Blur of a video is due to the motion of subjects during capturing, quality of lens and improper holding of the camera. The IR cameras usually have a low resolution mostly 160x120 and 320x240 for technical reasons. In this case Image Processing is one of the boons for business, engineering, forensics and medical field to extract the required values from the image data. To resolve this, we introduce an effective method to deblur low resolution videos. First, Blind Deconvolution method is applied to low resolution frames. Then, restored gray frames are converted into RGB images and write each RGB frame into the video object to make a video. The experimental results depict a high resolution video which is the sharpen form of low resolution video.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134087837","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is based on a microprocessor with synthetic speech output. This solution is designed to give details about human whomever they encounter. The proposed system detects the any obstacle in the path of the blind via stereoscopic sonar system using ultrasonic waves and sends back vibro-tactile feedback to inform the blind about its localization. And if there is an obstacle and then the second system kicks into to check whether the obstacle is human or not, and if proven human, it matches with the existing system database to find out the person details and provide it to the user. Face Detection is an important step in any face recognition systems, for the purpose of localizing and extracting face region from the rest of the images.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132876814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In computing the new pixel value, a window is centered on the pixel of interest with local neighborhood pixels. In this paper, an attempt is made to apply Gaussian filtering technique over Landsat -7 ETM+ satellite data product to analyze the impact of bandwidth. The selection of window is found on the statistical analysis which best enhances the image while preserving the edges. For satellite image with spatial resolution around 30m, window 9X9 for SD = 3, 7X7 for SD = 1.5, 5x5 for SD = 0.75 and 5x5 for SD = 0.375 are recommended. Resulting in blurred image, the largest window 9x9 was recommended to obtain better results.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114734444","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The audio amplifier uses discrete active devices such as BJTs and JFETs. It consists of a pre-amplification stage, tone control circuit and class-AB complementary-symmetry output stage. Due to their high input impedance, JFETs are used at the input side of the audio amplifier. The remaining part of the amplifier circuit uses BJTs operated in active region. A miller capacitance is connected to vary the bandwidth of the circuit. Since single stage amplifiers exhibit limited gain, the proposed audio amplifier incorporates multiple stages with miller capacitance. The design was carried out assuming a set of general specifications and simulated using Microwind software. The circuit is powered from a ±10V power supply and the power consumption is found to be 946mW. The measured 3-dB frequencies were found near to the audio frequency range (48Hz to 22.5 KHz). The total harmonic distortion (THD) is measured to be 5.4%, while the responses of input resistance and output resistance versus frequency curves have been simulated.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132718969","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The mode of information sharing by people around the globe has been occupied by chat, blogs, tweets and so on, using different social media sites. To profile the user with respect to the topic(s) discussed in social media, \"Profiling Social Media Users (PSMU)\" algorithm is proposed in this work. Using NER approach, the keywords in the posts are clustered into seven predefined clusters and further, unique clusters are formed based on synonymous of keywords in posts using WordNet approach. Users are profiled based on having highest number of keywords in respective clusters. Experiments conducted on real world data set from Twitter Social Media show unique clusters being formed by PSMU and profiles the Twitter Users accurately by achieving 97.53 percent accuracy.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125874580","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different tours demand various combinations of players as the conditions differ from stadium to stadium. Thus, the selectors have to consider various attributes of a player along with certain other attributes like experience of the player, performance in a particular condition and many more attributes. Such information can be obtained from the player’s career record. This paper covers the concepts of Multiple Random Forest Regression to be used to predict the value of the attributes of the batsmen and the bowlers in the given match, which will help in selecting the players for the given tour.The model will be used for the ODI format of the game. The past record of a player against a particular opposition is used as the dataset to train the model. The touring team, the opposition and the venue of the match are taken as input by the model. A rank-wise list of all the batsmen and bowlers is generated based on the input fields which can be used by the selectors to select the team as per the desired combination.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124620817","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here the receiver coil used has parameters depending on the application. Since Tesla’s work on wireless power technology, not a significant lot has been done. Wireless power transfer is used in different applications ranging from mobile chargers to charging stations. The major challenge faced by wireless power is efficiency, and it decreases drastically if the range is increased even by a fraction. In this paper a WPT charger is modeled and simulation has been conducted over Maxwell 3d of Ansys electromagnetic suite. On basis of simulation results obtained a hardware model is designed and is tested by increasing the distance between the coils and seen the better improvements in terms of efficiency. This model can be a turning point for our society. The device is easily established like in railway stations and metro cities and is affordable. This proposed design is helpful for contact less mobile charging for public places in India. This is a low budget system with an essential social application.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117156523","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These picture elements are called pixels. Most of the time images contain degradation due to noises, resulting in reduction of contrast and colour fading. For many reasons it is required to remove these kind of effects. Now day’s most of the applications require useful information present in the images for explanation and examination. Image enhancement is a one technique, which is used to apply different alterations to an image. So that the result obtained from the image enhancement technique is much better than the original image for a specific purpose. Many images like medical images and images of satellites suffer from poor sharpness and noisy effects. This is important to increase the contrast of an image and also important to remove different noises present in the image to increase picture standard in order to get required features in the later stages. This paper presents a new work for image noise removal and enhancement in fundus and optical coherence tomography eye images by using image processing techniques for better glaucoma disease detection.","PeriodicalId":221994,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Information Technology (ICAIT)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115551024","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
