The sample method that used in this research is purposive sampling which was taken from 20 respondents. This research used the descriptive qualitative analysis method. In simply, the fishing communities in Talisayan village have slightly different characteristics, such as they put the male family members first before women in their meal time. All the tribe members do the tradition Buang Naas to throw away all dangers and bad luck. They have to keep their attitude, especially from speaking harsh words. They also cannot go to the sea on Friday or they believe they could get in danger. There are also some other rules and prohibitions that they follow such as prohibition to catch endangered species fish, littering the sea, cutting down mangrove trees, use bomb to catch the fish which can causing damage to the ecosystem underwater, etc. Techniques and technologies used by the fishing community in Talisayanare they use natural signs to predict the condition of the sea andthey still usethe traditional fishing gear. In terms of practices and traditions that are still being carried out is the management of local institutions in the form of fishermen's social gathering and for those fishermen who violates the rules by using bombs or explosivesto catch fish will be reported to police officers. The stages of the research included preparation, data collection, analysis of results, discussion, and final thesis report. This research was conducted in Jembayan Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The role of the instructor consists of four indicators, namely (instructor as a leader, extension as a guide, extension as an organizer and dynamist, extension as a technical). The measurement of the four indicators of the role of extension personnel can be measured using the sampling method used is the census. Data analysis using the quantitative descriptive method with a Likert scale model. Each question item is given a score expressed in integers (1,2,3) according to the choice of the respondent. \u0000 \u0000The results of this study indicate that the role of fisheries instructors in the development of the “Morisama” fish cultivator group can be seen partially and accumulatively. The role of fishery extension agents partially for extension indicators as leaders and as organizers and dynamics is in the medium class interval category. Meanwhile, the instructor's role is as a supervisor and as a technician in the high-class interval category. The sampling method used here was the census method and Snowball Sampling method with a total sample of 10 people. The result of this study showed that there was a pattern in the marketing channel of shrimp paste in Bontang Kuala Urban Village. The marketing channel consisted of two types, namely, first, a zero-level marketing channel that was from producer to consumer and, second, a level-one marketing channel that was from producer to retailer and then to the consumer. The marketing margin for the processor of shrimp paste business in big round shape was IDR. 4.489/pkg (40 gram), shrimp paste in medium round shape was IDR 5,933/pkg (40 gram), shrimp paste in small round shape was IDR 2,500/pkg (20 gram) and in a cake mold size was IDR 2.500/pkg (20 gram). The efficiency value of marketing by 4 paste of every pack shrimp paste each is in the range of 70%-95%. The business of shrimp paste marketing process is in the efficient category (efficiency value>50%). Primary data were collected in November 2019 in Muara Pantuan Village Anggana Sub-District Kutai Kartanegara District through interview using question list arranged in accordance with the research objectives. \u0000Sampling method used was census method, obtaining 36 people of mangrove forest preservation group, who were all chosen as the research respondents. The data were further analyzed through descriptive quantitative. Direct interview was also done receiving respondents answers of questionnaire provided, which was then analyzed through scoring method. \u0000Research method showed that the roles of extension agent as a communicator, facilitator, and mediator were strong, while their role as organizer was decent. This study aimed at investigating the dynamics level of “SuksesMandiri” fishery processing group in the fisheries processing business in Keledang Mas Baru housing community, Samarinda Seberang sub-district, Samarinda City. All series of this study was conducted for 6 months starting from February to July 2020, and it was located in Samarinda Seberang sub-district, Samarinda City. The sample was taken based on the census method that all population members (fishery processing group) with five (5) people in total were included as the respondents. \u0000Data collection was done by doing observation and conducting an interview using a questionnaire. To measure the dynamics level of the fishery processing group, the data were processed using a Likert scale. It was done by giving a score for each respondent’s answer. The highest score was 3 and the lowest score was 1. Talisayan village has abundant natural resources especially in the fisheries sector so that most Talisayan citizens work as fishermen to escalate their families' prosperity. The purpose of this study was to determine the prosperity level of fishermen in Talisayan Village Talisayan District by using Fishermen Exchange Rate (NTN) analysis and saving habits of fishermen society in Talisayan Village. This research was conducted in February 2019 - January 2020 in Talisayan Village, Talisayan District, Berau Regency. A case study research method was used in this research, a detailed research on an object of research. The purposive sampling method was used with a total 4 respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative-quantitative methods with a focus on Fishermen's Exchange Rate (NTN) analysis method, Fishermen's Exchange Rate Index (INTN) and a description to describe the fishermen saving habits. The result of the NTN analysis shows that in general NTN values of fishermen families of six types of fishing gear in 2018 and 2019 was with an average above one.
