kinerja dosen di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan di perguruan tinggi. This research is a quantitative research. The population is all MFIs listed on MixMarket. This study uses purposive sampling with MFI criteria that have complete data needed from 1999 to 2019. This study uses panel data because it uses MFIs from nine countries but in different years. Data collected using data from MixMarket with a research period between 1999 and 2019. The results show that the revival of the financial sector has a negative impact on the independence of MFIs. On the other hand, progress in the financial sector also has a negative impact on MFIs for the poor. This condition indicates that there is competition between the two, as developments in the financial sector have a negative impact on the MFI's ability to generate higher incomes. The implication of this finding is that policy makers are more careful in determining the operational reach of the traditional financial sector and MFIs. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan sektor keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan sosial LKM. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah semua LKM yang terdaftar di MixMarket. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria LKM yang memiliki kelengkapan data yang dibutuhkan dari tahun 1999 hingga 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang karena menggunakan LKM dari sembilan negara tetapi berbeda tahun. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan data dari MixMarket dengan periode penelitian antara 1999 hingga 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebangkitan sektor keuangan berdampak negatif terhadap independensi LKM. Di sisi lain, kemajuan sektor keuangan juga berdampak negatif pada jangkauan LKM kepada masyarakat miskin. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya persaingan di antara keduanya, karena perkembangan sektor keuangan berdampak negatif pada kemampuan LKM untuk menghasilkan pendapatan yang lebih tinggi. The population in this study were teenagers in the city of Jakarta. The number of samples that were successfully processed were 100 teenagers as respondents using random sampling method. This research uses simple regression analysis analysis. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 adolescent respondents in Jakarta. The test results in this study found that the halal label on Korean noodle food had a significant effect on the buying interest of teenage consumers. Halal labels are the basis for purchasing decisions for teenage consumers to fulfill religious beliefs, with the presence of halal labels on Korean noodle foods, it can be ensured that the food consumed is of good quality and good for health, which pays attention to the ingredients. The implication of this research is for business people to consider adding halal labels to their products, especially if they are marketed in countries with a majority Muslim population. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal pada makanan mie Korea terhadap minat beli konsumen remaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di kota Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang berhasil diolah adalah 100 remaja sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis analisis regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden remaja di Jakarta. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa label halal pada makanan mie Korea berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen remaja. Label halal menjadi dasar keputusan pembelian konsumen remaja untuk memenuhi keyakinan agama, dengan adanya label halal pada makanan mie korea dapat dipastikan makanan yang dikonsumsi berkualitas baik dan baik untuk kesehatan, yang memperhatikan kandungan bahannya. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 351 pelaku UMKM. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling method. Sampel berjumlah sebesar 100 pelaku UMKM di desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Leuwidamar, Lebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis partial least square (PLS) dalam analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan bagi pemegang kebijakan mengenai strategi pengembangan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM, dan diharapkan pula dinas terkait dikabupaten Lebak agar menerima hasil penelitian sebagai bahan informasi dalam pengambilan kebijakan guna merumuskan program pembinaan bagi UMKM. The total population in this study was 351 MSME actors. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The sample is 100 SMEs in Kanekes village, Leuwidamar district, Lebak. This study uses a partial least square (PLS) analysis tool in inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on competitive advantage.
