Sbm","doi":"10.36762/jurnaljateng.v17i1.782","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36762/jurnaljateng.v17i1.782","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak, belanja pegawai, belanja barang dan jasa, belanja tidak langsung terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di 35 Kabupaten/ Kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2013-2017, sebagai akibat pengambilan kebijakan fiskal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel (data time series selama lima tahun dari 2013-2017, dan data cross-section sebanyak 35 data yang mewakili Kabupaten/ Kota Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah). Metode analisis penelitian ini mengunakan regresi data panel fixed effect model. Analisis regresi data panel digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel independen terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil estimasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel belanja tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, variabel pajak, belanja pegawai berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan, sedangkan variabel belanja barang dan jasa tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel belanja lagsung, pajak, dan belanja pegawai memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai dampak pengambilan kebijakan fiskal. Namun variabel belanja barang dan jasa tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten/ Kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The experimental design in this study used a complete randomized design with two factors, of which are heating duration as the primary factor (A1 and A2, 15 minutes and 30 minutes) and moisture level as the secondary factor (B1, B2 and B, 25%, 50% and 75%), with 2 repetition. The study shows no effect from the treatment on the value expressed, either from the duration of steaming or difference in moisture content. The experimental design in this study used a complete randomized design with two factors, of which are heating duration as the primary factor (T1=15 minutes and T2=30 minutes) water contentas the secondary factor (A1=25%, A2=50%, and A3=75%) with 3 replications. On glucose content, the duration ofheat treatment showed significant effect (p<0,05), while difference in water content didnot. On total carbohydrate content, the different water contentshowed significant effect (p<0,05), whereas different heating duration did notshow any significant effect. The research concludes that heating duration and water affects significantly on glucose and total carbohydrate contents, respectively. The research was carried out for 5 (five) months from April to 2017 on the demonstration plot in Campursari Village, Ngadirejo District, Temanggung Regency. The purposes of this study are: (i). Identify and explain the cost of production in the cultivation of environmental friendly cayenne pepper; (ii). Identify and explain the acceptance of cayenne pepper cultivation farm environmental friendly; and (iii). Identify and explain the feasibility of cultivation of cayenne pepper farming is environmental friendly. The results showed that: (i). Lower recommendation technology production costs 11.18% of farmers' methods; (ii). Recommendation farming technology acceptance is 16.61% higher than the farmers' method; (iii). Bacillus aryabhattai is a bacterium that rapidly colonizes the roots of host plants, promotes plant growth, increases the availability of good nutrition, and has antagonistic effects on plant pathogens. The aim of this research is to know the effect of Bacillus aryabhattai in increasing the population of symbiotic N-stimulating bacteria and to increase crop production. The research was carried out at screen house and laboratory of Agricultural Environment Research Center. The soil was andosol soil from Kaliangkrik Subdistrict of Magelang district. The study was conducted from December 2016 to March 2017. The study design was a randomized block design with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments include control (D1), Bacillus aryabhattai (D2), POC (D3), Trichoderma (D4). The results showed that D2 treatment had a high bacterial population and positively affected plant height, root length, root weight and leaf production. While the research on the use of ramie leaves for fattening was carried out in Butuh Village, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency in 2018. 21 male Dombos were divided into 3 feed treatments with forage proportions of 70%, 50% and 30 ramie leaves respectively. %. The results showed that currently ramie plants were being developed in Wonosobo Regency by CV. Ramindo Berkah Persada Sejahtera in Gandok Village, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java. Until now the area of the crop has reached 13 ha. Of this area will produce ramie leaves 195,000 kg / year. If one sheep needs 4 kg of ramie / tail / day leaves, then the potential capacity of sheep is 135 heads / year, if the given one is 50% then the Jurnal Litbang Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Volume 16 202 Nomor 2 – Desember 2018potential capacity is 270 heads / year and if it is reduced again to 25% of ramie leaves then the potential capacity 440 heads / year. Hydroponic technology in greenhouses allows controlled control of plants, more planned harvests and reduces pests and diseases. The results of a hydroponic purwoceng production study using drip and NFT irrigation techniques have been carried out separately. The results of the purwoceng production study using the hydroponic nutrient film technique (NFT) show that purwoceng is sensitive to circulating water. Withered purwoceng plants in the NFT system reach 40%. further studies are needed on the hydroponic technique of drip irrigation, NFT and in open land on the growth and development of purwoceng plants. The purpose of the research was to get the effect of drip irrigation, NFT and open land on the growth of plant height and the number of branches of purwoceng plants in the dry season. Experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 replications. The micro-climate inside and outside the greenhouse observed includes air temperature and air humidity. Growth data were analyzed by F test and continued with DMRT test at 5% level. The growth variables observed included plant height and number of branches. Purwoceng production using drip irrigation systems, NFT systems and open land has different effects on purwoceng growth. Drip irrigation in the greenhouse produces the highest plant height and number of branches compared to the NFT technique and in open land. Purwoceng planting with drip irrigation shows the highest yield, which is 14 branches. The number of branches of purwoceng plants in open land reaches an average of 6.9. The experimental design in this study used a completely randomized design of one factor, namely the formulation of red rice flour and red bean flour as much as 4 formulas of red rice flour: red bean flour (A = 295: 5, B = 290: 10, C = 285: 15, D = 280: 20), 4 repetitions. The results showed that the best formulations of cereals in red rice flour and red bean flour were chemically, physically and organoleptically formulated as many as 280g and 20g (Formula D), with soluble fiber content 0.8550% and insoluble fiber 0.5400%, and antioxidant activity 15.76%. The others chemical composition of the resulted products was water content 3.49%, fat content 3.03%, protein content 11.64%, starch content 10.26%. This product had a rehydration time for 830 seconds when it started to be wetted by milk and 1192 seconds when all the parts were submerged in the media. Product water absorption was 2.9%. Fishmeal was treated with A0 (without extract) and A1 (with cherry leaf extract in ratio of 1: 10 extract (v / w) to the extract concentration of 50%, packed with polyethylene plastic packaging and stored at storage time T0 (0 storage time), T1 (2nd storage time) and T2 (4th storage time). Design used completely randomized design 2 x 3 factorial pattern with 5 replications. Parameters observed were organoleptic test (texture, color, flavour and fungal contamination). Suthama","doi":"10.36762/litbangjateng.v16i2.765","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36762/litbangjateng.v16i2.765","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of the this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the addition of citric acid (CA) as acidifiers in dietary protein stepdown of starter and finisher periods of broiler on the development of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and Escherichia coli (E. coli). Dietary treatment was initiated when the broiler was 8-day-old with initial body weight of 186.23 ±0.68 g. Feed was composed of corn, rice bran, fish meal, soybean meal, vegetable oil, CaCO3, citric acid (CA), both synthetic citric acid (SCA) and lime citric acid (LCA). Protein and metabolizable energy contents of stater feed was 21.4% and 2856.9 kcal/kg, respectively for normal level, and 19.2% and 2884.1 kcal/kg, recpectively for protein stepdown. Protein and metabolizable energy contents of finisher normal feed was similar to those of dietary protein stepdown for starter, while those of dietary protein stepdown of finisher feed was 17.3% and 2882.1 kcal/kg, respectively. A total of 168 birds of broiler were allocated into 7 treatments and 4 replicates (birds each) based on a completely randomized design arrangement.Dietary treatments applied were T0 (normal without stepdown and CA), T1 (stepdown without CA), T2 (stepdown + 0.8% LCA), T3 (stepdown + 0.4% SCA), T4 (stepdown + 0.8% SCA), T5 (stepdown + 1.2% SCA) and T6 (stepdown + 1.6% SCA). Parameters observed were potential hydrogen (pH) of digesta, and populations of LAB and E. coli. The results showed that feeding protein stepdown with the addition of CA as acidifiers significantly (p<0.05) decreased pH and the amount of E. coli and increased the number of LAB.
