It concentrates on the in the Israeli society, which is split in half: on the one hand it is in the information era, with highly advanced technology sector, while on the other hand it is still considered a developing country in terms of social development among large segments of society. The dual structure of the economy means that despite being known as the “Start-Up Nation”, Israel has one of the highest poverty rates with the gap between the rich and the poor is widening. The research argues that the problem is the dual structure: the nation is leading the world in technological development, but the services provided to its citizens are limited to the extent that poverty is high. The research further claims that the solution is technology: the technological advantage of Israel promoted its economy, which has grown more rapidly than most other advanced economies, after the government made a strategic decision to promote technology by providing financial support for in research and development. The rise in social and sectorial media allows the poorest parts of society—the Ultra-Orthodox and the Israeli-Arabs—to adopt technology and benefit from the leading role of the country in technological development and global competition. The philosophical insight of the genders definition appears at Hegel, A.W. Schlegel, Schelling, each of them trying to follow the particularities of each genre depending on the way to report consciousness to reality and to the issue of the time taken as a reference. In the following, we are going to refer to the value and utility of genres for the cultural and social history of humanity, by stopping to the genres characteristic to the postmodern era. In this regard, we intend to follow the impact of the digital epistolary in the context of the media globalization, the advantages and disadvantages of the technological progress, the changes in form and content suffered by the “letter” sequence to this evolution.Another genre that comes to our attention is the comic magazine that can appear to some as an insignificant object, a part of a communist world, invoked in the news debates, only. The original mobility of the comics is situated in its very nature at the intersection of visual and narrative, which gives it the chance to weave bridges over the fields of the folk culture and literature. This may illustrate an alternative, from a cultural insight, where the aesthetic and sociological values coexist. Kébré","doi":"10.22158/APE.V2N1P51","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22158/APE.V2N1P51","url":null,"abstract":"This article analyzes the relationship between external aid and economic growth in the ECOWAS region, with a focus on bilateral and multilateral aid effects. The key idea behind this analysis is an argument of Svensson (2000) that multilateral aid is more effective than bilateral aid because of the high degree of altruism of bilateral donors. He therefore suggested a delegation of bilateral aid to multilateral institutions. To appreciate his suggestion, this analysis used panel data from the 16 ECOWAS countries from the period 1984 to 2014. The results of the estimates, based on the dynamic least squares estimator (DOLS), show a negative effect of foreign aid on economic growth. This negative effect on economic growth persists when the components of aid are introduced into the model. In addition, results highlight that governance is a channel through which foreign aid affect positively economic growth. In these conditions, bilateral aid is more effective on economic growth than multilateral aid. These results about foreign aid received by ECOWAS countries invalidates Svensson’s (<a title=\"Svensson, 2000 #5\" href=\"#_ENREF_1\">2000</a>) theory. Starting from the idea that mythology occupies an essential place in a culture, it is important to know the national mythology, because it presents in a specific form the themes of the everlasting thought, whose discovery makes sense to a life, and illustrates at the same time, the specificity of the national spirituality and even of the cultural identity. The national identity means differentiation and, at the same time, a specific opening to the existence where a collective consciousness is reflected, starting from the idea that a people’s mentality can be a collective self-portrait.In the following study, we shall only refer to two of the myths specific to our people, namely: Miorita and Manole, the Artisan. For the Romanian spirituality, mioritism is a profound, ontological and anthropo-historical dimension where one can speak of a human becoming in layers of interference. An alternative to the popular Carpathian vision of existence from the plan of the native psycho-social Universe is the positive value of the abyssal categories of the culture where the man is fulfilled by creation. As a follow-up to this statement, the myth of the creative sacrifice, exemplified here by Manole, the Artisan, highlights the man’s destiny to become a culture creator. The number of the irregular migrants entered the European Union reached unprecedented level between 2014 and 2018. From 2015 to nowadays the European Union experienced a massive number of casualties caused by terrorist attacks. These facts are reinforced by the data of the European criminal statistics as well. Having regard to that the terrorist attacks constitute one of the most serious violations of the human rights and fundamental freedoms on which the EU is founded, it is very important to deal with the relationship between the mentioned two phenomena. Although, there is no evidence to declare that all of migrants are terrorist, however—it can be underlined-, the terrorists make use of migratory flows to enter into EU. It shall be emphasized that the phenomenon of the irregular migration is favorable to the terrorist organizations. The paper deals with the question of whether is there a connection between the irregular migration and the terrorism in the European Union, using European statistics of the European Law Enforcement Agency (EUROPOL) and the FRONTEX.
