The purpose of the paper is to contribute to the understanding of the application of the project life cycle concept in pharmacy. Under the influence of various factors (expiration of patent protection, increase in total health care costs, tightening of regulatory requirements) it is practically no longer possible to manage pharma business without project management. The idea is to identify pros and cons of the current way of managing projects in this area by studying the existing literature on a given topic. The results of the research suggest that traditional project management in this area should be supplemented with other perspectives -the management of a pharmaceutical project should be reconsidered from a strategic, operational, organizational and financial point of view, that is, a broader picture of the project should be obtained. The paper should contribute to the improvement of the pharmaceutical project management process, both in industry and in healthcare. Numerical simulations using Google SketchUp and EnergyPlus software are performed for two different PVP placement cases. The first case analyzes the installation of PVP only on one side of the gable roof. The second case analyzes the installation of PVP on both sides of the gable roof. The weather conditions for the city of Kragujevac were taken into account during the simulations. In the case of one-sided gable roof covering, the annual electricity production is the highest when the PVPs are facing south (223.26 kWh/m 2 /a). In the case of bilateral (two-sided) covering, the annual electricity production can be up to 181.3 kWh/m 2 /a, if the gable roof is oriented in the East-West direction. The influence of the quantity of Ground Control Points (GCPs) on the geometric quality of generated models and the stability of camera calibration parameters assessed through self-calibration in the block-aerotriangulation process was investigated in this study. Three software systems were used to process the collected UAV photogrammetry images: Pix4D Mapper, Agisoft Metashape, and Trimble Inpho UASMaster. Standard statistical quality assessments were employed to assess the accuracy of the block-aerotriangulation. The research findings indicate that augmenting the quantity of GCPs enhances model reliability and decreases the RMSE values of vertical deviation on the control points. The RMSE values of vertical deviation on the check points for all three used software systems converged to approximately twice the value of the average spatial resolution. With the air traffic volume increase, there is a growth in the aviation system efficiency and therefore it is necessary to maintain a high level of safety. Practical processing of the operational data includes the representation and analysis of accidents and incidents in aviation over the certain period. The data presented in the paper are based on the location of the safety event, flight phase, aircraft type, accident frequency rate and other possible factors that can affect aviation safety. Such possibilities are reflected by the significant interest in geodetic research as well as in many areas of application of GNSS observation. On the geometric path of the signal between the satellite and the receiver, a significant source of GNSS measurement errors comes from the medium of propagation of electromagnetic waves. Errors attributed to signal propagation are ionospheric and tropospheric signal delay. The mentioned error sources significantly affect the quality of certain pseudorange and, thus, the quality of the receiver's position in the form of three-dimensional coordinates. This paper presents the analysis and determination of the ionospheric delay of GNSS satellite signals based on the determination of Total Electron Content - TEC at five stations (Beograd, Leskovac, Sombor, Zaječar, and Kraljevo) in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. In order to determine TEC values, the software called \"GPS-TEC analysis\" developed within the Institute for Scientific Research, Boston College, USA was used, which enables the determination of the TEC value on the path between the satellite and the receiver. The level of detail of each analysis is a function of purpose, breadth of access and available information. Planning analysis determines capacity in the earliest stages of planning, when small amount of data and information is available. The planning procedure is based on the AADT forecast and macro traffic simulation. Often, the usage of simulation models can lead to errors, and for these reasons, when analyzing traffic demands, it is necessary to carry out a check when more informations are available. Planning analyzes from the HCM manual are generally focused on broad issues such as initial problem identification, road design concept, and when alternatives are compared. These analyzes are suitable for evaluating proposed system measures, such as heavy vehicle lane usage control, highway ramp metering, and other applications of intelligent transportation systems. The methodology recommended in HCM implies the use of default input values, i.e. table of generalized values. Given that the recommended capacity values are based on typical road profiles and traffic flow characteristics in the USA, the paper provides a detailed capacity analysis at the planning level for local conditions - four standard geometric two-lane and highway profiles. Capacities are calculated for different values of design hourly volume, design speed, peak hour factor, commercial vehicle impact and terrain type, in order to compare with the generalized capacity tables from HCM2010. Radosavljević","doi":"10.5937/tehnika2301009m","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/tehnika2301009m","url":null,"abstract":"Solidification of the aluminum alloys takes place in heat-resistant refractory materials made of either metal or oxides that are stable at high temperatures. The significantly different thermal conductivities between metals and heat-resistant oxides cause solidification with significantly different cooling rates. In this work, we formed a secondary Al-8wt%Si-3wt%Cu alloy in a stainless steel mould, a thin-walled stainless steel cup, and a thick-walled zirconium oxide cup. The course of the formation of the solidified structure was monitored by immersed thermocouples, which enabled the computer analysis of the cooling curves. The parameters on which the cooling rate had the most significant influence are the undercooling values of the formation of primary aluminum crystals, the time of the growth of primary aluminum crystals and the total solidification time from the formation of the first solid crystals to the formation of a fully solidified structure. The Al-8wt%Si-3wt%Cu aluminum alloy formed in metal mould has a smaller grain size and consequently higher tensile strength, lower macro-porosity and less rough surface than the alloy formed in refractory oxide coatings. In the first segment of the paper, we will explain the concept of international development projects and how they differ from profit projects. Then we will explain the differences between leaders and managers, in order to define as precisely as possible the functions and tasks that leaders have in the implementation of projects. We will also explain why it is important for the success of projects for leaders to understand different cultures. The scientific literature is abundant with research that highlights individual technologies, initiatives, measures and approaches as indispensable elements of sustainable concepts. Although a relatively large set of city logistics concepts is analyzed in the literature, there is no generally accepted set of guidelines for defining sustainable city logistics concepts. This article tries to fill that literature gap.
