The objective of this research is to describe the conditions of Safety and Health at Work in the Informal Workers of the Villa de San Diego de Ubaté Market Square. This is quantitative research, descriptive in scope. A data collection instrument was designed to be applied to 183 workplaces in the marketplace. Descriptive statistics and measures of central tendency and dispersion were applied. The results show that only 25% contribute to the health system; however, of this 25%, 20% contribute to health, 3% to pension and 2% to ARL, additionally, the knowledge related to hazards and risks identified in their workplaces is not clear, --generating confusion in the terms. Similarly, the term \"risks\" is unknown, therefore, the identification of unsafe acts and conditions is not clear to workers. Se elaboró el proceso metodológico según la normativa de la revista, además se indago en las bases de datos de Scopus, Pro Quest, \u0000Springer Open, esta indagación tomo el tiempo de 9 meses. La recolección se elaboró revisando 191 estudios que se hallaron empleando la búsqueda especializada, de las cuales se tomaron 15, en base a los Criterios de inclusión, los cuales deben estar ligados a los ejes temáticos, y las que se dejaron de lado son aquellas que se alejan del estudio. The methodological approach responds to an exhaustive literature review and systematization of the main theories on the financial crisis considering the chronological sequence of events and processes of change over time from different events, sectors of society and variables. As a result, we obtained the contextualization of the financial system and the elements that affect them, recognizing the antecedents, contemporaneity, causes and consequences of the crisis.
