English learning with conventional methods is one of the causes of students' lack of motivation in learning English which has an impact on their low English language skills. One way that can be done to resolve this problem through E-Module as an interactive media. The aim of this case study was to examine the improvement of students’ motivation and English ability by using E-Module based on mobile learning as an interactive media on teaching English. The students’ motivation and ability were still fair. Based on the researcher’s observation in classroom, most of students are not eager in studying English; they had difficulty in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The research was done in two cycles. The data of this research were analyzed by using two techniques. The quantitative data was analyzed by using the mean score to see the average score gained by the students in individual E-Module based on mobile learning as an interactive media test on four skills. The qualitative data was analyzed through data conducted from observation, field notes and interview. The finding showed that the students’ motivation and English ability for the Senior High School Student through E-Module based on mobile learning as an interactive media improved. The research sample consisted of (380) male and female teachers in the second-cycle schools in the governorates of North and South Al Batinah, North Al Sharqiya, and Dhofar. The results of the research showed that the total degree of teachers’ possession of social and emotional learning competencies was to a large degree, with an arithmetic average (2.95), and a percentage (74%), The degree of possession of each competency (5) was also significant, and there are statistically significant differences in the degree to which teachers possess social and emotional learning competencies on the efficiency of social awareness in favor of female teachers, while there are no statistically significant differences in the degree to which teachers possess social learning competencies. Current direct interacting services should be limited and converse to online public services. This research used a qualitative analysis approach based on a descriptive method. This method was tracing the empirical facts in the studied discussion topic. Then the NVivo 12 Plus application is also used to manage and analyze data effectively and efficiently. Local government governance plays a critical role in forming strategic intent in Smart City Implementation. However, it hasn't shown any engagement of local governments and communities. It led to a lack of participation and collaboration. The vision of Major of Surakarta influenced both vision and mission of the Smart City program. The Surakarta City Government needs to optimize the quality of human resources and use an integration model. It provides single window network services that require public services transformation to the New Public Service during the Covid-19. A regulation reform is needed to support the public service policies in terms of increasing synergy and harmonization. The availability of information that everyone wants makes a weakness, namely the number of hoax news present against the existing news. Departing from the above, the purpose of researching digital skills which will be an effort to suppress the rate of spread of hoax news that is widely circulated among internet-based media users, especially to students of MAN 1 Panyabungan. This study uses in-depth interviews with MAN 1 Panyabungan students and observations on their social media. This activity involved 20 students from Class XI. The results obtained from this study are 7 students based on the results of interviews and categorized as having high digital skills will be more introspective in carrying out news sharing activities by reading and re-checking the validity of the news received, 6 students prefer to directly share news without doing crosschecks. On the content and sources of news and the rest of the students chose to be indifferent to the activities of re-sharing the news they found. The uniformity of Indonesian pronunciation certainly confuses the general public, for example: television news viewers and radio listeners, to distinguish between standard and non-standard forms. The non-uniformity of Indonesian pronunciation often occurs in official situations such as official speeches or presentations. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to conduct an analysis and mapping study of standard pronunciation errors that arise in several public services and develops application tools as automatically tool that can detect errors from the use of standard words obtained from voice recording results in the form of vowel errors, diphthongs and consonants by implementing the bigram method. This research was conducted by collecting voice recordings of conversations, speeches, public speaking and other recordings deemed necessary, then continued with standard pronunciation errors analysis and mapping of these errors using a tool that applied the Bigram technique. Based on statistical information obtained from the detection and correction process that has been carried out, it can be obtained a mapping of the error types in the use of Indonesian standard that often occur in public service environment. The results of the mapping and statistical information obtained are used as the basis for developing programs that aim to improve the quality of the use Indonesian standard in the form of FGDs, socialization and counseling. And to find out what obstacles are experienced by early childhood in memorizing the hadith of the Prophet in everyday life. This study uses nonverbal communication methods by conducting training practices. The results of this study explain that nonverbal communication methods can help early childhood in interpreting the hadith of the Prophet in everyday life. This can be proven through training in interpreting the hadith of the Prophet, SA W by using the Nonverbal communication method followed by early childhood at MDTA Riyadhoturrahmah, they are very active in following the nonverbal communication movement. Of the 23 children, it turns out that there are 16 children who can memorize 3 hadiths by following the movements for 1 week of time given so that it is seen that through nonverbal communication movements they can memorize the hadiths of the Prophet.
