Chala","doi":"10.36273/2076-9555.2020.11(292).23-28","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36273/2076-9555.2020.11(292).23-28","url":null,"abstract":"The pedagogical ideas of American teacher and philosopher John Dewey in the domestic pedagogical discourse, in particular, in the fundamental scientific research of leading specialists in the field of innovative pedagogical science, lays the foundations for the civilization development of the educational system of Ukraine, in the content of which the educational paradigm of pragmatism is an effective tool for influencing the change of approaches to traditional educational practices, providing an opportunity for individual development in the modern educational system. The essence of the social and pedagogical heritage of the American philosopher, who defined learning as an active, creative process of personal development, is justified. It focuses on methodological principles of the social and educational concept of the scientist in the sense of modernization of historical education. On the basis of the study of historical sources, the leading directions of pedagogical activity of the teacher have been identified, and a comparative description of teaching methods in the traditional educational system and pedagogical theory of John Dewey has been made. The basic principles of learning (behind John Dewey) are highlighted: problems, interactivity, orientation towards personal development of students. It has been established that the idea of developing a child, according to John Dewey, should be in the interests of the child and directed to the formation of his or her progressive and active personality; focus it on identifying personal interest in acquiring new knowledge and its scope of application in one's own life. It is stated that the most important task of the teacher is to create conditions for the student's interest in obtaining new knowledge, to promote the education of active, proactive, independent and responsible people who are ready to plan, make decisions and be responsible for them. John Dewey's views have been proven to be an alternative to the traditional education System developed by the system of argument, which is based on exclusion from well-established norms of social growth, an orientation towards decision-making based on one 's own experience, which is more orderly and meaningful in content to shape the individual. It has been found that today the world community is moving from direct knowledge of the world around it to knowledge of the world — mediated by the media — the virtual world, which is increasingly pretended to be real. \u0000It is noted that today the main means of profit and struggle for power is mass disinformation, including through the media. Inequality in access to information and misinformation are the basis of market and power-democratic speculation. \u0000The dangers associated with the activities of the media are considered. In particular, raising the information threshold of perception in an aggressive information environment can be used for explicit and implicit methods of manipulation; means of communication contribute to the transformation of people into information addicts; latent neurolinguistic programming is widely used, etc. \u0000In the context of the influence of the media on the consciousness and psyche of man, the peculiarities of his inner world and the dynamics of self-consciousness are analyzed. \u0000The negative consequences of the mass media influence on users and possible ways of its neutralization are analyzed. {"title":"Press bulletin \"On Soviet Ukraine\": content analysis of editions 1973—1975","authors":"L. According to the author, the study of the latter significantly expands the documentary horizons of all Ukrainian studies topics, including those from the Soviet period of Ukrainian history. Based on the traditions of domestic press studies, the author conducted a content analysis of the currently little-used publication of the Ukrainian SSR, namely, the press bulletin \"On Soviet Ukraine\". The chronological boundaries of the elaborated copies (1973—1975) were determined by the specifics of the then historical conditions in world politics, in particular, the easing of international tensions and preparations for signing by 35 countries, including the United States and Canada, the Final Act cooperation in Europe, which took place in the capital of Finland, Helsinki. The update of the press bulletin \"On Soviet Ukraine\" is also related to its auditory and publishing specifics: this magazine was intended for distribution outside Soviet Ukraine and the USSR, in general. The latter was prepared for the foreign reader and required other approaches to finding both topics and ways to reveal them. In addition, the press bulletin \"On Soviet Ukraine\" was a typewritten manuscript and, according to existing standards, did not belong to the press products of the USSR. Meanwhile, the obligatory copies of this magazine were sent to the Book Chamber of Ukraine in a timely manner and are still stored in the repositories of its State Archive of the Press. In order to understand where society is heading, it is first necessary to find out whether the world oligarchy has a certain program of action, and if so, what it is. \u0000The article presents the main elements of the program of the world oligarchy, its features and possibilities of achievement in the conditions of latent organizational war. On the example of the history of origin, development and modern practice of publishing and book bibliography of Great Britain, the USA, Germany and France we trace both national features and regularities of the historical way and modern structure of this kind of activity. \u0000It is emphasized that bibliographic information about publishing products is the only possible form of presenting information about the product in the book trade. Management decisions, success of commercial enterprises, profit-making, etc. depend on the rules and principles on the basis of which bibliographic information is created and disseminated. The research methodology is based on the use of a set of scientific methods, as well as systemic and structural-functional approaches, which allowed to comprehensively consider the methods of information analysis and prognostic methods of political analysis. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the systematization and generalization of methods of analytical and prognostic research that can be used in the information and analytical activities of diplomatic missions. It is stated that forecasting, especially political, is a complex process, the success and accuracy of which largely depends on the set of methods used for analysis and forecasting. Forecasts are not consistent — they differ in many criteria. It is emphasized that due to a large number of influencing factors, political forecasting is carried out in the form of options, alternatives to development, which describe the probable nature of future events, processes, situations. It is emphasized that the longer the forecast, the greater the likelihood of failure to take into account for various reasons, factors and trends that are not included in the original data in the forecasting process. Therefore, short-term forecasts are the most accurate, so the results of political forecasting will be the most accurate. It is noted that the role of analytical and prognostic methods in the work of diplomatic missions is difficult to overestimate: after all, the analysis of facts is needed not by itself, but to make forecasts of possible events or situations and inform the government. Monitoring of domestic monographic electronic publications and the results of the analysis of the document flow of deposited publications received by the Book Chamber of Ukraine in accordance with current legislation show that publishers have difficulties in correctly interpreting certain provisions of current legal and regulatory documents. Often, publishers incorrectly assign ISBNs to electronic publications. Recommendations for the identification of monographic electronic publications in the ISBN system are given and examples are given as well. \u0000The problems of  the participants of the domestic book market regarding electronic publications are outlined. The importance of complying with the requirements of legal and regulatory documents on publishing. The problems and trends of library safety management are revealed in the issues of regulatory and legal support in the library sphere. \u0000It is indicated that the socio-psychological aspect of labor safety management needs special attention, since there is a contradiction between the inconsistency of norms and standards of the professional library environment with the conditions for the functioning of libraries, on the one hand, and the need to improve the efficiency of staff, on the other. \u0000It is determined that currently labor protection is at the stage of significant transformations. Along with well-known forms and methods of management, new models and principles of security management are widely distributed. The concept of hygiene and safety management, based on internationally recognized standards and recommendations, replaces the formed traditional forms and methods of labor protection management in Ukraine. \u0000It is concluded that innovative activities in the field of social protection should be aimed at continuous improvement and development of a regulatory framework that promotes the identification and neutralization of negative factors of library labor.
