The system uses bidirectional inverters that form the three-phase electricity grid, integrates photovoltaic generation on the system's DC and AC buses; an electricity distribution microgrid, serving several consumer units (CUs) with loads controlled to emulate a demand with a typical residential profile (Consumer Units - CUs). It also includes energy storage using batteries and photovoltaic generators connected to grid-tie inverters distributed across the microgrid. The study deals with and analyzes data from practical tests in two scenarios: with and without distributed photovoltaic generation, using indicators and limits defined by ANEEL's PRODIST. To assess power quality, indicators, limits and reference values defined by Module 8 of ANEEL's PRODIST were considered. These forms of employee improvement include: development, training, quality of life at work, ensuring efficiency and organizational effectiveness in the public service. General Objective: The aim of this study was to identify the main strategies and challenges faced in people management within the federal public service. The research aimed to identify successful practices and common obstacles encountered by public organizations in managing their human resources, as well as propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sector. Method: The research was conducted through a bibliographic review, exploring academic literature and relevant case studies for the Brazilian federal public sector. The qualitative approach was used to deeply understand the strategies and challenges of people management, while the descriptive method allowed for categorizing and describing the main practices and obstacles identified. Main Results: The study's results revealed that effective strategies for people management in the public sector include competency-based management, human capital valorization, continuous training and development, participatory management, and organizational climate management. People governance was also identified as an essential element to ensure transparency and accountability in the public sector. On the other hand, significant challenges were highlighted, such as resistance to change, difficulties in attracting and retaining talent, bureaucratic and rigid regulations, as well as an organizational culture unfavorable to innovation. The lack of investment in capacity-building and professional development was another recurring issue found in the literature. The study suggests that future research should investigate the practical implementation of the identified strategies, as well as explore the relationship between people management and other fields within the public sector, such as technology and innovation. Furthermore, studies focused on diversity and inclusion could help create more equitable and innovation-friendly workplaces. The study aims to understand how these attacks are carried out, identify attack vectors and analyze the damage caused to victims. Qualitative bibliographical research was carried out. It is concluded that from the study of cyber attack techniques (phishing, ransomware and DDoS), it continues to be a complex and constantly evolving challenge. {"title":"FATORES DE RISCO PARA SÍNDROME METABÓLICA EM ADULTOS NO BRASIL","authors":"Mirela LOPES DE SOUZA DA SILVA, Grazielle ALVES DO NASCIMENTO, Nathalia BASTOS PEIXOTO BRAZ","doi":"10.35265/2236-6717-243-12930","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35265/2236-6717-243-12930","url":null,"abstract":"The present study, which deals with risk factors and metabolic syndrome (MS) in adults in Brazil, aims to analyze the number of people with MS between 18 and 69 years old in Brazil, in addition to highlighting the indicators and the main causes of this syndrome, according to the sex and age of the individuals. For the research, which is of a quantitative transversal nature, a questionnaire was elaborated, with indicative for classification of SM, through Google Forms. The survey was released on social networks, emails and chat apps, such as WhatsApp, between the months of October and November 2020. The results showed that 439 people agreed to answer the survey, 70% of whom were female and 30% male. Of this total, 45% were between 28 and 37 years old and 87% of the participants lived in the southeast region. It was identified that 7% of the participants had at least 3 of the 5 criteria for MS, 17% within 2 of the 5 and 12% had none of the 5 criteria. In this study, with regard to the prevalence of cases of MS in relation to sex, there was a higher occurrence in the male population. Finally, the relevance of each criterion according to sex and age reaffirms MS as being a clinical and epidemiological tool in the identification of individuals and population groups at risk for the development of cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes. Thus, this research presents an analysis of the training courses for education department technicians and school councillors, which took place through the National Program to Strengthen School Councils. To this end, through a bibliographical survey, information was gathered on democratic management and the instruments that make it possible to implement this constitutional principle, such as the School Council, the Pedagogical Political Project and the choice of principals. The study addresses gender and urban mobility issues by analyzing the barriers to women's access to private vehicles, taking into account income and the distribution of household expenses. This analysis takes into account transportation expenses, the average income of women by region and the cost of a vehicle. The results show that women with an average national income commit between nine and seventeen years to buying a popular vehicle. It presents a brief literature review and discusses various aspects of these network types, such as polarity and structures. Additionally, it highlights significant advantages of employing DC grids over alternating current grids. Furthermore, the article explores the potential use of DC networks for electricity supply in remote communities in the Amazon. It emphasizes a practical case study of an experimental real-scale DC nanogrid implemented in the testing area of the Grupo de Estudos e Desenvolvimento de Alternativas Energéticas(GEDAE) at the Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). This nanogrid was later improved and replicated in the field to provide electricity to twelve residences and a church along the Piramanha River on Ilha das Onças, municipality of Barcarena, state of Pará. The article evaluates the relevance of nanogrids as a feasible and satisfactory alternative for supplying energy to communities without access to conventional electrical grids, drawing on the experiences of the real case study. The proposal is to survey the meaning of the central objective of the article, which is to consider what are the conceptions and applications of effectiveness to the meaning of MTE, in order to clarify the purpose of understanding based on historical, epistemological analysis and pragmatic nuances regarding uses currents of expression in the fields where it occurs, there is justification in discussing an approach to the concepts, conceptions and applications of effectiveness and obtaining a level of understanding about MTE.
