Data collection was carried out by gathering information from stakeholders and branch managers of the two state-owned banks in Bogor City through questionnaires and interviews with informants. The data processed in a descriptive statistics methods. The results of data collection from 2016-2018 at ABC Bank showed fairly consistent growth for transactions with m-banking and internet banking. While for XYZ Bank, transaction with m-banking increased significantly, while transactions through internet banking declined slightly, but in total both transactions increase significantly. This shows the preferences of XYZ bank customers who tend to use smartphones in banking transactions. The majority of respondents agreed that m-banking and internet banking with all the conveniences and features that are constantly being updated will be able to take over the role and duties of the front office in the future. General Insurance in Indonesia play important role in the economy by providing protection of risk of loss either to organizations and individuals. Based on this background, the aim of this paper is to study and improve the profitability of general insurance through a random effect analysis of 40 general insurance companies since 2013 until 2017. The data obtained is time series data and cross section data so that the data analysis in this study uses Panel Data Regression Analysis. The empirical study shows that firm size, liquidity ratio, equity growth, underwriting result, return on investment, input cost, claim ratio, technical ratio, economic growth rates and Bank Indonesia interest rate are significant factors that affect profitability of general insurance companies. The development of a company is determined by one important factor, namely location decision. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of location decision (based on business environment conditions, infrastructure availability, and location costs) on business success. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to several micro/small scale copy center business owners in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. Analysis of the data in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study provides results that the condition of the business environment, the availability of infrastructure, and location costs have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on business success. The object of the research conducted on the mining sector and basic industry and chemicals sectors listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2018 with a total 70 samples. This study uses survival analysis as a method with cox proportion hazard model. This result of this research that liquidity ratio and audit committee have a negative impact on financial dsitress. Meanwhile, sales growth, firm size, institutional ownership, independent commissioner, board of director and  managerial ownership does not have impact on financial distress. The results: the three companies are in good condition, with no financial distress. PT Bakrieland Development Tbk and PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk showed an increase in performance during the year 2016-2018 but PT Central Omega Resources Tbk decreased during the year 2016-2018. Companies are required to maintain the ability to meet their obligations and reduce the level of obligation so that it can be maintained does not lead to financial distress. Delays in the delivery of financial statements must be reduced so as not to harm investors. Analysis of financial distress needs to be continued to determine the company's financial condition. This research uses a quantitative research method with a correlational research type. The population in this research were 90 civil servants working at X Agency. Big Five Personality in this study was measured by the Big Five Inventory (BFI) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) was measured by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (OCBS). Data analyzed by the Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results of this study showed that there is positive and significant correlation between agreeableness with OCB, there is positive and significant correlation between conscientiousness with OCB, there is positive and significant correlation between openness to experience with OCB, whereas neuroticism showed negative and significant correlation with OCB, but extraversion did not show significant correlation with OCB. This research was conducted on 300 respondents consisting of 100 Student Savers (Simple), 100 students and 100 employees. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling with a sampling quota, with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics.
