They faced a big booming of productivity in IT market. Cloud Computing is a new era in web based computing, it includes resource like memory, Processing cycle, set of connections, application and software services are delivered as a service. Cloud computing offers services, which access to a variety of diverse resources. It has a collection of virtualized end users and they are dynamically getting single or more integrated computing resources. These middleware, resources and software are measured from the cloud via the internet and their corresponding services. The customers are in creating time to time and their usage and query also higher. So, to sustain the client needs, we are ready to serve a better resource configured to manage planning. Especially in the cloud, each service is indeed of own resource requirement. So, resource capacity planning is a base for capacity plans and virtualized resource management in Cloud computing. This work aimed to propose a survey of resource based capacity planning methods, issues and their similarities/dissimilarities. It has come a long way from being a new paradigm which is gaining momentum in the ledger technology. Bitcoin being the first implementation of distributed ledger brought in many advantages and disadvantages. Later came the applications of the proof-of-stake algorithms into the ledger technology. All of these performed well except that each did not provide a secure way of distributed computing. Thus, researchers brought in a new concept of the cryptographic ledgers which used the whole new Byzantine Agreement protocol and the technology got to be known as the Algorand. It scaled the databases and data warehouses according to the consensus and brought around the transactions very well bringing in more advantages from its applications. The various technologies and protocols which were previously used before algorand are discussed to provide an idea as to what lead to the development of the most evolving technology in the Block- chain. Deep learning is artificial intelligence methods that work like a human brain to store records and process the data. Machine learning algorithms have capacity to learn things that are required for particular application. Hence, they have the ability to learn. There are many algorithms available that work to increase the deep learning performance. The proposed system improves the performance for prediction of Hungarian disease dataset using improved RF HTMC FR deep learning algorithm. It uses Random Forest and HTM algorithm with feature reduction. Ability to handle large volume of data using parallel processing means has made Hadoop widely adapted by various academics and Industries. Hadoop was not designed with security considerations during initial times and as Hadoop got deployed in public clouds; its security vulnerabilities became important. Towards this end, a Fuzzy Adaptive Security Profiles (FASP) is proposed in this work. The FASP is able to provide dynamic security profiles adaptive to the security and processing requirements. So this zone must be checked to keep the creatures off or to prevent any undesirable interruption. In our proposed undertaking, we have structured a framework which identifies the movement of creatures by utilizing PIR sensors, then camera will take picture of interruption and the Picture is sent to the Picture handling sensors where it is characterized as a creature or a human using content based image classification. In case of bogus alert no advances are prepared in order to solve the issue. We have come up with a new method in which we can revert the animal by using IOT and Image Processing technique. This technique is used to find whether the individuals are available or not in the respective government organizations. Image fusion is a technique of combining multiple registered images to get more informative or High Resolution (HR) image. Proposed method makes use of crowdsourcing to obtain multiple images. Crowdsourcing is a process of turning to a body of people to obtain relevant images. The images obtained through crowdsourcing may belong to different classes and may also contain multiple noisy and unwanted images and may be of different orientation. Also, the images obtained through crowdsourcing may be captured from different sources and also they may be in multiple resolution. The proposed method consists of training multiple deep learning models to estimate the probability of the image being relevant independently. Proposed method fuses the independent probabilities obtained from different algorithms using the decision fusion algorithm. Followed by elimination ofredundant images and the images containing significant amount of blur/noise. The selected images are then fused to generate the High Resolution (HR) image. Different students learn using different techniques or styles. There can be different kinds of learners within a single class. The teacher needs to understand this difference in order to deliver their contents in the classroom effectively. The proposed system aids the faculty in understanding the classroom composition in terms of the learning styles of students and suggests specific teaching methods that can be helpful for the entire class. The system uses a survey called the Index of Learning Styles (ILS) to understand the learning style of the class. A machine learning model is used to suggest the possible teaching methods based on the learning styles to ensure effective classroom delivery by the faculty. The model is trained on a custom made dataset to understand the styles. FR4 dielectric with permitivity 4.4 is the dielectric material used. The S11 in dB with standing wave ratio for the generated frequencies are -28.29 and - 23.01 with 1.08 and 1.15 respectively. It comprises of a rectangular slot on the patch to achieve impedance matching.
