Potato crop is highly affected by Phytophthora infestans at low temperature and high humidity. In severe case whole field converted into burnt blacken field. Many chemical fungicides are used to control this pathogen but these fungicides also affect soil and water microflora and environment become affected. Present study focused to avoid these adversely affects on environments and used green materials like plant extracts to control phytopathogenic fungi Phytophthora infestans that cause late blight of potato. Some plant extracts showed highly effective activity while some of them were not effective at al. Objectives: Application of ecofriendly, toxin free method to control phytopathogenic fungi- Phtyophthora infestans. Some plants are collected from the field of Meerut and Hardwar region and powdered after drying at 60oC overnight in the oven and powdered green materials were subjected to convenient process: soxhlet extraction unit (Virot et al., 2007). Solvent prepared at different concentrations and discs applied on potato leaves after inoculating pathogen on leaves (Heatley, 1944). Terminalia sp and Psoralia sp showed encouraging result while some plant extracts were not effective.Plant extracts are fully safe to the environment and not toxic to anyone.

Aceclofenac is partially insoluble in water and aqueous fluid and as such it exhibits poor variable oral bioavailability. Aceclofenac needs enhancement of solubility and dissolution rate to improve its oral bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy. Among the various approaches to enhance the solubility and dissolution rate of poorly soluble drugs complexation with cyclodextrin is an effective and industrially accepted technique. In the present investigation, Complexation of aceclofenac with β-CD was carried out by using various techniques like kneading method, co-precipitate method & solvent evaporation method and compared with physical mixture method. From the various characterization studies like drug content, production yield & in vitro dissolution study, batch abc-3 by kneading method was selected as optimised batch. Optimised batch was also studied for FTIR and DSC

The cases of cancer are increasing day by day with the increase in the number of carcinogen. The natural therapy is required to be adopted to reduce the toxicity to other cells associated with available allopathic treatment. This review article mainly focuses on Natural products having various positive effects on the cancer cells and is very useful in the treatment of various type of the cancer and in the death of various carcinogens. It has been proved that the natural products show the reduction of growth of the cancer cells and other cytotoxic effect. Many of available drugs having the capability to reduce the growth of cancer cells by 90% but having serious side effects to other cells and sometimes it may leads to serious complications. Similarly many natural products have the ability of killing cancerous cells by 90% having minimal or no side effects. The natural products such as beta-glucan, cats claw, vitamin C, mushroom extracts and various herbs, etc are useful in the treatment of cancer and cost effective. When the proper combination of such natural products is given it shows more potency to kill or inhibit growth of cancer cells and increase patient compliance by reducing treatment of cost minimal side effects.

Good \u0000Neuropathic pain perception can improve Neuropathy. Single intraperitoneal injection of STZ (60 mgkg) was \u0000administered to the albino wistar rats induced Diabetes, it showed marked hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia effect \u0000Glycated haemoglobin level in blood and reduce and reduce thermal hyperalgesia (Eddys Hot plate, Tail flick), motorcoordination, \u0000as compared to the animals of control group. Effect of test drug Sapindus Mukroosi was assessed by \u0000behavioural and biochemical parameters (Serum Glucose Level, Lipid peroxidation, reduced Gluthathione) in the brain \u0000tissue of wistar rats. After 28 days treatment of Sapindus Mukroosi with low (250 mgkg) and higher (500 mgkg) dose \u0000in diabetic rats showed antidiabetic action by reduction in hyperglycemia. Sapindus showed good result also in \u0000behavioural and biochemical parameters such as Thermal hyperalgesia, motor coordination in comparison with \u0000diabetic control group. It significantly \u0000decrease serum glucose level, Glycated haemoglobin, lipid peroxidation and improving reduced gluthathione level as \u0000compared to diabetic control rats. Thus Sapindus Mukroosi due to its antioxidant and antidiabetic property can be \u0000concluded as a effective or preventive treatment for Diabetic Neuropathy.
