The result of this research shows that Si Bolang restaurant business spends total of Rp. 77.898.256/month with admission of Rp. 100.315.000/month, thus the profit is as much as Rp. 22.416.744/month. The RCR is as much as 1,29 which means that Si Bolang restaurant business is profitable and feasible to be developed with investment capital payback period is 1 year 8 months 2 weeks 1 day. As a whole, BEP experiences profit with BEP of production as much as 1.839 portion/month < 2.400 portion/month, BEP of price is as much as Rp. 353.553 < Rp. 460.000 and BEP of Sale is as much as Rp. 48.157.675 < Rp. 100.315.000. 摘要
本研究旨在了解司伯朗餐厅的成本、准入、利润、RCR、投资回收期和盈亏平衡点分析,了解消费者对司伯朗餐厅服务质量的满意程度。本研究结果表明,司伯朗餐饮经营支出总额为77.898.256 Rp /月,入账金额为100.31.5万Rp /月,因此利润高达22.416.744 Rp /月。RCR高达1.29,这意味着思柏朗餐饮业务是盈利的,是可行的,投资资金回收期为1年8个月2周1天。整体而言,BEP的利润为生产的BEP高达1.839份/月< 2.400份/月,价格的BEP高达353.553卢比< 46万卢比,销售的BEP高达48.157.675卢比< 100.31.5万卢比。通过对消费者对司伯朗餐厅服务质量满意度的整体分析,从有形、可靠、响应、保证、重视四个维度得出消费者对司伯朗餐厅服务质量满意度的平均差距得分为0.25,表明消费者对司伯朗餐厅的服务质量非常满意。关键词:业务分析;服务质量;消费者
