In many of these places, myriads of organic trace pollutants, such as polychlorinated biphenyls, organ chlorine pesticides, hydrocarbons and polychlorinated dibenzofurans have been produced and, in part, discharged into land and waters [2]. For certain decades now, humanity has turned out to be mindful of the capability of the impact of these synthetic compounds and their potential dangers for oceanic and earthly biological systems specifically. A definitive part of the bargain is the aquatic condition, either because of direct release or to hydrologic and climatic procedures [3-4].","PeriodicalId":212275,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Studies in Aquatic Biology and Fisheries","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125640182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

CPF includes a phosphor thiol functional moiety, has been broadly used in agricultural applies to increase crop yields [1-2]. It was shown that CPF was the pollutants in surface and ground water of many countries. Furthermore, CPF has also been detected in many aquatic ecosystems, including natural and urban streams, rivers and lakes [3]. CPF is very toxic for fish even at low concentrations [4]. Therefore, fish and aquatic organisms and water ecosystems are negatively affecting the balance. There are many studies on the adverse effects of CPF toxicity in fish [5-6-7]. Fish have proved to be good models to evaluate the toxicity and effects of contaminants in previous studies. Rainbow trout and brown trout are an economically important fish species, commonly found in rivers and Dam Lake in Turkey and considered as a potential bio indicator species [8]. Exposure of fish to various chemicals can cause changes in various hematological parameters [9]. Examination of the hematological parameters of organism in studies carried out in order to determine toxic effects is important for achieving correct knowledge [8-10]. Hematology is a science that not only gives information about fish diseases but also determines the effects of nutrition and environmental factors. Fish affects all kinds of stresses, diseases, nutritional deficiencies, toxic substances, changes in water quality and other environmental factors [11]. Hematological parameters are very important diagnosis of diseases. Erythrocyte and leukocyte counts, hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet counts can easily respond to determining stress caused by environmental pollutants. The measurement of hematological changes in the blood has an important role in predicting the toxic effects of toxic substances [12]. The study of hematology parameters in fishes has been widely used for the detection of physio pathological alterations in different conditions of stress. Consequently, in the present investigation an effort has been made to study the effect of CPF on alterations in hematological parameters of rainbow trout and brown trout to the same stressor were compared.","PeriodicalId":212275,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Studies in Aquatic Biology and Fisheries","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114925649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of chemicals in various agriculture operations have been on the increase especially on the developing countries across the globe [2]. Pesticides can be described as substances that are used for controlling pest in homes and agricultural field. In the recent times, pesticides use is on the increasing trend. As such, pesticides are among the important pollutants of the aquatic ecosystem [3]. Conversely, Gabriel et al. [4] reported that chemicals such as pesticides are among the most potentially harmful chemicals introduced into the aquatic environment through various human activities. Several collections of these pesticides are lethal to the non-targeted organisms especially fish in the aquatic environment [5]. The degree of toxicity of these chemicals depends largely on their compositions, rate and mode of application and as well as the immune system and other metabolic pathways of the target organisms. Apart from these, agrochemicals can also be classified based on target organisms. Classification based on targets organisms includes insecticides, rodenticides, herbicides and fumigants [6, 7].","PeriodicalId":212275,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Studies in Aquatic Biology and Fisheries","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134237864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the operation to aquatic animals such as fishing, transportation, artificial propagation, individual marking, internal anatomy and external morphological measurement, etc., aquatic animals will produce strong stress reactions, such as mucus secretion, jumping and struggling, which seriously hamper the smooth development of related work and cause some harm to fish. The scientific and rational use of anesthetics can significantly reduce the stress response of fish, reduce the damage to fish, and facilitate manual operation.","PeriodicalId":212275,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Studies in Aquatic Biology and Fisheries","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124204010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has not only edible value, but also great ornamental value. From March to April each year, the Myxocyprinusasiaticus lay eggs and propagate under the rapids of Jinsha River, Zhijiang and Jialing River. Juveniles go downstream along the Yangtze River, part into streams, part into lakes, and their maximum body weight is about 35 kg. Because of the environmental damage caused by water conservancy projects and so on, the Myxocyprinusasiaticus cannot propagate in the upper reaches, resulting in a significant reduction in resources. Therefore, it is listed as the second-class protected animal in China [1-2]. Therefore, the market gap of artificial cultivation of Myxocyprinusasiaticus is large, and the cultivation of fry and adult fish culture technology need to be further improved.","PeriodicalId":212275,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Studies in Aquatic Biology and Fisheries","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134522817","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can be cultured in both brackish and freshwater ponds as well as in cages (Shanmugaarasu, Kathiresan, Ilanchelian & Rajendran, 2018). Such as Lates calcarifer is increasingly significant tropical aquaculture species of the Indo-Pacific region and has been cultured for over 30 years in Southeast Asia (Yue, Li, Chao, Chou & Orban, 2002). And now Lates calcarifer is also an important commercial fish in China , especially the southeast coast. At present, the research on Lates calcariferis was mainly focused on cultivation, nutrition, immunity, physiology, disease, genetics and so on (ATHAUDA & ANDERSON, 2014; DOMINGOS, ZENGER & ERRY, 2015; Lin, Yan, Rui-rong, Yang & Xue-peng, 2015; RANJAN, PRASAD & VANI, 2014; TRUJILLO-GONZÁLEZ, JOHNSON L & CONSTANTINOIU, 2015). However, the relationship between morphometric attributes and body weight is one of the basic characteristics for its thoroughbred breeding but rarely reported. Multivariate analysis is one of the main ways to determine the relationship between morphological traits,and it has been widely used in aquatic breeding, for example Pelodiscus sinensis(Fengfan, Wei, Xinping & Jian, 2015),Exopalaemon carinicauda(Chengsong, Fuhua & Jianhai, 2013),Orithyia sinica(Shou-Min, Ren-Jie & Ling-Xu, 2015),Synodus macrops(Jiayu, Wenqi, Yangjie, Qinyu & Jian, 2013), Pinctada fucata and so on(Caigang, Baosuo & Dongling, 2015).","PeriodicalId":212275,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Studies in Aquatic Biology and Fisheries","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125416709","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
