This study uses a simple Randomized Complete Design (RCD) with the substitution treatment of kluwih and mureel fish, with the following ratio: S1 (240g: 60g), S2 (210g: 90g), S3 (180g: 120g), S4 (150g: 150g), S5 (120g: 180g). Data were analyzed statistically by analysis of variance and if there was a significant effect, further testing was done with BNJ at the level of 5%. The results showed that kluwih substitution in the manufacture of mureel fish shredded had an average: water content of 8.33-10.62%, protein :16.83-22.00%, fiber : 6.79-6.99%, score crispness 2-6.12, taste score 2.6-6.6. Based on the results of the analysis of the variety of kluwih substitutes and mureel fish have a significant effect on water content, protein content and crisp organoleptic test, taste on mureel fish fillet, and no significant effect on fiber content. The study was conducted at the KWT Berdaya in Samiran Village, Selo District, Boyolali Regency. The composition of organic fertilizer for each 1 ton of cow manure mix with 5 kg of Orgadec. The observed parameters were carbon (C), nitrogen (N), phosphor (P), and potassium (K), C/N (rasio C and N) content. The parameters were measured before and after composting process. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that Orgadec improved the composting process of livestock manure into organic fertilizer in terms of N-total, P₂O₅, K₂O and water content parameters, but only C/N ratios after meeting the standards in accordance with Permentan No.70/Permentan/SR.140/10/ 2011. Potensi ini terjadi akibat lonjakan jumlah kendaraan pribadi, sementara angkutan umum kian ditinggalkan karena kualitas layanannya yang kurang memadai dan tidak mampu menjawab tuntutan publik. Hal ini mengindikasikan gagalnya kebijakan tata kelola transportasi publik yang diselenggarakan pemerintah daerah. Untuk itu, sebuah alternatif kebijakan diperlukan guna mengatasi masalah transportasi publik. Pengembangan alternatif kebijakan dilakukan dengan teknik participatory policy analysis dalam paradigma analisis kebijakan deliberaitf. Teknik analisis kebijakan yang menekankan pada pengembangan alternatif kebijakan dengan melibatkan unsur masyarakat yang terkait dengan kebijakan dalam proses dialog untuk mengembangkan alternatif kebijakan. Proses dialog untuk pengembangan alternatif kebijakan tersebut dilakukan dengan memerhatikan aspek reciprocity, relationship, learning dan creativity di antara aktor kebijakan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling terhadap mereka yang dianggap berkompeten dan mewakili setiap unsur masyarakat yang terkait dengan kebijakan transportasi publik di Purwokerto. Penelitian berhasil bahwa pilihan kebijakan reformasi pengelolaan transportasi publik merupakan alternatif ideal untuk menjawab tuntutan publik akan transportasi publik yang berkualitas dan dapat diandalkan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, meskipun proses dialog kolaboratif mampu menghasilkan alternatif kebijakan, namun proses dialog itu sendiri tidak terjadi tanpa ada fasilitative leadership dan civil society. Komitmen elit pemerintah yang memfasilitasi (fasilitative leadership) dan adanya kesadaran serta wahana bagi masyarakat menyuarakan kepentingannya (civil society) menjadi aspek yang melengkapi model collaborative policy making.ABSTRACTThe potency of traffic density and congestion is already visible in Purwokerto as one of the city transit in Indonesia. It occurs due to the surge in the number of private vehicles, while public transportation is increasingly abandone, because the public transportation is no longer able to fulfill the public demand with its inadequate quality service. This indicates the failure of public transportation management policy organized by local government. Therefore, an alternative public transportation is needed to address the problem. Pemerintah mentargetkan kunjungan wisatawan asing ke kawasan ini sebanyak 2 juta wisatawan asing, dan 11 juta wisatawan domestik pada tahun 2019. Di sisi lain, Balai Konservasi Borobudur (BKB) yang bertanggungjawab dalam pemelihara Candi Borobudur telah menbuat kajian bahwa daya tampung Borobudur hanya 123 orang naik bersamaan di atas candi, dan 528 orang di halaman candi. Saat ini jumlah wisatawan yang naik 10 kali lipatnya, dan terdapat indikasi kerusakan. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1) bagaimana solusi pengelolaan KSPN Borobudur agar terjadi sisi kelestarian serta tercapai target kunjungan, 2) bagaimana peran yang dapat dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah di sekitar Kawasan Borobudur untuk menyambut penetapan status kawasan dan proyek stretegis yang akan dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pengamatan langsung, serta penelusuran data sekunder melalui berbagai dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis interaktif sebagaimana dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman. Penelitian dilakukan di sekitar kawasan Borobudur, yaitu Kabupaten Magelang, Kabupaten Purworejo, dan Kota Magelang. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) solusai pengelolaan kawasan wisata Borobudur ialah dengan mengubah mindset wisata tidak lagi berpusat pada Candi Borobudur semata, tetapi pariwisata berbasis landscape budaya dan masyarakat, dimana Borobudur menjadi salah satu bagiannya. Paradigma wisata bergeser dari monument-centric ke kawasan lebih luas dan tidak lagi terpusat, tetapi pelibatan aktif masyarakat. 2) Pemerintah daerah (Kabupaten Magelang, Kabupaten Purworejo, dan Kota Magelang) selayaknya berbenah dengan berbagai program pembangunan pendukung dalam rangka meningkatkan percepatan daya saing daerah dan menangkap peluang pengembangan ekonomi untuk meningkatkan pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Borobudur, Wisata, Kawasan wisataABSTRACTBorobudur area and its surroundings are one of the National Tourism Strategic Areas (KSPN). During his leadership, Semarang turned into an advanced city, even as a reference for the development of other regions in Indonesia. The title as the most disadvantaged provincial capital city was successfully released. The purpose of this study was to find out the achievements of Hendrar Prihadi as the mayor of Semarang. This research method uses library research. The results of this study show the achievements of Hendrar Prihadi as the mayor of Semarang which consists of: being used as a reference in the field of public services, the successful implementation of smart city, innovative health services, tourism development to become a reference in the area of efficiency in regional development, and success in developing the Development Index Human. However, the policy cannot run optimally where many villages do not have village-owned enterprises. So that one of the efforts made by the government is to establish a joint village-owned business entity (BUMADes). The purpose of this study aims to analyze and learn how the program implementation of joint village-owned enterprises in Banyumas Regency. To achieve the research aims, the research method used in this study was a qualitative method. This study found that the performance of the implementation of joint village-owned enterprises in Banyumas Regency, in general, has not run optimally. This is indicated by two aspects. First, the community and the government have not fully understood the implementation of joint village-owned enterprises. Second, similarities in the vision and mission of the two parties are more directed towards empowerment efforts so that the BUMADes implementation of the joint village-owned business enterprises program has not yet become a profit-oriented business unit (commercial institution). Ngawi Regency is a fertile area and is one of the buffer zones of the agricultural sector in East Java. Horticulture commodities are one of the main sources in the agricultural sector, because they have high potential and can contribute to the economy of a region. Horticultural commodities in the form of fruits and vegetables are an important food source to meet the nutritional needs of the community. Agriculture with a focus on horticultural crops in Ngawi Regency was developed with a cluster system based on the level of progress, harvest area and by considering agro-climate to map the superior horticultural commodities. The purpose of this study was to map the conditions of horticultural agriculture and analyze problems in the cluster of horticulture plants in Ngawi Regency. The research method is a mixed method using descriptive analysis, Geographic Information System (GIS), and using the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). The conclusion of this study is that the potential development of horticultural clusters in Ngawi Regency requires structuring and developing the location of base commodities in accordance with the conditions of the agro-ecosystem. The development of existing commodities at these base points will make the commodity superior and support the creation of horticultural cluster centers and the development of existing agribusiness in an area. Development of horticulture base commodities for seasonal vegetables and fruits can be adjusted to the LQ results for each sub-district in Ngawi Regency. The results of the Indepth interview processed using AHP obtained results that in fact there were three main factors in the development of clusters, namely production consisting of four derivative factors namely research and development, superior seeds, fertilizers and anti-pest drugs and then marketing with derivative factors namely product standardization, packaging , traditional markets and modern markets. The method of research is Research and Development  (R&D). This study was conducted in fourth grade of SDN Karanganyar 02 Kota Semarang. Data sources from media validation, material validation, learning outcomes, and teacher and students responses on developed media. Pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest design. Big book developed consist of equivalent fractions material, students learning activities sheets with rectangle and circle shape pictures, and questions about equivalent fractions. Big book was developed based on students and teacher needs. This big book fulfill the media validity of 3,75 with very good criteria and scored 3 by material experts with good criteria. In large-scale trial, the result of students posttest have learning outcomes completness 82,14%. The result of N-gain calculation with result 0,55 indicates the criterion “medium”. The t-test result 9,6320 > 2,0484 which means the average of posttest outcomes is better than the average of pretest outcomes. Marine ecology protection is an important part, therefore Ecomarinetourism is one form of responsibility of all stakeholders in sustainable development which is a change from the brown economy to a green economy based on the principle of sustainability, mainly focusing on experience and learning about nature, managed ethically, non - Consumptive, oriented and contributing to conservation and preservation.The purpose of this study is 1) To explore the profile of tourists in Central Java Province; 2) To Analyze the priority of supporting factors for model development; 3) To identify tourism regulations in Central Java 4) To Arrange stakeholder participation in tourism development.This study uses mixed method with a descriptive statistical analysis tool combined with qualitative analysis, and AHP analysis combined with Focus Group Disscussion. The results show that the most sought-after tourism is tourism, especially marine and ecology. Supporting factors in the development of tourism models are the infrastructure, institutional and internal factors of business actors.
