Venkataramana","doi":"10.1109/ICAIT47043.2019.8987327","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICAIT47043.2019.8987327","url":null,"abstract":"This paper describes the design and realization of a two stage low noise amplifier (LNA) centered at 7.2GHz with a bandwidth of 100MHz for X-Band Coherent Tracking, Telemetry and Command Receiver (TTC).Interstage matching network has been optimized to get optimum noise figure of 1.9dB with a flatness of 0.3dB and input return loss of better than 10 dB. Output return loss is better than 10dB have been achieved with a overall gain of 26dB over 100MHz bandwidth. The design is carried out with microwave simulation software. LNA has been realized on 25 mil thickness RTDuroid6010substrate with Er=10.2, using Silicon germanium based hetero junction bipolar junction transistor (HBT) as active device and surface mount type passive components. In this paper, we present the analysis of the mutually coupled three racetrack ring resonator architecture. Transfer matrix method is used to analyze the ring resonator and racetrack resonator. Ring resonator and racetrack resonator are designed for the single mode. We achieved a delay of ~1.71ps for three mutually coupled racetrack ring resonator whereas for the three ring resonators achieved a delay of ~1.36ps. The manual process of signing on a paper is prolonged and insecure. An efficient attendance monitoring system needs to be enforced at such places. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based attendance system provides us with a solution that caters to issues like proxy attendance. This paper describes the design of an RFID based attendance monitoring system which uniquely identifies each employee/student based on their RFID tag which is attached to their ID card. This makes the mechanism of recording the attendance effortless, quicker and protected as compared to conventional method. This system is designed to be used at different educational institutions, corporate offices, government offices etc. The proposed system consist of both hardware and software components based on IoT Technology. The hardware component consists of RC522 RFID card reader and RFID tags/cards. The software component consists of the Web-based GUI for viewing the employee’s or student’s attendance, which is hosted on a web server and which stores the data in a database server. The employees or students just need to place their RFID card or tag on the reader and their attendance will be recorded for the day. In an existing Garment industry, calculate thousands of worker’s monthly pay depending on each and every piece of production and with different grades of workers is really a tough job. Hence, it is essential to make the system automated. In cloud based garment payroll system, it keeps track of all workers’ individual daily production, including style and size and after the end of each month generates worker’s net salary by calculating the production amount, production bonus, attendance bonus, festival bonus, no work amount, night allowance by deducting advance if any then generate wages by a single click. This user-friendly proposed cloud Garment Payroll System (GPS) helps to generate thousands or more of a worker’s salary just with a few clicks and 100% accuracy. Unlike traditional payroll system, which is installed on site, cloud-based payroll is hosted and managed by the vendor and pay as you go. The system then can be accessed from any locations from any web-enabled devices like desktop, laptop, Smartphone, tab, etc. using internet connectivity. The research concentrates on the extension of two paper which focuses on improving the agriculture using data mining techniques such as DBSCAN, PAM, CLARA, Chameleon, regression techniques. The extended work focuses on identifying the critical factors from the results of clustering techniques and adapting the different sensors for each cluster associated with critical factors. The results include analysis of the cluster results and selection of sensors based on critical factors. From extensive survey it is seen the existing model does not perform well when color intensity and fruit size varies. Thus, it is important build an efficient feature extraction model to build a good training descriptor. Thus, this paper extract the fruit shape and color for establishing each fruit feature set. Our model is consisted of following phases, pre-processing (PP) phase, feature extraction (FE) phase, and testing phase. In PP stage, the image is resized. In FE stage, color, shape features, and scale invariant feature transform is used to build feature vector for each fruit variety. Then, in testing phase, we use K-Nearest Neighborhood classification algorithm to identify fruits. This growth has caused a great impact in growing the business revenue. Multiple E-commerce sectors have been evolving day by day which are working day and night to reach the peak. At present the research is being carried out in every sector to determine the frequent customers, analyze their behaviour in terms their purchase and various other factors. The main aim is to get hold of the loyal customer by satisfying their needs. So every ecommerce sectors are moving in the direction to determine the best model to identify such key players. Key player is the one who is found to make the frequent purchase which helps to increases the revenue of retailers. The historical data has to be used to perform the analysis of key players in a shopping data set. Handling such huge data requires best tools and techniques and one such domain is Data Mining. In this proposed work an efficient model is developed by applying the data mining techniques such as preprocessing, feature selection, community build and mining. The dataset collected has to be cleaned in order to reduce the computation and to eliminate the error rate for which preprocessing is carried out using the algorithm regex and mean weighted average vector. The preprocessed data has to be reduced in terms of its dimension for which the feature selection is applied. The algorithms PCA with accuracy 89%, recursive feature elimination with accuracy 67% and Karl Pearson Correlation is also used and compared. The community is built for the extracted features using dependency algorithm. The proposed sensor is consisted of input and output straight waveguides connected to a hexagonal-shaped microcavity ring resonator. The radii of selected holes in the microcavity are altered in such a way that Q factor is increased and achieved a maximum Q factor of 8894. The obtained sensitivity and detection limit of the sensor are 107 nm/RIU and 2.4299 x 10-3 RIU respectively. FDTD method has been used for modeling and designing of PhC. The wavelength shift is observed if the refractive index of urine is varied by varying the glucose concentration in urine. This principle is used for the detection of glucose concentration in urine.
