{"title":"EFESIENSI EKONOMI PENGGUNAAN FAKTOR PRODUKSI PADA USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI KECAMATAN CIBEBER KABUPATEN CIANJUR","authors":"Harmoko Sukayat, Agus Pranamulia","doi":"10.34203/JIMFE.V4I2.1152","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.34203/JIMFE.V4I2.1152","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efisiensi ekonomi atas penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi usahatani padi sawah serta pengaruh faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap produksi pengelola usahatani yang dilakukan di Desa Cikondang dan Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cibeber Kabupaten Cianjur. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan purposive random sampling dengan jumlah 50 responden serta pengujian analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan fungsi Cobb-Douglas dan perhitungan efisiensi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh total Produksi selama 3 musim tanam dengan total luas sawah seluas 196.300 m2 dan hasil produksi sebesar 357.400 kg. Nilai produksi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar Rp1.288.980.000,- dan total biaya tetap serta variabel sebesar Rp625.258.200,- maka dihasilkan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp657.296.800,-. Keuntungan rata-rata dari total luas lahan memperoleh tingkat keuntungan sebesar Rp1.116,14 per m2. Faktor produksi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan di Desa Cikondang dan Desa Sukamaju di Kecamatan Cibeber Kabupaten Cianjur luas lahan, status lahan, pendidikan, pengalaman, tenaga kerja, modal kerja dan biaya tahunan. Penggunan faktor-faktor produksi untuk luas lahan dan modal kerja secara ekonomi belum efisien. Karyawan yang berkinerja tinggi telah menjadi topik bahasan dalam banyak tulisan ilmiah bidang sumber daya manusia. Banyak factor yang menyebabkan seorang karyawan mampu berkinerja optimal, salah saatunya adalah efikasi diri, yaitu keyakinan seseorang bahwa ia mampu menyelasikan tugas yang diberikan dengan kondisi tertetu.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri pada karyawan PT Metraplasa, kinerja karyawan PT Metraplasa, dan hubungan efikasi diri dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT Metraplasa. Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada karyawan PT Metraplasa yang bergerak dibidang retail online atau e-commerce. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang dibagikan pada 141 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efikasi diri dan kinerja karyawan PT Metraplasa sudah baik. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan nyata yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kinerja karyawan. The population of this research is 130 Bhakti Medicare’s patients, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of patients in Jasmine Room, Rose Room, Dahlia Room and Orchid Room. This amount fulfills the minimum sample for Slovin formula. The collected data is then processed using simple correlation and multiple correlation techniques using SPSS software. The results show that there is positive relation between price and satisfaction with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0,679, while price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. In addition, price contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi regency. In the most important dimension of price variable, the relationship is the dimension of \"payment period\" (X14) which has the strongest relationship with \"consistency\" dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641. Untuk mengukur variabel komunikasi digunakan angket penelitian komunikasi yang menyangkut komunikasi internal ke bawah, komunikasi internal ke atas, dan komunikasi internal horizontal. Sedangkan untuk mengukur variabel koordinasi digunakan angket koordinasi menyangkut aspek koordinasi vertikal dan horizontal. Selanjutnya angket efektivitas kerja pegawai terdiri dari kemampuan menyesuaikan diri, prestasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Sebagai unit analisis dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya yang terdiri dari tenaga medis dan non medis sebanyak 82 orang yang merupakan sampel terpilih. Waktu pengambilan data adalah tahun 2018 dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif terhadap variabel komunikasi (X1) pada Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya sudah cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif terhadap variabel koordinasi (X2) pada Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya sudah cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif terhadap variabel efektivitas kerja pegawai (Y) pada Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya sudah cukup baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama kedua variabel bebas komunikasi dan koordinasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 50,8%. Script collection method in this final project was using documentation method, research library, and internet research. While the data analysis method used was descriptive statistical analysis, simple linear regression analysis and multiple hypotheses test. The author conducted a study at the Indonesian Capital Market Electronic Library (ICaMEL) located at the Jakarta Stock Exchange building. The object of study in this research is how big influence of decision of investment and policy of dividend to PT Astra Argo Lestari company value. Based on the result of research using SPSS 23, it is found that investment decision influence 17% to company value, dividend policy influence 45% to company value and investment decision and dividend policy together influence 90,8%. The theory used in this study is theories of human resource management, especially those related to knowledge leadership, communication, motivation, and performance of employees. Population used in this study is the employee of PT Valadoo Indonesia. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Sampling technique was using purposive sampling based on questionnaires distributed to users of financial accounting software who work at international freight forwarding. The number of samples was 200 respondents. The analytical method used was Structure Equation Models (SEM) with Lisrel 8.75 full version. The result of study showed that system quality and information quality have significant influenced the perceived usefulness. System quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness have significant influenced to user satisfaction. User satisfaction had significant influenced to individual performance.
