In this paper, by means of numerical simulation and actual test, the coupling effects are simulated to study the near-field coupling effect of antennas in following situations: between two shortwave bipolar antennas, between the LPDA and VHF dipole antenna, and between two VHF line antennas when polarization directions have a difference of 45 degrees. Based on the integrated method of radar communication, three kinds of ways of integration are summarized, and the existing design scheme is introduced in the paper. And then analysis of the program found output frequency instability problems by using direct digital frequency synthesis technology. Therefore, we propose the integration system optimization design based on FPGA and DSP to control DDS. The stability of output frequency is improved by the feedback of the system, and the stability of the output frequency is increased. Their equivalence and accuracy relations are proved. Applying the Lyapunov equation approach, their robustness is proved in the sense that their actual estimation error variances are guaranteed to have a minimal upper bound for all admissible uncertain noise variances. The design of the antenna is the composite of equiangular spiral and Archimedes spiral: The internal of antenna element is with equiangular spiral, and the external of is with Archimedes spiral. So the size of antenna plane is reduced effectively. Furthermore, in order to suppress the back forward radiation of the antenna and to achieve the balanced feed, we designed the improved reflector cavity structure and exponential gradient Balun. The procedure, parameter settings, characteristics of genetic algorithm and the neural network algorithms were demonstrated that used in the pattern synthesis, then the simulation programs were given. In the experimental stage, three groups of three different DOA of interference signal were applied to the antenna array model, respectively. The genetic algorithm and neural network algorithm were applied to the array pattern that simulated, then the simulation results were statisticed to compare their accuracy and robustness. At the same time, the linear antenna array model was established by the FEKO simulation software, whose antenna element is omni-directional COCO antenna whose center frequency is 1.8GHz. The weight coefficient produced by genetic algorithm and neural network algorithm were applied to the excitation voltage of every array elements, whose amplitude and phase is controlled by the weight coefficient. Therefore the effective management and analysis of uncertain objects should rely on an appropriate uncertain data model depicting the characteristic of uncertainties. For the uncertainties in the values of data attributes, this paper proposed an uncertain data model construction method based on nonparametric estimation, which can represent the uncertainty distribution characteristic efficiently without assuming the data distribution. According to the principle that any signal can be composed by two orthorhombic signals, this paper proposes a strong RF signal cancellation algorithm based on the Least Mean Square (LMS) adaptive filtering algorithm. The proposed algorithm works on the analog circuit, it could cancel the strong RF signal at the radio front end. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can cancel the strong RF signal effectively. In this paper, we propose the strategies on TDMA slot allocation in underwater acoustic networks that utilize diversity of node position and large propagation delays of the underwater channel to facilitate concurrent transmission and achieve the maximum possible throughput. First, we propose non-slotted TDMA strategy in underwater acoustic networks. Specifically, we specify the constraints that the strategies need to satisfy to avoid conflicts and model these constrains into a set of difference equations. Second, we use the Bellman-Ford algorithm to solve difference equations and get transmission schedule. The paper constructs characteristic parameters for recognizing signals in the cyclic frequency domain, and uses a 3-layer neural network as a classifier to identify the modulation mode. The experiment indicates that it can recognize 2FSK, 4FSK, 8FSK, BPSK, QPSK, MSK and 2ASK When signal to noise ratio (SNR) is higher than 0 dB, the recognition rate achieves 95%. Firstly, the wavelet energy spectrum entropy, power spectrum entropy and bispectral entropy are selected as the characteristic of the signal modulation type. Then, considering the situation of the received signal is not stable, this paper combined the idea of interval number with the sequences of the grey relational analysis. Finally, this paper analyzed the recognition results of the classical grey relational analysis and grey relational analysis based on the interval number theory.
