This research was conducted for 7 months starting in August 2019 until February 2020. The sample method used was purposive sampling with a sample taken of 20 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. \u0000The results of this study indicate that location costs (X1), population (X2) and consumer proximity (X3) have a joint (simultaneous) effect on the selection of location (Y) of the envelope industry in Samarinda City with model = 0.451 X1 + 0.486 X2 + 0.061 X3, then the cost of location (X1) and population (X2) partially influences location selection (Y), while consumer proximity (X3) has no partial effect on location selection (Y). The primary data collection was conducted in March 2020 in Tanjung Batu Village, Pulau Derawan Sub-district, Berau Regency; the primary data collection through the interview was done using the list of questions arranged based on the study objective. The sampling method referred to the census method with a total sample of 15 homemakers taken during the training on mangroves, and they were interviewed as the respondents. \u0000The result showed that the indicators of clarity for the objective, analysis process and policy formulation, careful planning, and the program arrangement were in the moderate category, while the indicators of clarity for the strategy, the availability of facilities and infrastructures, effective implementation, and supervision and control system were in the high category. This research was conducted in September 2020. Primary data was obtained through observation and interviews which were guided by a list of questions made according to the research objectives. Sample determination referred to the conditional/objective sampling method. The results show that the value of RCR is 3.55, the break-even point of sales is Rp. 1,259,607 per month, which is lesser than its actual sales of Rp. 18,000,000 per month; the breakeven point of production is 63 packs per month, which is lesser than the actual production of 900 packs per month; the breakeven price is Rp. 1,400 per pack which is lesser than the actual price of Rp. 20,000 per pack; the payback period is 1.41 months (0.12 years) and the result of ROI analysis shows a value of 71.10%. Data collection from the field was conducted in December 2019; the primary data was collected by conducting a direct interview with the respondents using a list of questions made according to the research objective. Sampling was done using the census method and all population members (3 people) became the respondents. To know the business viability, the researcher conducted the financial analysis using the following indicators: NPV, IRR, Nen, and B/CPbP, and the sensitivity analysis to know the sensitivity level to both benefits and costs. The result of the analysis showed an NPV of 89.858.225, an IRR of 117%, an NBCR of 3.7, and a Payback Period of 1.35 years. Consequently, Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) hatchery business by Alam Subur Fish Farmer Group in Purwajaya Village, Loa Janan Sub-district, was viable (profitable) and it can be maintained. The research was conducted in Kuala Samboja Village, Samboja Sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The samples used in the study were 15 fishermen and 2 white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannmei) traders. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. \u0000The results showed that: there are 2 marketing channels for white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei), namely the level zero (0) marketing channel and the level two (2) marketing channel with 2 types; meanwhile the marketing costs at the level zero (0) marketing channel is Rp. 392/kg, at the level two (2) type 1 marketing channel is Rp. 3.043/kg, and at the level two (2) type 2 marketing channel is Rp. 2,487/kg. The total marketing margin is at level two (2) marketing channel with Rp. 67,500/kg and Rp. 36,700/kg. The result of this research shows that Si Bolang restaurant business spends total of Rp. 77.898.256/month with admission of Rp. 100.315.000/month, thus the profit is as much as Rp. 22.416.744/month. The RCR is as much as 1,29 which means that Si Bolang restaurant business is profitable and feasible to be developed with investment capital payback period is 1 year 8 months 2 weeks 1 day. As a whole, BEP experiences profit with BEP of production as much as 1.839 portion/month < 2.400 portion/month, BEP of price is as much as Rp. 353.553 < Rp. 460.000 and BEP of Sale is as much as Rp. 48.157.675 < Rp. 100.315.000. The sample in this research amounted to 30 families of seaweed cultivators with the criteria of a married couple using a qualitative approach, which was obtained by interview using a questionnaire and direct observation data which obtained by analyzed descriptively. \u0000The result of this research indicate that: (1) Perceptions of gender that are most highly held by both men and women are \"men and women realize that gender differences do not have to be opposed in living a family, but rather be mutually supportive and complementary\". (2) The division of labor regarding to the activities of productive is more dominantly done by men while the activities of reproductive are more dominantly done by women. (3) Access in terms of family resources can be accessed by men and women, while in control pattern it spreads between men and women. (4) Decision-making in activities of productive is more dominated by men, but in the social sector decision-making patterns are made together between men and women.
