Abstract

The aim of this paper is to investigate the training policy for school councillors in the field of democratic management, in order to highlight its relevance to the concept of social participation through decisionmaking. Thus, this research presents an analysis of the training courses for education department technicians and school councillors, which took place through the National Program to Strengthen School Councils.
