The aim of the research is to investigate the strategies and methods that English teachers can use to help Cruise Crew major students develop the necessary language skills needed to perform their job roles effectively. The study draws on existing literature on ESP teaching strategies and interviews with English teachers who have experience teaching Cruise Crew major students. They are mainly spread in Guangxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, Hunan and other places. Guangxi, where a large number of Yao people live in compact communities, has its own unique characteristics on the basis of the basic characteristics of Chang-drum dance, showing the special cultural characteristics of regionalism, integration, sociality and so on in this particular region. In Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County in Guangxi, where the population of Yao people is concentrated, the unique \"Lusheng Chang-drum dance\" is a typical dance form of Yao Chang-drum dance in Guangxi region. This paper proposed a new paradigm of smart infrastructure archive management. The Smart Infrastructure Archive Management Paradigm takes realizes the perception of infrastructure archive resources by combining the Internet of things technology, cloud computing and big data technology, as well as geographic information system. This paper proposes the Physical Archives Management Platform, the Archives Smart Repository Management Platform, the Infrastructure Archives Visual Management Platform. According to the survey results, there is no significant gender difference in social anxiety of college students; The social anxiety of college students has significant difference in grade; There is a significant negative correlation between college students' mental resilience and social anxiety. Psychological resilience has a significant predictive effect on social anxiety of college students. Improving the mental resilience of college students can improve their social anxiety. The study aims to summarise the focus, characteristics, and patterns of dif erent people's attention when browsing CVs to provide some references for CV creation for job seekers with dif erent needs. The study found that: 1. Regardless of the type of CV, the subjects would first pay attention to the image information in the CV; 2. The CV with a relatively open and organised text layout and a moderate/low amount of text would be more preferred by the subjects; 3. Appropriate blank space would attract the attention of the viewers more and faster, and a reasonable amount of blank space would also have a buf ering ef ect on the reception of new information; 4.
