Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes an auto-encoder recommendation algorithm based on cooperative training (AutoCOT) that combines the auto-encoder framework with cooperative training (COT) model, which can not only better learn the non-linear relationship of data but alleviate the data sparseness problem, especially in large amount of user and item data. The experiments show that, on Movielen datasets, AutoCOT performs better in coverage, precision and recall rate when compares with the traditional collaborative filtering algorithms and pure auto-encoder recommendation algorithms.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"197 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115004017","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposed a novel collaborative framework of semantic document exchange through a mediation approach which provides a sentence-based machine natural language (MNL). Here, the MNL constructs a grammatical case structure to compatible with all languages. Thus, the mediation framework enables the sentence computer-readable and understandable without ambiguity, simultaneously the MNL can improve accuracy and reduce the complexity of mapping in semantic document exchange.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124021922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to poor network environment in pastoral areas, IoT technology is difficult to apply. Due to the lack of effective supervision, livestock suffer from varying degrees of health problems. This has seriously affected the development of animal husbandry. The emergence of lowpower, long-distance Internet of Things technologies, represented by Lora, has made it possible to establish a realtime monitoring system for the behavior of livestock. This system includes nodes, gateways, and servers, and is based on LoRaWAN. These nodes take the SX1278 as the core and integrate the STM32L151 low-power controller, GPS, and accelerometer. The system is tested and analyzed. The experimental results show that the scheme has the characteristics of long communication distance, low power consumption, convenient networking, and good real-time performance. It has a wide range of application prospects.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130213047","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This will put the user's privacy at risks since that students' information can be mined by analyzing the recommendation results. Considering that differential privacy theory can effectively protect user privacy through strict mathematical definition and maximum background knowledge assumptions, this paper proposes a differential privacy collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on learner behavior similarity. By adding noise obeying the Laplace distribution to the learner behavior similarity matrix, the recommendation accuracy rate does not reduce, as well as the privacy of student is protected effectively.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134227486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An autonomous credit system is proposed to reform and address the issues of the current systems based on self-regulating blockchain data and programmable smart contracts. The autonomous credit system is trading-oriented to satisfy all the involved trading participants. A blockchain creditworthiness ecosystem is developed to implement the credit system as it provides an open, equal and creditworthy infrastructure. And it is through a collection of smart contracts that all the blockchain operations are processes. A creditworthiness model is developed to implement the credit system to be integrated, traceable, dynamic and personalized. Several pilot projects have been developed to test the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed autonomous credit system. Four creditworthiness clouds have been developed as public blockchain clients and creditworthiness lookup services.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"22 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131438838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Focusing on the high fluctuation of public opinion in universities and other certain characters, this paper proposes a predictive model of public opinion heat trend based on Markov chain. In this model, it collects some index data and gives out time series of the public opinion heat value; then classifies the state space of public opinion heat trend in universities; thirdly, constructs state transition matrix of public opinion heat; and lastly, forecasts the trend variation interval of public opinion heat. Finally, the experimental results show that such model can effectively predict the trend of public opinion in universities and guide and manage them, providing a theoretical model basis for effect appraisal of public opinion in universities.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114403141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The media ecosystem is operated autonomously on a smart contract-based consortium blockchain, with which three public facilities are provided for the participants, i.e., a composing service for authors, a media service for publishers, and an evaluation service for third-party creditworthiness providers. The media ecosystem repositions the authors' and the publishers' role involved in the publishing process, in which the authors' writings would neither be submitted to, nor evaluated by the media. The authors hold their writings and have the right to release them through the ecosystem. The writings are evaluated by a third-party creditworthiness provider and their information on composing, updating, reading, circulating and comments are traced and won't be interfered.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125882154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper discusses the risk of citizens' privacy disclosure related to data sharing among government departments, and analyzes the current major privacy protection models for data sharing. Aiming at the issues of low efficiency and low reliability in existing e-government applications, a statistical data sharing framework among governmental departments based on local differential privacy and blockchain is established, and its applicability and advantages are illustrated through example analysis. The characteristics of the private blockchain enhance the security, credibility and responsiveness of information sharing between departments. Local differential privacy provides better usability and security for sharing statistics. It not only keeps statistics available, but also protects the privacy of citizens.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115161362","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
