In this paper, we present the analysis of the mutually coupled three racetrack ring resonator architecture. Transfer matrix method is used to analyze the ring resonator and racetrack resonator. Ring resonator and racetrack resonator are designed for the single mode. We achieved a delay of ~1.71ps for three mutually coupled racetrack ring resonator whereas for the three ring resonators achieved a delay of ~1.36ps.
