Therefore, the Stoics thought that learning logic is compulsory in order to make right decisions, avoid wrong reasoning, and be virtuous. For them, logic is a tool that gives us the ability to distinguish right from wrong. Epictetus, whose thoughts on logic will be discussed in this paper, is one of the late Stoic philosophers. According to him, the universe is good; evil comes from our judgements about things. So, if our judgements about things are true, those judgements make us good, and therefore happy. At this point, for Epictetus, logic also has ethical value as a means of distinguishing good from evil. \u0000Epictetus sees logic as a requirement to use language properly. For him, happiness is living in accordance with nature, that is, reason. The secret of living in harmony with nature is to use your own mind, to know yourself through the awareness of your own consciousness, to strive for what you have and surrender to what you do not have. Because that's what makes reasonable. According to him, the body may be a slave, but the thought is free. Therefore, logic is seen as the ability to improve our self-awareness and emancipate our will. Whether a country is developed or developing does not change this situation. With his forward-thinking leader identity, M. Kkemal Atatürk was very generous in granting women rights, according to the conditions of the time, and paved the way for women to be equal with men in a way thay society was not accustomed to. However, the lenght of this road is a difficult and difficult road fort he Turkish society, which has a traditional structure. 1923-1960; It consists of studies in the form of 1960-1980 and 2000 to the present. The first studies have been accepted anda re in the publication stage. The main purpose of these studies is to evaluate women’s rights within the historical development and to reveal the deficiencies and faults in this subject. In the research, primary sources were preferred and content analysis method was used. Parliamentary archive; National Library Archive; laws and regulations; Periodicals and studies on this subject were used in the research. Within the framework of the research, it was concluded that the issue of women’s rights was not adequately addressed even in the Assembly representing the people and the necessary steps were not taken to educate the society on this issue. The same is true for newspapers and magazines, and it is seen that it is women who defend and speak up for women’s rights, both before parties and in newspaper columns. The fact that the issue was not taken into account in the parliament, where men are in the majority, has caused the burden on the women, who is both a business woman and a housewife, to become heavier with the norms that traditional society expects from her. Sahip olduğu tarihi ve kadim kültürü ile birçok irfan ehli, derviş ve mutasavvıfa ev sahipliği yapmış olan Karaman, bu sayede sevgi, hoşgörü, sabır, kanaat gibi pek çok dini ve kültürel değeri de geniş ölçüde toplumsallığına katabilmiştir. Yunus Emre’nin Karamanlı kimliğiyle ilgili husus, şehir halkının sahip olduğu dini, ahlaki ve kültürel birikimlerinin de Yunus eksenli oluşmasında etkili olmuştur. Birey ve toplumların sahip olduğu bu tür birikimlerin, yaşanan toplumsal değişimlerden hangi yönde ve nasıl etkilendiği konusu, birçok araştırmanın yapılmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Araştırmada Yunus Emre ve deyişlerinin halk kültüründeki etki ve yansımalarının mevcut durumlarını analiz etmeye çalışan mülakat verileri, çeşitli araştırmalar ışığında değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın yöntemi nitel olmakla birlikte gerekli görülen yerlerde nicel verilerden de istifade edilmiştir. In this period, some political, economic, and cultural developments was occurred. The effects of the incidents occurred were not only limited to that geography but were felt in many regions in terms of their results. The subject of our research is the Rabaz Revolt, which took place during the reign of Andalusian emir I. Hakam, and the effects of this revolt in Andalusia and the impacts of the people who were exiled after the revolt to Maghrib, Alexandria and Crete where they were exiled. This issue is important in terms of understanding the atmosphere that Muslims breathed in Europe at the beginning of the ninth century, and evaluating the political environment in Andalusia, as well as seeing the great effects of the revolts that occurred from time to time, and what great developments the Muslims implemented in different centers with the exiles. With this study, it was aimed to reveal what kind of changes took place in different centers with the manner of rule of the Cordoba-based administration and the influence of exiled people to the places where they were exiled in the Hakam b. Hisham period, and to reveal the results of the migration. While presenting this study, first the earliest sources on the subject were taken as a basis and then current studies were also benefited from. In this study, the answer to the following question was sought: ‘Does the mention of the concept of herc, tribulations/eschatology or melâhim in any transmission show that it is absolutely within the scope of the eschatological literature?’ In this direction, the transmissions that \"العبادة في الهرج كهجرة إلي\" is based on; as a result, this transmission, which includes the word \"هرج\" or \"فتنة\" is actually not directly included in the scope of tribulations/eschatology, and it has been seen that the Prophet made the art of simile while saying this. Therefore, it can be stated from this point of view that the compilers didn’t act correctly when placing the transmissions to compose a chapter. The teachings and basic views of these schools were transferred to the next generations in concise works in the classical period, and later in short and concise works called mutûn. One of the most important texts dealing with the für fiqh of the Hanafi school is the work called Vikâye. Due to the importance of this work, many studies such as tens of commentaries, abridgements, quotes and translations have been made. In addition to its translation into different languages, this work was also translated into Turkish by a few different people, such as Devletoğlu and Şemsi Ahmet Paşa Kurd Efendi, during the Ottoman period. Of these, the entire text is the translation of Kurt Efendi. This translation was made in prose and compared to other translations, it is the most appropriate translation. Most of the copies of the translation are in Turkey, others in different countries such as Egypt, Bosnia and Germany. Some of these copies are complete and some are naqis. Some copies are intertwined with other works as magazines. Some of the copies are anonymous. Although they are attributed to different people like Taşköprüzade in one copy, they do not reflect the truth. As a result of comparison and examination, these references and anonymous copies are clearly revealed to belong to Kurd Efendi. Kurd Efendi has a sufi personality and is a Halveti sheikh. We understand his scientific competence from the works he wrote and translated. A remarkable point is that he combined a Sufi personality with a scholarly personality. Because he has clearly revealed the fact that knowledge is a must for a sound leech. This is one of the aspects that makes the work worth examining. While the work was being translated, the translator added his own considerations. He sometimes translates a term explanation, different views on the issue, differences in Turkish customs, ambiguities in the text, and making more explanations where necessary. In this respect, it turns out that it is an annotation rather than a translation, as it is written as a name in some copies. Pagan inançlarda ve tek tanrılı dinlerde su ile ilgili ritüeller ortaya çıkmış ve suyun kendisi bir semboller bütününe dönüşmüştür. Daha çok şifa, temizlik, arınma ve yaşam kaynağı olarak görülen su çeşitli canlılarla da ilişkilendirilmiştir. Bunlardan biri de aslandır. Özellikle su ile ilgili mimari tasarımlarda bir bezeme öğesi veya işlevsel bir öğe olarak aslana sıklıkla yer verilmiştir. Bu makalede öncelikle aslan ile su arasında nasıl bir bağ kurulduğu, tarihsel süreci ve mimariye yansıması tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İkinci olarak Bursa’da Gürsu İlçesi’nde yer alan ve aslında bir tarikat yapısı olan Geyikli Baba Külliye’ndeki aslan başı şeklindeki çörten üzerine değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu örneğin değerli kılan ise devşirme bir malzeme olması ve yeniden işlevselleştirilmesidir. Erken dönemde kadınların dinî hayatta etkin olduklarına ilişkin çok sayıda örnek olmasına rağmen daha sonraki süreçte kilise hiyerarşisinden dışlandıkları bilinmektedir. Fakat kurumsal Hıristiyanlığın aksine, kadınlar mistik Hıristiyanlıkta daha öne çıkmışlar, vizyonları ve sıra dışı tecrübeleriyle topluma tesir etmişlerdir. Orta Çağ’da dikkat çeken mistik kadın hareketlerinden biri de Kiliseden bağımsız laik mistik kadınlardan oluşan Beguinelerdir. 12. yüzyılda Aşağı Ülkeler olarak bilinen bugünkü Belçika, Hollanda, Lüksemburg ile Almanya’nın doğusu ve Fransa’nın kuzeyindeki bölgelerde ortaya çıkmışlardır. Bir taraftan mistik kadınlar olarak toplumda saygı görmüş, diğer taraftan bağımsız laik mistikler oldukları için kilise otoritesince dikkatlice takip edilmişlerdir. Makalede Beguinelerin ortaya çıkmasındaki tarihsel koşullar ve sosyal dinamikler ele alınmaktadır. Ayrıca onların yaşam tarzları, diğer mistik gruplardan farkları ve Kilise tarafından nasıl karşılandıkları değerlendirilmiştir. Damânın ilk dönemlerde birçok farklı tanımı yapılmıştır. Tanımların farklılığından kaynaklı olarak da birden çok sebebi zikredilmiştir. Bu nedenle nelerin damân sorumluluğu kapsamına dâhil edileceği her bir tanıma göre farklılık göstermiştir. Çalışmamızda yapılan damân tarifleri arasından “kişinin genel mali yükümlülükleri” tanımı esas alarak ilzam, iltizam, zararlı fiil ve zilyedlik olarak dört adet sebep ele alınmıştır. Her sebebin kapsadığı sorumlukların ayrıntısına girmek, konumuzu oldukça uzatacağından dolayı teferruata girmeden dört temel sebebin altında bulunan sorumlulukların isimleri verilmekle yetinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde konunun daha iyi anlaşılması açısından ehliyet, ehliyetin kısımları ve arızalarına kısaca değinilmiştir. Okulda gerçekleştirilen eğitimin gayesi; “iyi bir vatandaş”, “dengeli bir kişi” ve “meslek sahibi bir birey” olarak insanı hayata kazandırmaktır. Ahlak eğitiminde aile ile okul önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Ahlakî olarak, insan davranışları her zaman iyi ve kötü şeklinde ayrılıp, değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ahlâk, insanın insan olarak yaşayabilme çabasıdır. Okul yöneticisinin öncelikli görevi, okullarda eğitim öğretimin amacına uygun olarak yürütülmesini sağlamaktır. Yöneticinin kararları sadece yönettiği kişileri değil dolaylı olarak etkileşim içinde olduğu tüm tarafları etkiler. Okul yöneticilerinin ahlaki ve mesleki değerlere sahip olması, öğrencilerini uygun bir ahlâk anlayışıyla yetiştirilebilmeleri açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Araştırmanın konusu; eğitimde yönetici ahlakının önemi ve yönetici ahlakının ideal eğitim anlayışına etkilerinin teorik kapsamda incelenerek yönetici ahlakı ne olmalıdır sorusuna çeşitli öneriler getirmektir. Araştırma; nitel bir yaklaşımla, eğitim, ahlak, yönetici kavramları ile eğitim ve ahlak ilişkisi hakkındaki yazılı kaynaklara başvurmak suretiyle yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda; etik ilkeleri ve değerleri hatırlatmanın yönetici için bir görev, örgüt için bir ihtiyaç olduğu, eğitim kurumlarının fonksiyonlarını tam olarak yerine getirebilmesi için yüksek ahlaki değerlere sahip yöneticilerin var olması gerektiği, yönetici ahlâkının örgütteki önceki yöneticinin ahlâkı üzerine bina edilerek kurumsallaşacağı anlaşılmıştır.
