The conditions of application and qualitative consequences of the use of the communication system for the centralization of the state and its effective development over a long period are outlined. The focus is on the historical component of political institutions that are included in the management model of communications of Kievan Rus. \u0000The study summarizes the structure of managerial communication of the period of the early feudal state of KievanRus' as a special type of social communications; identifies typical features in the system of management communications of cultural traditions of peoples who were in direct interaction; the historically formed features of managerial communications are analyzed for the purpose of establishment of causal relations of qualitative functioning of the state of KievanRus'. The research methodology consists of the application of general scientific research methods (description, comparison, analogy, analysis, etc.), and also involves the use of a comparative-historical method, historically typological, historically chronological. The scientific novelty of the work is to study the combination of cultural traditions of agents of interaction in the political system of management communications of Kievan Rus', as an effective communication network that led to the long-term development of the medieval state in a polycentric and territorial branching. \u0000Conclusions. The administrative and communicative network of KievanRus' formed a symbiosis of two administrative cultures of the Slavic and Norman ruling traditions. {"title":"Conceptualization of sport as a business in the Ukrainian sports press of the XX—XXI centuries","authors":"Yu. I. Sazonova","doi":"10.36273/2076-9555.2021.8(301).24-29","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36273/2076-9555.2021.8(301).24-29","url":null,"abstract":"The article considers the paradigm of sport as a socio-cultural phenomenon through the mode of business in the Ukrainian sports media during the XX—XXI centuries, outlines and substantiates the transformation of the image of sport as a business in Ukrainian journalism in the Soviet period and the independence era, describes the causes of sports and business. The Ukrainian sports media of the period of independence are determined, where the concept of sport as a business is most often presented, the most representative materials of conceptualization of sport as a business are analyzed and tokens related to the economic layer of Ukrainian vocabulary are determined. The characteristic dominants of publications representing the relationship between business and sports are outlined, and three information vectors of the paradigm of sports as a business are singled out: 1) information on the budget of clubs, sports organizations, companies, amounts of transfers and contracts of athletes and coaches; 2) information on the payment of fees, bonuses for successful performances; 3) advertising and information about sponsors, partners, investors, which are related to information that reveals the economic component of sports. Analyzed on specific materials and substantiated the symbiosis of media, public relations and advertising communication effect in the coverage of the image of sport as a business, argued the use of athletes' names in publications as an invariant of productive advertising and image technologies to create and position brand advertising for sports product, lobbying the image of certain organizations. An author trys to research a development of the theoretical basis of classification of the readers in Germany during the last 100 years. A special attention was given to a description of scientific conceptions, which were developed after World War ІІ given. In the article are in broad outline numerous sociological studies described that were conducted during the 60 years. The author want to assume, that a belonging to the certain group of readers is a result of influence of the demographic, educational, political and social factors. A special attention is payed to the description of psychological factors that determine a belonging of person to the proper typological group of readers. Through the study of number of results of the sociological, literature and librarian works of reading was established, that the literary tastes of person, his habit of reading and a level of the interest as well an influence of environment belong to the subgroup of psychological factors. It was proposed a version of typology of the migrants- readers with a consideration of the forms of their integration, their information, social and psychological needs as well their relation to the reading of fiction both in the native language and in the foreign languages too. The author comes to a conclusion, що a problem of typology of the specific groups of readers, among the numbers the migrants and the youth people, is today not fully studied. {"title":"Cossack roots of our independence: we think about the past for the future of the future","authors":"L. Doiar","doi":"10.36273/2076-9555.2021.8(301).40-45","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36273/2076-9555.2021.8(301).40-45","url":null,"abstract":"The presented article raises the problem of Ukrainian statehood, which is always relevant and emphasized on the eve of the 30th anniversary, in the context of its initial — Cossack — segment. The article is devoted to the history of state formation, initiated and generated by the Zaporozhian (Sich) and Ukrainian urban (Hetmanate) Cossacks. The author's classification of the Cossack period of national history according to such features as chronology of liberation struggles, character of confrontation and struggle, attributive registration of statehood (in particular, institutionalization of branches of state power and their documentary fixation in legislative (constitutional) acts is noted in the work. The author captures the stages of Cossack statehood (Christian republic-protostate, monarchical hetman state, autonomous Hetmanate as part of tsarist Russia), arguing the obvious regression in its development. Avoiding the possible politicization of the scientific problem, the author deliberately chose retrocontent as the primary source for this study, namely, the works of the most authoritative, without exaggeration, legendary Ukrainian historians of the end of the XIX — first third of the last century, such as: M. Hrushevsky, M. Drahomanov, B. Grinchenko, G. Khotkevych, L. Tsehelsky, G. Kovalenko (Hetmanets), P. Klepatsky, V. Riznychenko and others. The latter cannot be suspected of \"treacherous\" sentiments, although they cite harsh critical maxims, presenting the past and its participants comprehensively and objectively, while not hiding their personal feelings. An interesting circumstance of their mutual view is the extremely negative attitude towards I. Mazepa, a figure glorified in modern Ukraine, who became the foundation of the education of Ukrainian society. The highlight of the study is the citation of the \"Constitution of Kostya Gordienko\", older than the legal document of P. The ruins are periods of Ukrainian counter-reformation with internecine struggle for redistribution of property (Polish, Crimean Tatar, St. Petersburg, Soviet) with an emphasis on \"multi-vector\" foreign policy. In each Ruin, the tactical tasks of the struggle for power and the covert interests of the Ukrainian pseudo-elite dominated the strategic goals of statehood. Each of the Ruins showed the inability of the elite to offer the people consolidating goals, was accompanied by the government's refusal to rely on its own people, focus on external forces and ended in the loss of statehood. An aim of the article is a study, how been estimated a role of Іnternet as a part of modern life the representatives of various groups and classes of the migrants, among their number the representatives of the first and second waves of іmmіgration and the persons without migration background, who comes to Germany from numerous countries and regions in the cource of a second half of 20th century and arrive tіll now. By means of study of the results of major socіologіcal researches in the cource of the 20—25 years establishs an author, that a process of making of the own relation to the using of Іnternet or his separate segments is on the part mіgrants impossible without the consideration of large factors such as a ethnic bіrth of the respondents, their legal status, education, activity profile and incomes, further is it about the forms of their gradual іntegratіon to new society, after the spontaneous quest for their position in lіve and fіnally about the necessity of learning and employment of the proper languages. This material may be interesting to the demographers, the linguists, the experts, that research psychology of migrants and an influence of some mass media on the development of society, as well as the sociologists that research not only general structure of migration, her causes and effect, but also the typical of certain groups of the іmmіgrants and fіnally the processes of іndіvidualisation of the migrants as a part of their іntegration and as a cause for the origin of their information needs that have the dіfferent degree of complexity too. Nazaruk in the Vasyl Stefanyk National Scientific Library of Ukraine in Lviv fund have been presented. Information is provided about the writer's creative path in parallel with the social and political events of the era. Traditionally for the social stratum of the intelligentsia at the turn of the century, O. Nazaruk supported and promoted the ideas of socialism. At the same time, due to the development of Ukrainian identity in the regions of Galicia, which followed the Revolutionsof 1848 also known as \"Spring of Nations\", hepl unged into the state-building trends. O. Nazaruk became a member of the Ukrainian Radical Party, where he was for 18 years, and made a certain career, by becoming a member of the main council of the party. During the second Russian (Soviet) occupation, O. Nazaruk has been classified as Ukrainian nationalists, his works were removed from general access and transferred to closed archives. \u0000Scientific and bibliographic research and analysis of copies were carried out. It ha shown the way the writer's books went through several collections and collections of book foundations until their discoveries in the funds of exchange reserve fund department of the Vasyl Stefanyk National Scientific Library of Ukraine in Lviv. It has analyzes the typology of publications from the books collection of O. Nazaruk. Investigated author's provenance and ownership inscriptions available publications. Particular attention was paid to his scientific research and culture-historical exploration. Among them special place is occupied by the Roxolana person (Hurrem-Sultan), in whom O. Nazaruk saw an example to follow in difficult times, the pattern of wisdom and patience. Found edition of Nazaruk's lifetime publications, with work records on marginal fields in different languages left by the owner of the books. During the research and disclosure of personality O. {"title":"Soviet ukrainization as an important stage language development of Ukraine","authors":"L. Given the centuries-old stateless life of the Ukrainian nation and the extremely unfavorable conditions for the development of its language, the latter needed not so much genesis as a statement of its existence and the realization of the natural right to preserve and enrich. Participants in this important rescue work were figures of national and cultural revival of Ukraine in the late XVIII — early XX centuries, the Ukrainian national democratic revolution and the struggle for the preservation of Ukrainian statehood 1917—1921, frontists of Western Ukraine in 1920—1930, who fought desperately against the forcible Polonization, Romanianization, and Magyarization of Ukrainians in the interwar period, representatives of the Sixties and dissident movements in the USSR, who cherished their native language at the time of the establishment of the Russian language in the USSR as a language of interethnic communication. The apotheosis of the struggle of the latter was the proclamation of the state status of the Ukrainian language in October 1989. Based on the press of the USSR—USSR, the author argues that a significant contribution to the preservation and development of the Ukrainian language was made by the Bolshevik political campaign. The policy of indigenization proclaimed in 1923 in the conditions of Ukraine turned into a large-scale and long-term Ukrainization. The course and achievements of the latter were clearly reflected in the pages of Ukrainian Soviet periodicals (scientific, socio-political, literary and artistic, etc.).
