This study would somehow trace the significant role of ALS teachers in the institution as they communicate knowledge in a specific subject, help students grow to the fullest, develop a proper attitude, and unfold their personality. This notion of teachers is deemed universal and consistent all over the world. This study may help to develop different pedagogies and relationships between ALS teachers and to enhance teacher’s competence; achieving school goals to teachers performance in selected ALS schools in Davao City. This may also serve as the basis for improvement. Moreover, in the Philippine context, the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers and the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers specifically mandate educators to be equipped with technical and professional competence and possess dignity and reputation with high moral values. In other words, high standards are set for ALS teachers. Disaster management in India also saw a paradigm shift after 2002 from-the humanitarian relief and rehabilitation of victims to the holistic management of disasters viewpoint. The present research addressed this absence of information related to hazards and disasters affecting the district-level Sambalpur. This research aimed to find out some aid in the management of disasters at the district level by collecting and synthesizing all related information about disasters that occur in Sambalpur using an integrated approach. The research used publicly available tools as well as data from credible sources (e.g., government reports). To full-fill the aim, the research compiled information about disasters in the Sambalpur district and prepares a spatial database. Based on socio-economic factors-population density and working population, exposure of the blocks was calculated. Risk and exposure to it assisted in making a vulnerability map of the district at the block level. Based on vulnerability, blocks were prioritized for the policy-makers to ease their management in pre-during and post-disaster situations. The result of this paper would assist policy makers to take proper and quick decisions for the management of the blocks making their management efficient and effective and it could be replicated for other districts of Odisha and India.","PeriodicalId":211137,"journal":{"name":"EPRA International Journal of Environmental Economics, Commerce and Educational Management","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140413438","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tribals do not have land so they cannot contact with mainstream society for financial needs and for the government provides financial facilities through some welfare schemes. Many of the tribal peoples are living dependent on the facilities provided by the government and even today Yanadi tribes are living a nomadic life without their own house or proper job opportunities. These schemes are very useful for Yanadi tribals to lead an ideal life and to be a part of education, job and employment opportunities. The government owns the majority of these banks. Since merging with its five affiliate banks (as of 1st April 2017), SBI has grown to become one of the worlds top 50 banks, and it is also the biggest public sector bank in India in terms of volume. The stability of a countrys financial system is essential to its overall economic health. The collapse of multinational financial institutions has the potential to wreak havoc on economies all across the world. A recent example of this infectious impact is the collapse of the Lehman Brothers. As such, assessing the stability of domestic banks finances is of the utmost importance. Financial metrics such as the CAMEL rating, which incorporates capital adequacy ratio, profitability, and liquidity are some of the current tools that could be useful for analysing banks financial situations. When assessing the health or instability of a companys finances, the Altman Z score model is a crucial tool. Unfortunately, scholars did not delve into it much while examining the financial stability of institutions. The current research makes an effort to adapt the Altman model for use in the Indian banking sector based on this reference. The majority of Indian banks financial situations were deemed adequate by the research, with only two outliers. were both discovered to be in a precarious financial situation. But when compared to other banks in their industry, both of these ones had a sufficient capital adequacy ratio. The balance sheet of a firm details its financial position, which includes equity, debt, and preferred stock. Ownership of a companys shares and the right to a portion of its future earnings and cash flows constitute equity capital. Equity may be expressed as ordinary stock, preferred stock, or retained profits, whilst debt can be issued as loans or bonds. An additional component of the capital structure is short-term debt. An examination of eight trading organisations data sets was conducted on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). To analyse and test hypotheses, the acquired data was imported into EViews and the multiple regression analysis approach was used. Capital structure affects a companys financial success, according to the studys results.
