Not only AI is the applications in the fields of banking, finance, healthcare, and business, but also its important role in the field of education. Education is always the top priority in each country, how is AI applied in FPT high school - Vietnam? As a group specializing in digital transformation, FPT has successfully applied AI in many fields, most notably education. FPT high school system has pioneered the application of AI in teaching activities. Specifically, the online education system VioEdu; application “virtual teacher”; AI software to help improve the quality of teaching and learning English; online exam. These applications help FPT education system integrate into the world's digital transformation trend, improving the quality of teaching throughout the system.","PeriodicalId":225253,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Modern Educational Technology","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122549729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The entire world has been strictly instructed for social distancing due to the Covid19 pandemic. The Vietnamese government announced distance learning during this time for all the schools and universities in Vietnam. In this research, we will discuss the implementation of Advanced Online classrooms in widening digital learning and also the persistence of virtual learning after the pandemic era. A survey was conducted among the teachers and students of FPT University, Hanoi to investigate the effectiveness of virtual learning and its impact on widening the digital divide. Google provides a variety of platforms for virtual learning within teachers and students. G-suite has been considered as the medium for this research. A comparative study on cognition among students in physical education and virtual classrooms was conducted. The problems faced by the lecturers within the university had been focused and deeper insights were collected [1]. Interaction of the students in both these environments had been closely observed and it has been inferred that there is a high chance of persistence and a great breakthrough in the stereotyping of virtual learning even after the end of this pandemic [2]. This research proposes an effective way in continuing teaching and learning by collaborating with the Digital world for highly effective results and classroom management - during and after the Covid19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":225253,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Modern Educational Technology","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131842413","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Social media platforms are proven to be great teaching and learning aids, according to research. The goal of this study was to look at the experiences and perceptions of English teachers when it comes to using social media in the classroom and for English language acquisition. The studied context was a vocational institution in which basic English was taught as a mandatory subject. Data were collected through a survey with 48 English teachers. The results revealed that all the teachers used social media such as You Tube or Facebook in their teaching with high frequency. The most common languages skills that were targeted were speaking, listening and grammar. The primary purposes of the usage of social media in the classroom were communicating with the students and for individual learning activities. Generally, the teachers have positive perceptions towards using social media in teaching English. It is said to improve their teaching practices as well as to promote students’ attention and participation in the tasks. However, preparing the materials from social media is said to be time-consuming and little training on how to make the best use of social media has been reported. This study offers an overview of the present usage of social media in English courses at the studied institution. Therefore, it helps the institution's administrators understand and reinforce efforts to implement more effective adjustments to improve the quality of training.","PeriodicalId":225253,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Modern Educational Technology","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121509378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Few studies at home and abroad have evaluated computational thinking based on text programming, which lacks a scientific and reasonable index system. This paper analyzes the elements of computational thinking ability from text programming. Through literature analysis, it constructs a computational thinking evaluation index system including three first-level and nine second-level indicators. In order to verify the rationality of the index system, the paper collects 465 questionnaires for data analysis. The results show that the evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable, which can be used to evaluate learners’ computational thinking ability. Research leads to the following conclusions: the construction of the evaluation index system of computational thinking should depend on specific scenes. Computational design is the core of computational thinking ability. The computational concept and computational perspective are essential components of computational thinking.","PeriodicalId":225253,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Modern Educational Technology","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128349671","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
