The purpose of this article is to determine how financing affects the profitability of commercial enterprises in the canton of La Libertad, through the analysis of each of the indicators of the variables of study, therefore a descriptive research was used through the desegregation of variables, and situational analysis of the object of study, applying the techniques of interviews and direct observation, in addition correlational research was used to determine the critical factors associated with financing and profitability, through surveys of the companies that were part of the study. These nurseries focus on the production and sale of plants, flowers and related products, and take advantage of the area's natural attractions to offer unique experiences to visitors. The development of tourism microenterprises such as nurseries provides multiple benefits for the community and the environment. First, they generate local employment, which contributes to the economic and social development of the region. In addition, they promote environmental conservation by encouraging the production and sale of plants and flowers, which have a positive impact on air quality and biodiversity. These microenterprises also diversify Salitre's tourism offerings, attracting a public interested in nature tourism and experiences related to flora and gardening. Within the educational field, academic production should consider innovations supported by ICTs in order to be in line with scientific progress. The first objective of the study was to identify trends in doctoral theses that have investigated ICT-mediated educational innovations in the Latin American context during the period 2016-2021. For this purpose, a study will be conducted in university repositories. The second objective was to learn about the perceptions of the teachers of a HEI in relation to educational innovation. At the time of the survey, these teachers were pursuing doctoral studies or had completed them. A mixed methodology was used, applying questionnaires to the participating teachers, in this case belonging to the Philosophy Faculty of the University of Guayaquil. In order to determine research trends, 88 doctoral theses from 16 Latin American universities were reviewed. A prevalence of research based on e-learning and a perception of lag between educational innovations and doctoral production topics in the region on the part of teachers were obtained. Burnout affects many countries in Europe and Latin America, especially those in the medical and teaching professions. Ecuador is no exception. The objective of this research is to know how Burnout Syndrome affects the teaching staff of an Ecuadorian university, using a descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. The method used was the survey, using an instrument based on the \"Maslach\" burnout inventory, a tool that consists of 22 questions divided into three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. For the analysis, the following groups were defined: no burnout, mild/moderate burnout and severe burnout. A higher percentage of severe burnout is evidenced in men. The same occurs in the group of people between 35 and 44 years of age. The methodology used is descriptive and correlational, applying the inductive, deductive and analytical method, in addition to the integration of elements and sub-elements of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System proposed by the Andean Instruction Regulations, Resolution 957: 2008, and the ISO 45001:2018 standard; the population of interest was considered to be the 59 people working at the Water Treatment Plant in Santa Elena-Ecuador, of which 24 were selected to collect data through a survey.
