For business processes, RPA refers to configuring software-based robots to do the work previously done by actors in the organizations. RPA offers many benefits including improved business efficiency, increased productivity, data security, reduced cycle time, and improved accuracy while allowing organizations to relieve their employees from repetitive and tedious tasks. However, implementing RPA represents a challenge and organizations must learn to manage RPA adoption to achieve maximum results. This paper aims to help organizations to effectively adopt RPA for automating their business processes. More precisely, it proposes a new method to guide organizations in analyzing their business processes in order to identify the most suitable for RPA. We present the principles underlying our method and the results obtained in the context of key processes from the banking domain.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125041798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, all of existing constructions for this primitive are based on hard problems in number theory, and will be ultimately broken in quantum era. To address this issue, we construct the first lattice-based universal designated verifier signatures as a post-quantum candidate for this primitive. Our construction is obtained by directly extending a ring-based variant of the Gentry-Peikert-Vaikuntanathan signature scheme with some additional algorithms, thus the existing key generation and signing implementation can be used without modification. We also show that our construction is provably secure under the Small Integer Solution problem over rings, in the random oracle model.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128475417","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In our previous papers, we have proposed a symbolic coding scheme, named Music Definition Language (MDL) and Music Manipulation Language (MML), to describe music pieces; and designed corresponding algorithms to compute the similarity scores. However, the potential of MML/MDL won't be released if existing music pieces have to be manually transformed to their MML/MDL representations. This paper is focused on the automatic transformation of audio tracks, either analogue or digital signal, into MDL/MML representations. Following the case study approach, we first use MatLab to generate an MP3 file from a predefined MDL and MML representation, which correspond to the Net-based online music. Next, we adopt Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to convert the MP3 file back to the MDL and MML file and check how accurate we can obtain via the similarity score. To achieve this purpose, the following features need to be extracted: frequencies, amplitude, time the note has been played and the duration. The experiment shows 93.63% contour melody similarity score and 100% for the rhythm have been achieved compared to the original file.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116661150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To analyze and measure the similarity among entities, existing methods are mainly based on either textual content or relationship unilaterally. Thus they can not measure similarity between paper and scholar or are limited in a small range of field. To address this, we propose a topic model, utilizing both textual content of papers and relationship between entities, and then introduce an algorithm for computing similarity between graph entities based on knowledge graph enhanced by topic model. Through the experiments we show that our model outperforms traditional topic model in topic coherence and we are able to list similar papers, scholars and conferences simultaneously and more accurately.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"230 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132140185","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Usually for image retrieval, the queries are needed to be presented in literal language and the retrieved images are captioned in advance. Deep learning is a recent solution to image retrieval, which could calculate the similarity of two images by extracting their features without captions. In this paper, an image cognition platform based on deep neural network is proposed to address the problem of image retrieval as well as image caption. The platform combines the convolutional neural network, recurrent neural network and hash technology together to provide interfaces for users to query with both images and natural language. A case study is given to verify our platform. The result shows that our platform can help managers to efficiently browse similar services provided by other auto 4S stores through image retrieval.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126230219","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been observed that the ontologies are playing a pivotal role in the growth of Semantic Web as it offers an effective knowledge representation with appropriate formalisms. Semantic Web technologies based on ontology have emerged as an appropriate engineering solution to the problems of developing systems that assure the integration of data from different sources with high end interoperability to provide seamless services to web users. Development of domain ontology exhibits both structural and logical complexity comparable to the development of software systems. However, the first one is more complex compared to any form of software development due to various factors. Though they are two complementary engineering branches, the maturity and popularity level of later is too high compared to the former. Unlike Software Engineering, absence of effective methodologies eligible to claim the tag 'standardized' aimed at supporting the development of ontology restricts the availability of large scale domain ontologies. Methodologies leveraged from Software Engineering to ontology development by extending the matured process models can bridge the gap between the above mentioned engineering branches to a significant extent. This paper proposes a software centric novel methodology for ontology development with a defined Ontology Development Life Cycle (ODLC) in terms of stages, workflows, activities and techniques. The applicability of the proposed methodology has been shown by developing prototype ontology.","PeriodicalId":221376,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 15th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125589819","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
