This is due to the fact that modern reality, characterized by an increase in the demands placed by society on the development and upbringing of the individual, capable of social transformations, competitive in various situations, focused on effective interaction with state and public organizations, requires the upbringing and development of leadership qualities among adolescents. The content of the concept of \"pedagogical conditions.\" The analysis of the scientific works of researchers on the problem of identifying pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of leadership qualities in adolescents is presented. The importance of the multicultural environment of a children's public organization in the formation of leadership qualities of adolescents is emphasized. It was recommended the creation of certain pedagogical conditions to ensure the formation of leadership qualities of adolescents in a children's public organization, such as the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, primarily personality-oriented education, and the improvement of the organization's activities for the social adaptation of adolescents.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130984503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, we focus on the two main prevailing approaches, namely the continental one, and the Anglo-Saxon one. Both approaches are widely used, and both have their pros and cons. These approaches have radically different views on educational efficiency, thus dividing the concept and describing it from qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Our results show that the most effective way for the educational organization to enhance the quality of its services would be to consider its activities from a variety of angles, scrutinizing financial resources, goals and objectives to better understand and rationalize the choice of this or that development strategy. We think that national educational system needs thorough comparative analysis but not copy-pasting practices if they are striving to be leading in the world educational arena.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"205 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133233723","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, the results of scientific and technological development are becoming more complex and are changing exponentially. The topic of technological singularity and its impact on the economy, business models, entrepreneurial activities and leadership of organizations are increasingly being discussed. Acceleration of scientific and technological progress is changing the approaches to the leadership of organizations and causing a transformation of managerial thinking. In our opinion, for success in a singular environment, organizations need to rethink the traditional view of leadership based on hierarchy, power, control and submission in favor of such organizational skills: collaboration and teamwork, flexibility, creativity, involvement and inspiration.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128073381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the article is to study the scientific and applied principles of the development of commercialization of innovations in the agro-industrial sector in Ukraine as a direction of support of its leadership positions in the world market of agro-industrial products. As a result of theoretical generalization and comparison of the views of leading scientists, the author`s approach to the determination of the essence of commercialization of innovations has been substantiated. By means of system analysis, the current situation of innovation activity in the agro-industrial sector and the current important tasks that are necessary to ensure the process of commercialization of innovations have been analyzed. On the basis of the use of strategic and structural-functional analysis methods, the forms and methods for the commercialization of innovations in the agro-industrial sector have been identified. The polycriterial model of the selection of the most optimal forms and methods of the commercialization of innovations in the agro-industrial sector have been developed, which is based on a number of criteria, such as: level of resource support; expected efficiency from the implementation of innovations; maintenance of control and responsibility center within the enterprise; availability of a professional outsourcing enterprise in the market that meets the requirements of the manufacturer of innovative products; availability of the center of responsibility; pooling of resources; focus on expanding market share; possibility of provision of consulting services; maintenance of the trademark. The necessity of improvement of the infrastructure of the scientific and educational sphere for the commercialization of innovations in the agroindustrial sector has been substantiated.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128740364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To be more precise, teachers who follow new tendencies in teaching and try to integrate all innovative methods to ensure the communicative approach and building up the 21 century skills in learners have to defend themselves vis-à-vis parents who come with complaints on the ways the teachers teach their children expressing their concern on the quality the teaching/learning process is carried out. They have several complaints that sometimes reach the school principals too and get even more serious. In our research we try to make classification of the complaints parents and the teachers can have in the context of relations and partnership as well as find the solution to them. The study envisages survey through the Interviews with the teachers of public as well as private schools to have the opportunity to see the differences in the approach of the parents and the teacher on top of identification of the typical complaints in general. We attempt to elaborate the measures that could be easily implemented by the teachers to raise awareness in those who do not trust the innovative methods and create obstacles for the enthusiastic and motivated teachers. Teachers must teach instead of being tensed by thinking of the possible complications and the arguments they will need to justify themselves. On the other hand, the parents and the children sometimes may become the subject of unfair treatment as results of poorly acknowledgment of the importance of in-depth analysis of own job by the teachers not intensively involved in the special qualification raising oriented trainings, seminars and workshops.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"157 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128625392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors compared institutional changes, factors that ensure the development of the digital economy and a list of institutions that allowed the implementation of shared economy projects. Among the factors in the development of the digital economy, the following were considered: the emergence of new consumer models of behavior based on reducing transaction costs, the development of communication technologies, in particular the global trend of using the mobile Internet, the growth of information exponentially, the transition of household needs to the digital environment, mental and psychological changes perception of information and digitalization of information sources. At the same time, it is proved that the leadership of shared economy institutions, based on a more rational use of resources, not only increases the economic efficiency of resources, but also shows the beneficial effect of these processes on solving social and environmental problems. It follows that institutional design, based on the inclusion of shared economy institutions in the overall system of institutions, requires the formation of ensuring the flexibility, inclusiveness and hybridity of the institutional environment. The significance of the results of the study is to justify the development potential of the institutional environment based on the use of pervasive shared economy projects.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130873727","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper substantiates the conditions necessary for achieving stability of production relations in the economic system on the basis of the analysis and synthesis of the systems theory, stability theory, and neo-classical and institutional approaches to the essence of rent as additional super-profit above normal profit from any production factor. Conceptual approaches are suggested for gaging the stability of economic relations based on calculating the comparative attractiveness of investments in various sectors of the economy using a modified Sharpe ratio. Methodological grounds are substantiated for building a paradigm of rent-based state regulation of the RF economy as a key condition for achieving leadership in the world economy.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129848713","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, we are researching the leading approaches to saving, generating and storing energy, as well as their impacts on the world’s economic growth. Moreover, we look into the investments into energy technologies that encompass renewable energy sources (RES) and energy efficiency solutions. Renewable energy sources are expected to become the main source of electricity by 2030. In order to achieve that, governments need to take serious steps in funding and supporting renewable energy initiatives (e.g. in a form of feed-in-tariffs, incentives for installing solar panels or wind turbines, or payments for house insulation). In addition, a general understanding of the importance of the shift to the renewable energy for the sake of mitigating the results of global warming and climate change should be established. Consumers should be informed of the approaches to energy saving and energy efficiency and a nation-wide support for them should be gained. The leading approaches to energy solutions should also be popular and sustainable among the masses. In general, one can see that renewable energy is protected from these risks by state subsidy programs and continually falling costs. In the long term, this will reduce the supply of traditional energy resources such as oil and gas and, as a result, increase their prices. An impetus in the energy transition process should in turn lead to cheaper renewable energies.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127773722","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
