{"title":"Improving Teacher Work Motivation Through Academic Supervision In SDN Sendangmulyo 04 Semarang City","authors":"Rosamaji Rosamaji","doi":"10.37812/fikroh.v16i2.894","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37812/fikroh.v16i2.894","url":null,"abstract":"This study is motivated by the low motivation of SDN Sendangmulyo 04 Semarang City teachers. The research aims to improve teachers’ work motivation through the results of academic supervision. One of the principal’s main tasks is as a supervisor. Therefore, supervision results can be used to improve teachers’ work motivation. Measurement is done through (1) attendance 15 minutes before the bell rings, (2) assessment in the learning process, (3) completeness of teacher administration, and (4) activeness in school activities. This research used a school action research method consisting of 2 cycles. The results of this study compare cycle I and cycle II and the teacher performance questionnaire. Based on the value of the results from cycle I showed that there were 20 teachers present 15 minutes before the bell rang, there were 12 teachers (41.38%), 14 teachers in the PBM process were still low (58.28%), there were 15 teachers had complete administration (51.72%), and there were still 17 teachers who were active in school activities (58.63%). In cycle II, 24 teachers where present 15 minutes before the bell rang (82.76%), 26 learning supervision scores increased (89.66%), 22 teachers had complete administration (75.87%), and 20 teachers were active in school activities (68.97%). After comparing the results from cycle, I and cycle II, there was an increase in teacher motivation in their performance. Academic supervision can increase teachers’ work motivation. Fazlur Rahman, a modern scholar, finally succeeded in formulating the building of Modern Islamic Science without any scientific dichotomy. The literature approach is the right choice to get the targets to be achieved related because it can accumulate information from various articles that can become a basis for information as well as material for analysis. So to convince our observation, the author finally searches various literary sources, especially scientific publications in broadcasting Islamic da'wah among Muslim households through various social media platforms. The data will not mean much without going through an in-depth study process that involves various methods such as data coding and in-depth interpretation of critical data and evaluation. The authors can conclude that the findings are capable and relevant to answer this research problem with high quality and accountability. After discussing the findings, the authors finally understand that the digital trend of Islamic da'wah among Muslim homemakers in Indonesia has progressed through social media and online video media. The problem raised in this research is regarding the implementation of web-based learning with SIMASTER as various perceptions that lecturers and students describe about the implementation of web-based learning with SIMASTER and several opportunities and obstacles that occur in the implementation of SIMASTER-based lectures as well in the education Islamic study program at IDIA Prenduan. The learning process through SIMASTER uses a web-based learning system or digital platform. The opportunities of SIMASTER lectures always carried out, there are no empty schedules/classes, the lecture system becomes an information technology-based system and SIMASTER can be developed in hybrid lectures. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court. This study uses quantitative research, the respondents are 40 teachers of Wisdom Amanah, the research instrument uses a Likert scale, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results show that: 1. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance. teacher at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court with a t-count value of 0.828 and a significance value of 0.413.2. Organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance with a t-count value of 7.216 and a significance value of 0.000. 3. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated F value of 28.796 and a significance value of F of 0.000, while the R-squared coefficient value is 0.609, which means that teacher performance at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court is influenced by leadership style and culture. organization by 60.9% while around 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside.
