The Concept and Framework of Basic Information Facilities for E-Commerce

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of e-commerce market, explore the effective management mode of e-commerce market, enhance the control ability of relevant departments of e-commerce market, this article puts forward one concept of basic information facilities of e-commerce, and designs the general framework of e-commerce basic information facilities, including the relevant laws and regulations, standards and a series of public service platform. The public service platforms include e-commerce trusted transaction guarantee service platform, electronic invoice management and service platform, cross-border e-commerce integrated service platform and e-commerce market operation monitoring service platform. Further this article expounds the construction and operation of basic information facilities of e-commerce. Preliminary practice shows that the construction of basic information facilities of e-commerce is necessary and feasible.
