Emphasizing the other existing problems, verifying strategies taken for the continuity of teaching and observing the existence of possible consequences of this new condition, through data collected through the SAEB (Basic Education Assessment System), which it showed inability to perform basic skills, such as writing, interpreting and paraphrasing texts, in addition to performing mathematical calculations. Showing soon after the importance of communication planning, especially within churches. The PCNs emerged at the end of the last century as a response to the need for a single curriculum for the whole country, aiming to promote public educational policies throughout the national territory. The objective of this study is to evaluate the approach to geography in the PCNs, considering advances and setbacks. The concepts of landscape, place, territory and region are resumed, but there is a lack of consistent articulation of these concepts with the general objectives and methodological procedures. In addition, the economic approach receives little emphasis, and geopolitics is practically absent in the PCNs. The methodology used for this analysis consists of examining the PCNs guidelines in relation to school geography, identifying gaps, inconsistencies and progress from the perspective of two authors: Maria Encarnação Beltrão Sposito (1999) and Nídia Nacib Pontuschka (1999). The broader context of Brazilian educational policy is also considered, including the decentralization of guidelines, regional disparities and demands for quality education. The conclusion of this study reveals that the PCNs present advances and setbacks in the approach to geography for elementary school. Although there is a resumption of important concepts, such as landscape and place, the lack of consistent articulation and the absence of relevant themes, such as geopolitics, compromise the effectiveness of the guidelines. In this way, the limits of constitutional law resulting from post-modern complexity will be presented, along with the problem of paradoxical cases, which are not those called \"hard cases\", and the paradigm of proceduralization as a measure of contemporary constitutional democracy. Within this context, public lighting becomes relevant, as it has great potential in terms of its ability to reduce consumption, largely due to the outdated systems that are still common in public thoroughfares. Thus, aiming to implement a new system through a direct replacement of lighting equipment in the Santa Fé neighborhood, in Dourados-MS, a case study was conducted to assess the financial feasibility of this project, by directly replacing low-pressure sodium vapor lamps with modern LED lamps and subsequently conducting a financial analysis using the indicators NPV, IRR, and Payback. The analysis of the expected cash flow for the acquisition of the luminaires presented positive results and indicated that the lighting system upgrade is a profitable investment. With an investment value of R$136,300.73, the net present value was R$61,245.63. Additionally, the expected internal rate of return for the investment was 22%, indicating a good return on investment. The Payback, which is the period required to recoup the investment, was estimated at 6.93 years. This article aimed to analyze the challenges and contributions of post-covid-19 practical theology. For this constructo, the methodology assumed a qualitative approach and a bibliographical research profile inspired by the Sacred Scriptures, articles, theses, dissertations and books. The study denounces the capitalist system, the seriousness of public health, the opportunity for pastoral review and proclamation of the Gospel. Practical Theology goes through “go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature” (MARK 16:15-18), the Chruches that had the reccords maintained their social work, took the word and food to the needy.
