The aim of the research is to investigate the strategies and methods that English teachers can use to help Cruise Crew major students develop the necessary language skills needed to perform their job roles effectively. The study draws on existing literature on ESP teaching strategies and interviews with English teachers who have experience teaching Cruise Crew major students.
