We use various predictive models to see how accurate they are in detecting whether a transaction is a normal payment or a fraud. In classification problem, Bagging, AdaBoost, Random forest and Gradient boosting classifier ensembles are used. We chose decision trees as the base classifiers in classifier ensembles because they are very accurate and sensitive to rotation of the feature axes. Consequences of employing different classifier ensembles are monitored. We present comparisons of classifier ensembles with different performance measures.","PeriodicalId":220339,"journal":{"name":"2020 24th International Conference on Information Technology (IT)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133934467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Achieving flexibility through traditional concept assuming utilization of existing generation units is outdated, or at least inadequate. Flexibility of modern power systems is closely related with innovative measures such as demand-side management and active role of traditional consumers which have, under novel circumstances, additional ability and that is electricity production. This type of consumers called prosumers may have a strong impact on the power system flexibility and this claim is confirmed through analysis given in the paper. The analysis was conducted on the Montenegrin power system.","PeriodicalId":220339,"journal":{"name":"2020 24th International Conference on Information Technology (IT)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128524831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides the studies such as smart transportation, smart buildings, and smart homes, there are also applications that citizens have an active role. In this study, a system based on Cyber-Physical Social Systems, which integrates Cyber Physical System with the human factor is proposed for citizens' use. With the proposed system, citizens take role more actively in municipality processes. Thanks to the proposed system, citizens will able to report the problems they observed easily; the problems and field teams will be analyzed in the cyber system, and the task assignments are done according to the parameters such as how many time the problem reported, the report time, the distance of the field teams to the problem, the traffic jam. So, the management of task assignments can be done dynamically in optimal way. Thus, the smarter city concept with regard to the source management and active role taking citizens is achieved.","PeriodicalId":220339,"journal":{"name":"2020 24th International Conference on Information Technology (IT)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126003541","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed algorithm iteratively estimates harmonics parameters that are close to the fundamental component. The estimated parameters are used for reconstruction of the positive image of the fundamental component and compensation for their effect on the dynamic phasor, frequency, and ROCOF estimation. The proposed approach provides a very accurate frequency estimation over a wide frequency range, without a significant increase in the computational burden. Simulation results confirm that the proposed algorithm outperforms the comparison algorithms in various scenarios defined by the IEEE synchrophasor standard.","PeriodicalId":220339,"journal":{"name":"2020 24th International Conference on Information Technology (IT)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123688868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In particular, an acceptance criterion is proposed which determines the reliability of a candidate codeword. For many received codewords the stopping criterion indicates that the hard-decoding result is sufficiently reliable, and the costly soft-input decoding can be omitted. The proposed acceptance criterion significantly reduces the decoding complexity. For simulations we combine the algebraic hard-input decoding with ordered statistics decoding, which enables near maximum likelihood soft-input decoding for codes of small to medium block lengths.","PeriodicalId":220339,"journal":{"name":"2020 24th International Conference on Information Technology (IT)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128326825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The described method is based on the assumption that the images are already pre-processed and contain binarized version of fractal-like structures that can often be found in biomedical images. Three variants of the box-counting method were implemented using different ways for selecting and sampling the boxes: standard non-overlapping box scanning, gliding or overlapping box scanning, and random box sampling. The utility of the proposed software was validated through the analysis of an open access library of binarized images of retinal microvasculature and by the comparison of these results with those obtained by using ImageJ program, that is commonly used for this purpose.","PeriodicalId":220339,"journal":{"name":"2020 24th International Conference on Information Technology (IT)","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127156614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
