The main goal of this activity is, above all, in the achievement of environmentally sustainable economic growth. However, it has to be noted that in the Russian Federation the movement towards greening the economy began later than in other countries. Therefore, specific measures and mechanisms are required to implement the concept of transition from a brown economy to a green one. In order to modernize the Russian economy, financial resources are needed, including those originating in the private sector. All in all, it becomes appropriate to consider the composition of financial instruments for green financing, in which temporarily available cash is allocated in such a way that as a result a synergy of economic effect and environmental benefit is achieved. Our paper focuses on these problematic economic issues concerning leadership in the green economy of Russia and the development of green financing as the basis for environmentally sustainable evolution.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130153564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The best-known theories of leadership and concepts of modern leadership are considered, leadership is interpreted as helping other people in their development and self-realization. In education, there are at least three aspects of leadership. The first one is education of leaders as the purpose of the educational process in organizations; the second one is leadership as the principle of management of the leaders of these organizations; the third is the leadership of educational organizations in the market of educational services. The phenomenon of leadership today is relevant in all areas of public life; it is gaining popularity in the field of education. Leadership should be considered not only with reference to the relationship of the leader and the group, but also in relation to the person to himself (personal leadership). In education, leadership is observed in three dimensions: leadership education, leadership of management and leadership of educational organizations in the rankings. The difference between education and other sectors of the economy is its goal-the education of leaders, starting from the preschool level.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114442120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, „‟human‟‟ skills such as critical thinking, persuasion and negotiation increase their value and require attention to detail, flexibility and complex problem-solving. Our study presents texts as social acts and critical reading strategies as analytic pedagogic procedures in language learning. Based on critical discourse analysis and its three-dimensional framework the article aims at presenting critical reading activities as well as corresponding skill characteristics in accordance with the four-stage procedure (pre-reading speaking, while-reading and interpreting, follow-up writing and critical expansion tasks). Our contribution provides an overview of the leading approaches in providing a critical classroom community with the necessary tools to engage in complex discussion of the meaning of social texts and point out instances of socio-cultural practices (power manipulation, exploitation, gender inequalities, etc).","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127101338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In particular, the study was focused on the promotion of smart city leadership, as well as economic relations that emerge in the process of smart city formation and produce socioeconomic effects. The research methodology involved a bibliographic study of available publications on smart cities, as well as a logical and systemic modelling of the revealed effects on the basis of the authors’ previous research into various aspects of smart city formation. The conducted analysis of recent publications revealed the main characteristics of the smart city formation process, which involve vast application of social and technological drivers of the digital society development. The social and economic effects of smart city formation were determined and generalized with respect to the volume of implemented digital technologies. The waves of technological innovations in the process of smart city formation were determined, including the formation of a basis for data exchange, the development of social networking services and the implementation of artificial intelligence devices. In addition, the chronological sequence of manifestation of social and economic effects of smart city formation was defined.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127902400","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the above analysis of various approaches to the content of the concept of ―children's social organization‖, the main distinguishing features of this phenomenon are highlighted: amateur character, the presence of statutory documents, a composition that includes children and adults, united by a common goal, tasks and content. The analysis of the scientific works of researchers on the problem of the educational space as a pedagogically organized environment, which creates not only additional, but also new opportunities in the development of leadership qualities of adolescents, contributes to the inclusion of adolescents in a variety of activities where the adolescent gains experience of leadership behaviour. Based on the analysis of scientific works, several basic positions on the educational space are formulated: space is a developed environment adapted for solving educational problems; the concepts of ―environment‖ and ―space‖ are not identical; educational space is becoming a factor in the humanization of children's life. An important characteristic of the educational space is its activity, understood as the ability to maintain in a group a level of emotional and intellectual tension sufficient for all participants in the interaction, stimulate the child’s interrogative attitude to the world and creatively search for answers to questions that arise during his life. The active educational space is different in that it provides each child with the opportunity to meet new people, objects and phenomena, and enables each child to show his personal potential. The article also emphasizes that children's public organizations can be considered as an educational space for the development of not only the leadership qualities of adolescents, but also feelings of tolerance, selfconfidence, the ability to express themselves, and develop skills to engage in intercultural dialogue.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126078964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, it tackles the issue of Big Data and explores the ways how it is used in collecting, processing, and analysing the data of consumers and potential customers. We show that over the last several years, Big Data has found its way into marketing strategies of large companies and helps them to target and get a way more customers that previously using traditional methods. The popularity of online content and social networks make this task even easier. Thence, it is clear that marketing managers want to know how they can monetize Big Data. In addition, we focus on the way the Big Data is collected and processed. From fitness trackers to online behaviour or social networks, fora, blogs, but also online shops and auctions, Big Data can provide valuable insights for marketing specialists. We use several examples of Big Data in marketing from several countries, regions, as well as areas of business to prove our points. Our results confirm that Big Data became an important part of marketing strategies and marketing research and there is hardly anything one can do to defy this. Rather than opposing the Big Data in the daily use, large companies should learn how to use it properly for increasing the customer satisfaction and providing customer support in all areas of business.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125806423","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, it has been neglected by medical environment of Ukraine for many years, due to existing social stigma and methods of managing the Ministry of Health. Nowadays the theme is becoming actual, especially with regard to the concept of leadership, even though little educational activities are dedicated to the issue. Social skills of a physician should be defined within the context of his social competence, representing practical skills of interaction in the medical environment, and it mostly refers “physician „patient” interaction. The most “active” layers of the population is the youth, so youth awareness of the problem, particularly of medical youth, could change attitude of the society. The authors suggested on low awareness of the medical youth on the theme and conducted a survey with the 1 and 2 year medical students of the 2 Medical faculty of Bogomolets National medical university, situated in the capital of Ukraine and best representing attitude of youth to the problem. The findings confirmed low awareness of the “physician social skills” problem and low level of expression of social skills in the freshmen, though some components of the issue are included into the medical curriculum. The authors suggest the necessity of education, both on the level of medical Universities and mass media, for increasing awareness of the problem and helping medical students and practicing staff to acquire the missing skills.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116862683","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In modern education, multiculturalism is an acute issue, which reveals itself in social organizations, too. Children‟s social movements and organizations, which run educational activities under the guidance of professional teachers, have a positive effect on the personality development and socialization of teenagers. Psychological and pedagogical science has not yet fully described such a complex multifactorial process as a multicultural educational space. This is also relevant for children‟s social organizations that operate in the multicultural environment and are multicultural themselves. The wide pedagogical and educational sphere, and the sphere of personality development in teenagers, needs research on multiculturalism, and of particular importance are the works devoted to the activities of children‟s social organizations and the multicultural environment as a form and product of the activities of bearers of different cultures. Researchers have already established that factors aimed at the development of the subject‟s social activity contribute to the spiritual enrichment of both various microenvironments and the multicultural environment itself. When considering the multicultural environment as a condition for the adaptation of a teenager in a social organization, we analyzed the available works on the problem and found that this phenomenon can be seen a certain form and product of the activities of people of different cultures. Therefore, factors aimed at developing the social activity of a teenager contribute to the spiritual enrichment of both various microenvironments and the multicultural environment itself. The analysis of the modern academic sources and the realities of the pedagogical and sociocultural situation confirm that recently the problems of adaptation of a teenager in a children‟s public organization have received noticeable attention in educational science. The analysis of the scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem and the study of its real state based on the generalization of the experience of a number of children‟s social organizations suggest that the multicultural environment is one of the most important conditions for the adaptation of a teenager in a children‟s social organization.","PeriodicalId":215466,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125964612","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
