Marine ecology protection is an important part, therefore Ecomarinetourism is one form of responsibility of all stakeholders in sustainable development which is a change from the brown economy to a green economy based on the principle of sustainability, mainly focusing on experience and learning about nature, managed ethically, non - Consumptive, oriented and contributing to conservation and preservation.The purpose of this study is 1) To explore the profile of tourists in Central Java Province; 2) To Analyze the priority of supporting factors for model development; 3) To identify tourism regulations in Central Java 4) To Arrange stakeholder participation in tourism development.This study uses mixed method with a descriptive statistical analysis tool combined with qualitative analysis, and AHP analysis combined with Focus Group Disscussion. The results show that the most sought-after tourism is tourism, especially marine and ecology. Supporting factors in the development of tourism models are the infrastructure, institutional and internal factors of business actors.
