This study is based on Abraham Maslows humanistic theory of needs, which holds that an individuals behavior at work is influenced by their needs at any given moment. When people work at a job that does not provide them with the necessary empowerment to fulfill their requirements, they will be forced to leave that job in search of one that does. To collect the data for this research, the researcher employed both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The study discovered that pupils academic performance is negatively impacted by labour turnover. The study also revealed that a lack of availability of qualified substitute teachers among educational institutions leads to a slowdown in students academic activities caused by labour turnover. This development has the ability to hinder students academic advancement. In order to encourage educators to work for the schools over a long time, the study suggests that teachers receive competitive pay. Despite its popularity in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) circles, particularly in the realms of reading and writing, there has been a notable scarcity of research on TBLT concerning the interplay between theoretical concepts and practical application, particularly in the domains of listening and speaking skills. This research initiative delved into the impact of the TBLT approach on enhancing the oral performance among undergraduate students. The study also examined students perception of TBLT approach as a tool for English learning. This study implemented a quantitative method to explore the effect of TBLT on undergraduates oral performance after exposed to TBLT approach for 12 weeks. The research instruments include test papers and a survey questionnaire. Organizations use performance management software that helps employee performance through key performance indicators, goal setting and performance reviews. It identifies the aids, issues, and effects of employing IT-based monitoring systems to identify employee lexical efficiency. Through the literature review, this study explores the technologies utilized in monitoring employee performance and outlines the research approach, encompassing case studies, surveys, interviews with HR professionals and employees. The result approaches that IT-based performance monitoring can steer organizational translucency, simplify input mechanisms along with concerns related to data privacy, employee morale, and potential ethical issues. Organizations makes use of time and attendance systems to track employee hours worked and absences which helps in monitoring employee punctuality, attendance patterns, and compliance to work schedules. The discussion makes an impact in fostering a performance-oriented culture and employee engagement, while acknowledging the need for clear communication and transparent policies. Unfortunately, India even today is considered as developing country. Creative venture initiatives in micro business involve innovative and imaginative approaches to starting or expanding small-scale businesses. It is the prevailing situation that only the giant business houses exploit the opportunities of globalization to a greater extent which caused concentration of money in the hands of few. In spite of the openings of various cells by the government India lag behind in developing strategies to go in for promotional activities in entrepreneurship especially to strengthen small scale enterprises. As a result many talented entrepreneurs find it very hard to transform themselves in to innovation practitioners. Execution of talent is discouraged due to the lack of integrated inclusion. A platform is to be created to make innovative/ creative small scale enterprises to go in for internationalization. Therefore innovative practices and its practitioners of small scale enterprises are to be recognized at the earliest. A system must be developed by the government to assess the quality in meeting the global requirement and educate entrepreneurs in this regard. \u0000The paper highlights on awareness level of entrepreneurs about the worth of globalization and the way out to go in for internationalization. These initiatives often focus on leveraging unique ideas, products, or services to stand out in competitive markets and possible difficulties to be faced while entrepreneurs go in for internationalization of their innovative entrepreneurial activities. Any unit or business derives a lot from the society so it is the responsibility of the business or unit to contribute some portion of its annual profits. The belief that it should be allocated for the society is getting stronger today. As a result, this provision was made mandatory under Section-135 of the Companies Act, 2013.\u0000The main objective of this research paper was to know the meaning of CSR and to get information about the existing CSR legal framework. Also, to know the present rank of Indian companies, states in CSR activities and to study what problems in implementation of CSR in India have been observed in recent years. The entire data for this research has been obtained from secondary data. This information is presented in a simple table and classification. From the findings of the study, it is known that most of the Indian companies are still not registered on the portal of CSR, and the number of companies has been decreasing in recent years which is a matter of concern for India. Identified development areas of corporate social responsibility and disparity in spending by states were also observed and other challenges are studied in this paper.
