Telecom sectors with improved technology needs to handle the large set of subscribed customer base. Now a days, in addition to acquisition of new customers to increase the company revenue, retaining the old customers is also found to be of much importance. So, all the telecom industries are concentrating on building a best predictive model in order to determine the churn rate. In this paper we mainly concentrate on refining the telecom dataset by applying the Pre-processing, feature selection and feature extraction techniques. This paper provides an enhancement to an existing routing protocol, namely AOMDV. It considers channel free time and available bandwidths while selecting path. A recent survey made by WHO indicates 35 percent of women, globally, facing some form of abuse and physical violence. The count of victim is gradually increasing. Here we introduce a system which makes sure the women protection. The device can be easily carried and could be taken whenever they sense the danger. The project idea is to provide a swift responding and reporting safety device for women. The application helps women to overcome with fear and can call to her guardian that she can take the help. It reports a situation just by pressing button on the smart band. Our project resembles a smart band; it has the capability to protect the women, with the various sensors integrated within the band. When she wearing the band or a watch, if she face any Kind of harassment or if she feel something happened to be endanger she can press the button located on the watch, when she fall in down, the various information such as location, body posture, pulse rate and SMS alert are sent to the predefined number by using the GSM through Raspberry Pi. We can get the exact location of the victim by using the GPS it sends the longitude and latitude of the victim so that, police can easily find the victim and the incident can be easily avoided and can save the women, punish the culprit. Using the IoT platform one we can track the information of the women remotely. So in this paper, we are proposing computerized technique to examine the changes in tongue, which will be latter useful in diabetes diagnosis in patients. So initially we take the images of tongue and apply the image processing based on feature extraction technique to extract the two types of features named as, color features and gist features. Later on these quantifies features will be classify by using SOM Kohonen Classifier. A study on information cascade helps the businesses in a city to figure out different consumer trends and hence improve their processes and offerings. While cascade models have been studied in isolation, not much work has been done to correlate cascade with the static network parameters. In this study, an attempt is made to correlate findings from static analysis of the social networks with the findings from a dynamic network phenomenon such as cascade. Theoretically, USB 2.0 has defined a target of high speed data rate of 480Mbps, full speed data rate of 12Mbps and low speed data rate of 1.5Mbps. Hence, there arises a need to satisfy functional and speed requirements in the design and implementation of the USB 2.0 IP. This leads towards introducing a system that analyses the IP performance matching the protocol specifications. This paper depicts application of a data rate engine for bulk transfers of USB 2.0 protocol based transfers between host and device. The data rate engine consists of traffic analyzer, data rate calculator and performance tracker. The traffic analyzer recognizes different packets of the USB 2.0 transactions while keeping track of the data flow and related information. The data rate calculator acts as a plug-in to calculate the speed of transactions, additionally assisted by display unit to keep a record of obtained results. The performance tracker helps to understand the variation in data rate with respect to different factors affecting the IP performance. It can also help to detect missing edges in the social graph. A successful link prediction method substantially reduces the experimental effort required to establish the topology of a network and can accelerate the mutually beneficial interactions that takes much longer to form by chance. In this work, the various state of art link prediction methods are analyzed while also looking at the kind of networks the algorithms work best with. Different social graph data sets are chosen based on their sizes and sparsity. Subsequently link prediction task on each of these data sets were done using various machine learning algorithms to understand the performance of several random walk based node embedding methods as compared with the performance of several classical approaches. Many of the epidemic diseases are known to be sensitive to changes in the climate and short-term fluctuations in the weather. Recent outbreaks of Dengue, Chikungunya in India and Ebola in Africa have shown the importance of monitoring and understanding the public sentiments on disease outbreaks. These expert systems are fed with relevant knowledge and techniques to infer the result to make decisions. The paper focuses on extracting the web content like e-newspapers, Health related articles specific to the study of the disease occurrence and provide prior information of the outbreaks. The knowledge base is fed with the authenticated data collected from the field of medicine that provides information about the relationships between the diseases, symptoms, and medications. The system uses WebCrawler to crawl across the initial seed URL’s. The developed crawler supports the feature of multithreading crawling, content extraction and duplicate links detection. Around 3000 links are crawled by the WebCrawler. The dynamicity of the DOM structure of each e-newspaper is also taken care. Out of which few of the potential links related to the epidemic disease are taken for the study. Sentiment analysis of the curated newspaper article is demonstrated with real time data. The summary of the article, article published date, article title that are related to the epidemic disease is extracted. Pre-processing of data is done which includes parsing, tokenizing, lemmatizing and chinking of data. The Naïve Bayes Classifier is applied which results in the generation of score.
