The results of the study showed that, if envy is transformed into creativity through the internalization of a good inner object-relationship experience, the integration of the divided self with the drive for reparation by the instinct of life, and the emotion of gratitude for the object, it is possible to live subjectively with others. Therefore, we expect to create opportunities for self-awareness through envy in our own lives, so that we can live a subjectively mature life.","PeriodicalId":214583,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Culture and Convergence","volume":"568 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139204159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this purpose, the data were obtained from a representative sample comprising 6th graders who participated in the 13th year of the ‘Panel study on Korean children(2020)’. A total of 1,359 questionnaires were analyzed through correlation, regression, and mediation analyses. The results revealed significant positive correlations among study variables. Regarding overall happiness the results showed the serial multiple mediation effects of self-esteem and sense of community. Concerning life satisfaction the results showed that self-esteem partially mediated the relationship between peer attachment and life satisfaction. The findings highlight the importance of peer attachment in enhancing happiness and suggest to utilize self-esteem and sense of community in the counseling and intervention for children at-risk with low level of happiness.","PeriodicalId":214583,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Culture and Convergence","volume":"54 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139204531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This transformation reduces the physical activity of seniors who previously visited large supermarkets, limiting their independent and active lifestyles. This study aims to make domestic large supermarkets more elderly-friendly in the super-aging era, identifying factors through research on distribution changes, trends, demographics, and service quality. 1:1 interviews and surveys with seniors, along with FGI explored feasibility and implementation considerations. The user characteristics of the survey subjects were high in the female group, the non-marriage group, the beauty expert group, the interest group, the one-time group, and the one-time management cost was 100,000 won, and the age group, final academic background, and monthly income were similar. There was a significant difference only in ‘cumulative’ nail care use satisfaction in the average number of monthly nail care uses, occupation, highest level of education, average monthly income, interest in nail care, and average one-time management cost. In addition, there was a significant difference in both ‘cumulative’ and ‘specific’ nail care use satisfaction in the main treatment method. In conclusion, there was a difference in user satisfaction among the nail care user characteristics of customers who use regular nail care. Therefore, it was found that in order to increase the reuse rate of existing customers in the nail care field, the user characteristics of nail care must be considered.","PeriodicalId":214583,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Culture and Convergence","volume":"56 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139207498","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These personalized AI chatbots, prioritizing engagement and emotional satisfaction, offer immersive experiences beyond mere information. 'Dadbot', a chatbot modeled on a deceased father, facilitates an interactive memoir, allowing a son to interact with his father’s digital persona, thus achieving a form of artificial immortality. Similarly, 'Young Michelle', a chatbot programmed with childhood diary entries, enables users to converse with a representation of their past selves, embodying artificial immortality by existing perpetually in the time frame of the diary’s creation. While these chatbots demonstrate the potential to extend human experience beyond life’s physical limitations and linear time, they also expose risks of post-truth regression, where illusions can overpower reality, and perception can be distorted by biased data feedback.","PeriodicalId":214583,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Culture and Convergence","volume":"9 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139196449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To do so, we used data from 353 elderly people aged 65 and older in J Region who participated in the survey faithfully. SPSS 18.0 was used for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and mediation analysis. The results of the study showed that, first, higher perceived social support was associated with lower levels of depression and higher perceived meaning of life. Second, when the effect of social support on depression was examined through the mediation of meaning of life, it was found that the mediator, meaning of life, had a partial mediation effect. Based on these findings, we suggest the need for an approach utilizing social support and meaning of life as interventions for the mental health of the elderly.","PeriodicalId":214583,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Culture and Convergence","volume":"44 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139198830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
