Thus, this research presents an analysis of the training courses for education department technicians and school councillors, which took place through the National Program to Strengthen School Councils. To this end, through a bibliographical survey, information was gathered on democratic management and the instruments that make it possible to implement this constitutional principle, such as the School Council, the Pedagogical Political Project and the choice of principals. Abstract
